AWESOME! love my tires on the truck. it drives so much better especially only being the tires replaced. Oil change was done during other work so it didn't seem time wise that one was done. my more drawn out conclusion of the air conditioning Baker came also too. eww once he did that, it became a freezer! Ask for Baker when it comes to ANYTHING TO WITH TIRES.

I went to Bottoms for a ac repair. They were honest and did exactly what a ethical mechanic would do. Charged the unit and put dye in the freon to find the leak if there is one. Price was fair. Put a vacuum on the unit and found no large leaks. They also did a inspection on my vehicle. I am very happy with them and they will be my mechanic of choice while in Rocky Mount NC. They repair anything mechanical on a automobile.

Excellent responsiveness and service. Charged only for work that solved the problem. I have always had great service with Bottoms.

I was very pleased with my entire experience at Bottoms.  When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist was unaware of the Angie's list coupon, but there was absolutely no trouble with honoring it when I paid my bill - she had gotten the information between the time that I called and when I came in.  I found that I could save money by purchasing my brakes at Auto Zone and taking them to Bottoms, and Bottoms allows this option, which I feel is fantastic.  They were on time with my appointment, asked questions that they came across while working, brought me back to see them working, and provided routine safety inspection.  I was impressed with all aspects of this service.

Assessment: dropped my car off with Glenn convinced that the catalytic converters were failing, per the codes. I was prepared to spend $800+ on the repair. Check engine light mysteriously went away after having been on for 2 solid months. Glenn spent at least 45 minutes on the car including test driving. Gave the car back to me; recommended replacing air filter and cleaning the mass air flow sensor. No charge! Car seems to be running fine after having followed his advice. Glenn is a very honest man and has secured a loyal customer.

I have been using Bottoms for about 15 years.  Glenn Bottoms is always helpful and listens to my explanations of the problems.  They never try to charge me for fixing things that are not broken, like I have experienced at other repair facilities..  They can handle about anything you need done, from tire rotation to a full engine overhaul.  This is a local company with a lot of repeat customers.

Glenn is probably the best mechanic in town.  He is punctual, gets the right parts, does a good job.  I don’t have to carry my car back to him after he repairs it.  He also has great employees.  I absolutely recommend him to others.
