Asked for a quote on angies list and Mr Lane responded in minutes. Very reasonable price. Came out and cleaned gutters 2 days later. Polite efficient did great work. Arrived on time as scheduled. In a time when it s hard to find people to come out and do work as promised Mr Lane was totally reliable. Would definitely recommend and would hire again if needed.

Mr. Lane was professional and courteous. He was the first to respond. His price was fair. I really liked that he came to speak to me with a mask on. I was apprehensive about how he will turn up at my residence during this pandemic. I will definitely use his services again.

I had to point out areas where dead bugs lay in the tracks of the window frame. Suggested that Mr. Lane carry Qtips or some other means of reaching into tight corners and tracks. I did some of this cleaning myself as he did other spots that were overlooked. He told it "wouldn't be perfect" which I expect these windows aren't the best but that reasoning doesn't work when there is obvious debris still in the windows. I expect the glass clean, which he did and did very well but also a level of cleaning of the tracks around the window. Mr. Lane was amenable to addressing my concerns. He's very courteous and a hard worker.
