A 2-man crew came to do the work. They were there about six hours. We're talking less than $200.00 worth of materials tops, and they charged me $2,598.00. I was getting ready to sell the house so I did not have time to shop around for other quotes. A few days after they left, I was in the bathroom which is on the opposite side of the wall where the laundry hookup box is, and I noticed two screws bulging out of the sheetrock wall. Turns out the plumber had attempted to mount the back of the hookup box directly to the inside of the sheetrock wall. I couldn't believe it. I called WP Plumbing and Mr. Parrish suggested I hire a sheetrock man to come repair it and then send him the bill. Unbelievable! I said NO WAY! Your people made this mess, and I fully expect your people to fix it right away. So they sent a sheetrock man... not a plumber... to fix the sheetrock damage, but I had to personally get into the wall on the laundry room side and find a way to secure the hookup box to the studs on each side of it. After I sold the house three weeks ago, the buyer was in there painting and discovered that the plumbing to the laundry hookup box had been drip-leaking in the wall, and has ruined an area of the sheetrock. He called me to get the information as to who did the work. He is going to call WP Parrish in hopes of getting it fixed. I wish him good luck. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. I guess I was a sucker... $ 2,598.00 !!!

"We appreciate your response but we are upfront with our pricing four days before the work was approved. I highly recommended you get other pricing for your service needs and I believe adequate time was giving. I also suggested you hire a Sheetrock guy for the reason you could schedule time with the repair person directly and not have to make reservations through to many people. This work was also paid by William Parrish Plumbing and was done in a timely manner. We take care of all mistakes as proven even when it is two small scratches on the wall in this case. Shop around and give yourself time to make repairs."

They did the plumbing work right but when they were checking water pressure he forgot to put the washer outlet pipe properly which resulted in water flooding in the washer room after the washer was switched on.

William the owner personally took my early morning call while I was on travel to the UK and my family was dealing with a bathroom leak that caused water to go through flooring to first floor ceiling. He sent out a technician right away and the technician addressed the problem immediately and verified no extensive damage from the water leaking through ceiling lighting. I don’t hope I would have to use his services for an emergency again, but would definitely use his services or recommend his services to others for plumbing or other the residential services he provides.

Scott did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater and removed/discarded the old busted hot water heater for us. He is client focused, very driven, detail-oriented, very professional, great attitude, excellent people skills, and extremely knowledgeable in his job and believe me - it shows!!!! They replaced my toilet components and now the water doesn’t continuously run anymore. They were very knowledgeable about the issue we were experiencing and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes for a fair price. I’d recommend them to anytime needing plumbing needs. They were very friendly and I’ll use them again as needed.

Great job! Wonderful experience and highly recommend this company. We used a deal found on Angie's List for 22% off outdoor hose faucet replacement offered by this plumber and were charged exactly as advertised ... the total was $175 plus tax. We phoned Wednesday afternoon and left a message. This was not an emergency situation. They phoned back Thursday morning and offered to come within 30 minutes. Instead, we scheduled for 8am Friday morning and they were here on time (a few minutes early, which was fine). Would hire again!

William arrived a few minutes early, wearing a mask for coronavirus, and replaced the faucet in about 20 minutes. He also advised that the hot water valve under sink had a very slow leak, but did not need to be replaced. Excellent work, and no mess left behind; would not have known he was even here. Definitely a plumber to use again. I'm don't see a way to enter what was paid, so will note here. These days services like plumbing seem to have a two-part fee structure. There is a service call fee to cover the trip to/from the customer and diagnostics, and a second fee for the repair work. Using an Angie's List special offer from this plumber, the fee was $49 for the service call, plus $175 for the repair work (after a senior discount), plus tax.

Excellent service & highly recommended. We used an outdoor faucet which wouldn't turn all the way off. Called William Parish plumbing. The owner, WP called right back directly and said he would send someone between 8 and 10 am the next day. They were here at 8:05 am (as promised). The plumber did an A+ job and honored our Angie's deal with no issue. Wonderful service and highly recommended!

William Parrish is very nice, and came to our house and quickly diagnosed our issue with our 15-year-old Water Heater, which needed to be replaced. The pressure expansion tank also needed to be replaced as well ( filled with water). The old water heater was drained and taken away by his team. William Parrish is very knowledgable and happy to answer any questions you may have, and I will definitely hire again for future inspections. The entire experience was a pleasure.

It's taken too long to write this review, but I want to be sure I submit it.... I liked that the trip charge was comparatively reasonable and could be applied to any repair charges. Had used this plumber before for a super simple job and was pretty satisfied. Two men arrived on time, one the same guy as the first time. He smelled strongly of cigarettes as before, but was polite as before. Neither time did his appearance leave a very positive impression - sloppy t-shirt and baggy jeans. He started out telling me he might have to go through the bedroom wall to get to the pipe and that would be $xxx, which I was anticipating as an option. As he tried to loosen the drain mechanism, he pulled some hair and grit from the pipe as you would expect. As he picked up this little bit [and I stress LITTLE bit] with his fingers and tossed it into the commode, he seriously commented he wouldn't charge me the $200 to clean the pipe, as if that's what he had done. He decided he may be able to change out the drain itself - great! So much easier. It took him longer to locate the drain in his truck than it took to switch it out with the old drain and he charged $275 for that. I went ahead and paid it rather than spending close to as many dollars in the end, on top of my time spent, to have other plumbers come out. So far, this $15 drain mechanism is working fine, but I will be in search of another plumber, yet again.

We also provide uniforms for each employee, however in our field work we may need to change in an emergency. Until now the employees brought in old clothes to work dirty jobs in lieu of uniforms but when an accident happens these are used for remainder of the day. We now have supplied our employees with company uniforms for these occasions. We also provide health coaching and encouragement of a healthy lifestyle. Reviewing your job ticket we see a fair price was charged not only for drain cleaning, but we also found a leak in the drain hub and gasket. These gaskets come in different sizes and will need to be removed from a brand new assembly. This one part leaves the remaining assembly useless. I see two parts to the job ticket and think we have a higher probability on having the parts versus out competitors. We wish you luck in search of a new plumber and thank your for your past business.
