Description of Work: Greg Starkes came alone to perform some exterior home repairs. Greg did excellent work, fulfilled the six hours of repair work stipulated by the Angie's List offer, and provided excellent advice on lurking problems with my home ("roof is on borrowed time," he noted). I should note that Greg did not pressure me to make the repairs and use his company; indeed he suggested options. I highly recommend Greg. He will be the first carpenter I look for when I need carpentry-related work done..

Description of Work: Replaced a bunch of wood rot on house trim, soffit and window sill. |Vicki, the office manager is very friendly and efficient at responding and scheduling appointments. Appointment was kept and on time. I provided the materials to save time and money, and the installers did a great job doing the work and getting as much done as they could in the pre-purchased amount of time.

Description of Work: Replaced several areas of rotted siding and replaced window sills on two windows. They did a fabulous job. We were really happy with the quality of work, the price, and the time it took them to complete.

Description of Work: I needed a section of my gutter replaced on the front of my small ranch house. The man said he needed to replace the facia and a piece of the soffit before he could do the gutter. I gave him $425.00 for materials. He put up the piece of facia (synthetic wood, which he said would be about $60.00) and a piece of plywood for the soffit. That was the end of the job. I texted him the following week and asked if the gutter was coming and he said yes. Now nearly 3 months later I am told he is done. I have no gutter and am out , what is a lot of money to me. Never use these people. I got no receipt, no work order or itemized accounting of work done. It's his word against mine. He must have needed the money.

Description of Work: replace few pieces of siding. The amount of work was less than the advertised hours and they don't use the time wisely. 2 people come to work for 3 hrs but went to material shopping together. Charged material fee and whatever small additional is changed a lot more than it actually is, and end the job earlier, not completing what they said they would do. When asked, it will take a lot more time, since they have to buy the material again, although it was already decided to before they went shopping. The actual skill might have been ok, but did not do the finishing well (ex:no caulking), they did bare minimum and less. I use Angies list to avoid this kind of people.

Description of Work: They replaced the wood rot on the threshold of backdoor and were able to inform us of additional work that we should probably take care of soon. Very professional and would use again.
