Description of Work: The guy was only at my home for 45 minutes. During this time he used caulk and walked around the roof. He didn't even look at some of the areas I identified. He then made me climb on the roof and walk around to look at the caulking he performed. Basically, I paid $200 for someone to caulk areas of my roof that looked like they needed caulking. I also had to pay a $35 distance fee, since I was out of their normal service area. I figured if I entered my zip code on the site, then they were in my area! I wouldn't call this a service at all. It's more like a cash grab.

 + -1 moreGreg came and gave us an estimate. He was available to do the work and came when asked. He was here for about 2 full days (over a three day period) and worked very efficiently. We were pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Greg installed an attic fan. We had rotten wood under the overhang of the house and he replaced that. He had to take down the gutter to do it. When he put the gutter back up, he improved the angle for a better water flow. We had other rotten wood and he had to take apart the area over a bay window and rebuild it. He also replaced other boards and painted everything. All work was done very professionally and to our satisfaction, and at a very fair price. Greg works alone and has helpers he can call on when needed.
