Greg called to schedule the appointment and then came out right away. All the work was done that day before sundown.

Mr. Starkes arrived on time and was very helpful, answering any questions I had about what work could be done that day - which was not limited to grout cleaning. I needed some caulking done around the bathtub, which he gladly did. Next, he removed old caulking around parts of the shower enclosure, cleaned that up and then re-caulked those areas. Finally, he did some regrouting of part of the tile in the shower enclosure. Mr. Starkes let me know how long to wait before using the shower and answered any questions I had - very helpful.

They were doing this just to drum up business for larger jobs.

Estimate of materials wasn't real accurate. Had to make a couple runs to the hardware store to secure additional hardware, wood and tools needed. Needed a fair amount of supervision in order to realize the design I was for. Generally satisfied, no real regrets .

I knew when I ordered my Big Deal that my job was too big to qualify for the listed rate but wanted someone who specifically listed replacing rotten wood as a skill. After serious discussion of various possibilities, I decided what level of repair I desired. The entire floor was removed, new supports installed, and screened venting under the floor added. The new floor's lumber was water-sealed and the finished work is solid. I am very pleased to have my lawn building useful again and all traces of debris removed.

The job went quickly from a four day job to almost ten (including a weekend). The disruptions could have been handled better with planning the project and communicating. Greg tried to fit me in between two other jobs and projects never go as planned; however, we were without a toilet for ten days instead of two or three. I am happy with the quality of work, but I should have been better prepared to get commitments on start/stop and duration of the project. The Triangle Home Care team was courteous and thorough; however, make sure you get a better timing commitment from them.

The work was done well and explained thoroughly. I appreciate it when someone takes the time to describe what quality workmanship looks like and then performs work to that standard.

Greg arrived on time with his tools (I provided the supplies as per agreement) and looked at the areas I identified as needing minor repair. Greg carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently. He also pointed out some defficiences that may need attention in the future. He cleaned up. Professional and friendly. The only reason I awarded a "B" is that my few previous contacts with Angie's list contractors were exceptional and Greg was just "very good".

I bought the deal to replace the slightly moldy caulking in my shower. The deal was for 2hrs and he was only there for 1hr. He did a sloppy job and got caulk all over my shower floor and marble walls. Additionally he instructed my husband to apply a second coat once the first one dried and then he left!! 3 months later and my shower is completely moldy with black mildew under the supposed new caulk. Worst experience ever!!!!

Greg did a good job with the areas that he was able to finish in the time allotted.

Greg was punctual, professional and efficient. He arrived on time for our appt. and as I walked him through the things I wanted to get done, he made a materials list and started calculating time it would take to get the job done. He was also very honest about feasibility of the job and what it would take to get it done. He delivered the ladder and materials necessary ahead of time and finished early.

Purchased wood rot coupon for four hours of work. Initial call was returned promptly. After that I think we had a communication problem but I will admit that I probably didn't ask enough questions. I thought someone would come to give me an estimate. They thought someone would just come out and start working - but he had no supplies?! So one of Gary's guys comes out and points out the various parts of the front door/window combination that have wood rot. Tells me Gary will have to come out and give me an estimate for that but he can caulk the offending window today. [This is a two story foyer with two windows over the door and water has entered around one of them and dripped all the way down.] So I agree to the caulking and he leaves to buy the caulk, comes back and spends about an hour actually caulking the windows. While he is out on the ladder Gary calls and says he is really busy but he will try to come out the following week. I'm OK with that but the following week Gary calls and tries to sell me an 8 hour deal, still no estimate. Apparently he thinks the 4 hour deal has been used. If you count the "inspection", drive time and actual caulking it was more like 2.5 hours - and most people wouldn't count all of that. When I express my concern Gary had the original guy call me back (I suspect he got paid for 4 hours). He did call me within minutes and acted like he would be back out last week but never came or called. I am sure things get crazy when they offer one of these coupon deals so I'm hoping things may still work out. But I'm not doing anything else without a written estimate.

He was a little late because he had a lot of orders from Angie's List. Personable. Did an adequate job.

Shawn arrived at the slotted time and was able to cut & install the gypsum board, which I had purchased earlier, and tape the seams. Greg, the owner, arrived later in the day to apply the first coat of mud. In order to complete the work, Greg came out a second time to apply the second and final coat. Meanwhile, Shawn looked at the handrail which needed repair and determined new spindles were needed because the ones installed were too short to work. So, after making a trip to Lowes to get all the needed material, Shawn was able to install the spindles and replace the banister. He even secured the second floor handrail which he noticed was not very secure.

Went very well. On time, and explained everything.

This was done exactly like I wanted. Scott, the carpenter, was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up everything, like he was never here. Highly recommend their services.

He showed up on time, worked 4 hours and did good work according to my spouse who inspected the work. We did extend Greg's work time for 2 more hours, as we had more work to complete than he could finish in the original time allotted. He cleaned up the areas where he was working when he left. We would have let him finish additional work that needed to be done, but he had prior appointments to keep.

Gregg came on time, assessed the job went to buy materials and repaired the soffit all within the 4 hours allocated. The job was extremely well done and for $149 plus materials it was a bargain. I am sure we will use Gregg again. Thanks

Greg was prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. When finished, I asked if perchance he could switch out an electrical outlet that had gone bad. He was very willing to help. Great worker; excellent job. Re-grooved shower looks great.

Greg did a great job. He was punctual and reviewed with us what he would be doing before he started. He also spent some time after he finished to discuss a potential project to re-grout our kitchen.

Scheduling was easy, Greg was on time and very nice. I hate to complain but the work was sloppy and I still have grout sticking out from my shower that has dried. I was expecting the work to be much neater and more complete. There are spots on both showers that are not covered and the spots that were covered were not done neatly. I did inspect what was done before he left so it is my fault for not having him re-do. After he left, I noticed the grout sticking out from the wall in the shower. Greg told me before he came that most jobs took only 30 minutes vs. 2 hours. Greg was only here 30 min. but it would have been better if he spent more time and done a better job.

I went as I would have expected it to go.
