It didn't. They couldn't get to me for several weeks and the woman on the phone acted like she was doing me a big favor to answer the phone.

Very punctual, personable and did a great job. Would definitely hire again.

2 men showed up on time at 8am. One of them was a pro another clearly an apprentice, whose job was to bring tools from trailer and hand screws. Since I paid for 4 HOURS of work, I thought it was a good idea to have an apprentice on site. They did some of what I asked. At 9:50 to my surprise, they said their time is other and the next hour will cost me $80 PER PERSON. I asked why, they said its NOT a 4 hour call, it's a 2 hour for 2 people. I did not buy that, I paid for 4 HOURS of handyman work. Also, the work they have performed was absolutely horrendous! The light fixture they installed fell down an hour after they left. I will NEVER hire this firm again and advise anyone to avoid them! When I begged them to finish a task they have started before their announcement, they charged me extra $80, so in the end I paid $209 for 2.5 hours of a ****** pro with a young apprentice who did nothing... You decide for yourself if you are willing to pay ANY money for such service...

1. I needed GFCI Outlet Installed in Master Bathroom. I had everything removed and all they had to do was install the part. Very easy job but Handyman was not able to install the GFCI Outlet. 2. I needed to have dishwasher fit in. I had new granite counters installed and the dishwasher kept pulling forward. It needed to be secured in. This was an easy job but Handyman was not able to secure it in. 3. I needed Tub faucet installed in Master Bathroom. It was a simple Faucet. Again the Handyman was not able to Install Tub Faucet. The Deal mentioned Plumbing and Electrical. I bought Electrical Deal with Angieslist just in case the Handymen could not do these minor things. I was assuming I could get Handymen to finish these simple items. Deal said 4 Hours. They arrived at my home around 8 am and left around 9:30 am. I had lot of unused time for the deal i had purchased. I don't feel like I received proper service because these guys should have known how to do what was on my list. Due to them not knowing I had to use the service I purchased for Electrical. I will also need to use the Deal for Plumbing. I just wish they knew what they were doing. They seem like nice people but just not experienced.

Prior to the service: They called ahead of time to understand the services being requested. They confirmed the date and time and showed up on time. Service: When they arrived the morning of the service, they not only reviewed the items I requested, but also looked around the entire house to see if there was anything else that needed attention in the time they had allotted. They found a window that needed help and did the work at no additional labor or materials expense since it fit into the time purchased! They really did a great job. Basic materials were included, but replacement of significant items weren't (all part of the deal). A large replacement board for the porch overhang was very reasonably priced - 10's of dollars, not 100's :). For the window I mentioned above, they even used a couple of pieces of spare hardie siding they saw on the back deck when they did the walk around (at their request!) to complete the repair around the window. Very helpful and very friendly. They did more than I planned and really helped fix some problems with the exterior of my house! I look forward to using them again for future projects.

They are here right now. This is the second time using them. It was a Big Deal for $149. I don’t recall that I paid them any additional money. From what I can see so far, the quality is good. They were supposed to come today between 8:00 & 8:15. I got a call saying that they needed to delay a day. Then within an hour or so they had sent someone out, so I have to give them an “A” for responsiveness.

instead of replacing the whole 15' board, they cut the bottom 2' and replaced, didn't paint it, the caulking looks bad and worst of all, they left a 1" gap where the board is supposed to connect with the siding which opens up big water problems. I had the problem identified by my roofing contractor. Upon Triangle Home care coming back, they said they "missed it".

It went well, and the work that was done was fine. They just missed a few things, which my painter pointed out and repaired, after the fact. Overall, I think it would have been better to have my painter do it all.

They were very good-natured. They were very professional and even gave advise for next remodeling project.

I have used this team of professionals more than once and have been content with Greg's expertise and willingness to ensure he only does the best work. I will continue to recommend Triangle Home Care to my friends and neighbors.

Greg and helper arrived on time, reviewed the project, provided an accurate estimate of the cost of supplies and time needed to complete the job. Went to work immediately, purchased supplies, completed the job on time and within the stated budget, and cleaned up all materials before leaving. Very pleased with the work.

Greg and team performed quality work reparing/replacing rotted wood trim and siding on our home; rebuilt 3 dormers. Pricing was competitive, showed up on time, professional. Very pleased, would definitely use them again!

I scheduled an appointment online and gave them 3 options of dates available. I never heard back from them. I ended up getting my money back.

Fine. He stated that the boots did not need replacing or fixing and the roof was in good shape

The technicians were very punctual. They came in time, bought the needed supplies and completed the job in a timely manner. They are very friendly and provided candid advice.

It didn't go at all, that was the problem.

Triangle Home Repair showed up on time, figured out a way to make the repairs (tight limited space under main kitchen sink) and actually shored up the cabinet way beyond its original design. Great job well done.

Excellent quality and service--no complaints--will use them again.

I purchased a voucher for labor through Angies list. I never was able to use the voucher for the following reasons: When I called to schedule the work it took a week for them to return my call. When I scheduled - they would only schedule to show at 8am to do the work - this was a problem with my schedule- I coundn't make it there until 9am When I tried to reschedule to a different day they refused and told me it would be 3 months before they could get to me - after my voucher expired.They also canceled the original appointment and refused to add me to their schedule. They told me to take my problem back to Angies list for a refund - it wasnt their problem.
