I initially contacted them and asked questions before I purchased the job and they provided me with all the answers I needed and some good advice to assist with my tile purchase. Their office contacted me as soon as I purchased the service and we scheduled the install. They showed up exactly on time and were able to complete the job in only one day (we originally scheduled two days). Quality of the work was fantastic and everything came out perfectly. Very easy to deal and talk with.

It turned out fine and I didn't have any problem at all. The thing I am a little uncomfortable with was I almost felt like when they came in, they knew they were going to be charging me more than what I had originally paid for. It was another $100 just for the supplies and I think it was probably at least another $150 on top of that for the additional time that they were there. For me in that particular situation, I think before I would do something like that again, I would have somebody come out and give me a quote of what amount of time was involved because it's kind of hard when you think that 4 hours sounds like a lot of time. The turnaround time was very quick on it. I didn't have a problem with it, in that particular type of repair, I would want somebody to come and do a quote beforehand so that I know what kind of time we were talking about. I didn't have any problem at all with the fellow, it's just that I ended up paying a lot more out of pocket than I thought I was going to.

I purchased a "Big Deal" to have my bathroom ceramic tile replaced. The Big Deal price looked very good ($400) and it was not a huge job so I thought I would try it. I was contacted a few days after placing the order and made an appointment. Greg and Doug who did the work showed up right on time. Then the up-selling began; additional charge for pulling the toilet and sub flooring. Before they even started I was up to about $750. This would not have been bad if they had stopped by for a consultation before showing up for the job, as I might have reconsidered having it done. Greg explained, rightly I believe, that for $400 with his fee to Angie's list and a $40 allowance for tile and paying his assistant, he makes no money on the job so there is no time to come for a consultation and without up-selling there would be no profit at all. The quality of the tile work was not good. In fact, I decided to have it removed and start from scratch. Greg and his assistent Doug were really good guys but the work was not up to par on this job. I called Greg and told him of my decision to re-do the job and he immediately wanted to know how he could help resolve the situation as best he could. Doug ended up coming and completely removed the tile. Lesson learned, "Big Deals" are not always what they seem, never have any work done without first having a consultation.

Greg was very honest and pleasant. He suggested I search for a better deal. I appreciated that.

He was very prompt, personable, and did a good job. He was honest and explained what needed to be done. He went to the store, bought what he needed, and then came back and fixed it.

Great work and quality craftsmanship. Greg and the team were very knowledgeable and dedicated. I had some siding replacement done in the Spring and then had Triangle Home Care provide a new roof. Work was well very done, completed on time, and everyone went the extra mile to make sure everything was done well. Greg is very good to work with and will explain problems and solutions in detail. A pleasure to work with and I expect to hire them for my next.

At first there was a little confusion with the area needing attention as I was out of town at the time services were rendered. But when I returned home and noticed area needing most attention was missed I contacted Mr. Starkes who came back and performed the repair there without question, hesitation nor added charges. The service provided was okay. It wasn't great. He did an average job. He tried to fix it but it was not fixable. It was just a problem with the original floor, I'm not sure if it's all his fault.

It went just fine. They replaced wood on one of our eaves and the bar over our shed. They showed up, did the work, and got it done quickly. Their price is excellent. We ended up having to wait 6 weeks for them to come by. They showed up when they said they would.

Greg did what he could but advised that the ultimate need would be replacement windows. He offered good advice.

The big deal did not allow a lot of time to complete the project, however, Greg maximized the use of his time to give me the greatest impact. I was pleased with the results.

Greg was on time, friendly and professional. Aside from taking care of a number of problems I had around the house he walked around the house and talked to me about a variety of other issues. He got a lot accomplished in the time allotted and I was happy with the work he completed.

Two workers came to house to repair/replace rotted wood around garage window. One worker did the repair work while the other "worker" stood around handing him tools as needed. Removed gutter and replaced cedar siding with piece of Hardiboard (stopped work and went out to purchase). Added piece of flashing. Charged extra for additional time (appeared reluctant to "return change for money tendered").

After assessing the work I requested and inspecting the room he made some suggestions regarding best next steps. I agreed and he started right away and finished in two days. He is easy to work with, very pleasant, and his work looks great!

The rot was fixed and area painted over. Went ok.

Work performed satisfactorily. Work only took two hours though the deal was for four. Provider offered to apply the two hours toward future work. Was helpful in assessing other problem areas.

I booked the appointment and Greg showed up on time and looked at the damaged facial boards and recommended I go with PVC board to distract the carpenter bees from drilling in the boards which would prevent the woodpeckers from tearing up my sunroom. I gave Greg the money to go to Home Depot to get the materials and he returned quickly with a worker and they got the job done.

They were very eager to please and helpful. They came and examined the areas I wanted fixed and then went and got the materials (which i was billed for). They then fixed the areas and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction.

It went really well. His work made a huge improvement in our house.

We bought a Big Deal for 149.00. Greg and Chris arrived on the scheduled date on time! They estimated the coast of materials, one stayed to start the job, the other left to purchase materials. We were very pleased. Greg and Chris cleaned up afterward! We would recommend this company!

Greg and his helper did an excellant job, I had them here for about 3 hours on one of deals he offered for a handyman service and they knocked out and cleanded up afterwards. If you can try to provide them with the materials like boards and stuff before they arrive it works so they don't have to take time going back and forth to Lowe's, or it keeps it at a minimum. We had to make a trip anyhow. I would recommend his service.
