We've used Greg for a few home improvement jobs and are very pleased with his service, quality of work, overall professionalism, and cost. He did a large bathroom renovation at our house in January 2015. We were impressed and pleased with how he dealt with the many ?surprises? one finds when they open the walls and floors of a house. The job was done smoothly despite a number of unanticipated issues. We liked him and his work so well we hired him to do bathroom renovations at our daughter?s house. Again, the work was done on time, in a professional manner, and within budget. We have decided to have him update the remaining two bathrooms in her house. Due to the quality of his work and reliability he is our first choice for home repairs.?

I thought the work was okay. He told me he would take care of the repairs. When he pulled up the floors, he wanted more money than was quoted. I told him that we had agreed on a price and refused to pay more. My stepdad came over to check the work, and told him to correct some of the work. He only did some of the repairs, but did not complete others. A home inspector found that the work was not done properly. Some of the wood was rotten under the house and not replaced. He also left wood and trash under the house. When he took out the disposal, he used improper piping for the plumbing. It isn't supposed to be used for plumbing at all, according to the inspector. He also used an old or bad seal on the toilet, and it's been leaking ever since. He was professional at first, but then he wanted to finish the job and get his money. More than one time, I came home for lunch to find they were gone and had left my house unlocked. I spoke to him about it, but they still neglected to lock up.

Went well. Came in on time did the job . Returned next day to complete by putting in the grout.

On time. ?On budget. ?Service was performed in an excellent and professional manner. ?Very attractive upon completion.

We had a dead raccoon removed on Monday and needed to get the hole that it used sealed / repaired as soon as possible to prevent Thany other animals from entering. I called around to try and find anyone who could help me and fit my small repair job in quickly. I called 5 different places and Triangle Home Care not only returned my call promptly, but came out that afternoon to give me an estimate over the phone for the work. And then they came out on Saturday and quickly fixed the issue. They gave me two repair options and told me exactly what they would do. I will definitely use them again.

Well, I originally thought this would be limited to re-tiling of my laundry room floor, but it quickly became apparent that the framers of my house took the day off when they did one section of that room. The joist was crowned, and there was no framed support for some subfloor for about 14 inches. Yeah, it was ugly and it created a bump/dip combo that caused door swing problems, looked bad, and stopped any large tile from being installed. In comes Sean, who happened to be a framer as well. He worked with me to find the best solution, then personally invested himself in the outcome of a flat floor that was structurally sound BEFORE tiling. He did a great job, was super reliable (3 trips) - and I appreciate his solid quality work. Someone else might have just thrown together a solution, but Sean did it right and I'm very happy with the outcome. So, again, what started as tile work ended with a lot more, but he did a great job with everything. Thanks!

He was considerate to the fact that I had an active leak and came to my home on a Saturday. I had bought the deal for a certain amount of work but that was not enough to cover what I had to have done. I was also charged an extra amount for 'out of area' service which wasn't stated in the coupon details. Other that that, he did an excellent job on my roof and I would hire him again.

My experience was fine. The deal that I bought did not fit my needs.

The morning of the original day of service, the temp was in the 20's. Provider was to be here at 8:00 am. I called at 8:15, to see if it was too cold. No answer. I called again at 9:45, no answer. Then Greg called me 5 min later to reschedule to the next day, 8 am. The next day. Greg called at 8:10 to ask for the address because " the office had given him the wrong address". Once at the correct location, I found Greg and his assistant to be very efficient. My biggest issue was the no heads up call on the first day.

They did a pretty good job. They ended up doing some work for us which was nicely done. I finished painting it. After they put it in, I painted it and it looks like they really did a nice job.

Awesome. From first communication until they completely cleaned up their mess, they were professional and right on point. Would highly recommend them.

They had two guys come out. One did the work and the other one did not. They said that the job was done and completed because both of them were there for two hours each. But both of them did not do the two hours worth of work. We had a small repair that did not get done. We thought that while the one guy wasn?t doing anything that the work should have been completed. I called them and told them that they didn't complete it. The office manager said that if they had to go get materials one of them would stay behind and work while the other went and got materials. Instead they both left and got materials. He didn?t get up there and look at the wood rot right below the roof. He said it didn?t need replaced, it just needed a nail. My husband had already put the nail in. He looked at it from the ground instead of going up there and actually checking it out. He said that he would come back to finish the work in the morning. I called the office manager to see if they were going to charge additional since they didn't utilize all the time that was paid for. She asked what I wanted her to do about it. She said that she could refund the money, I said I didn't want a refund because they had done some work. I wanted them to finish the work that they should have done in the first place.

The crew showed up on time and worked diligently in bad weather (cold and sleet)

When they actually got around to quoting me the final price was about 3 times as much. An additional charge of $250 just to bring a ladder tall enough to reach what I needed done. They were nice about it but that price is just too high. It feels kind of like a bait and switch.

The crew was prompt and courteous. They gave an estimate of time and materials and we paid the difference between the deal we purchased and the overall cost for needed repairs.

Showed up on time, and started to work right away, completed the job, cleaned up the area of all debris.

I was very pleased with the service and work that Triangle Home Care provided. I had a very old bathroom floor replaced. The sub flooring required some extra work which they were able to do at the same time. They were prompt and professional, and explained the entire process. The new flooring looks great, and I do plan to use this company again!

I was unhappy with the work. It only took him 5 minutes to do it. I ended up having to go and purchase the seal to put over it so that the water wouldn't get in between the tin and the wood.

Greg and Chris arrived at 9 am on the dot as scheduled and got right to work. They encountered a few glitches hiding behind the drywall and made on the spot changes in the plan to get the job done. They removed the medicine cabinet mounted on the side wall and installed 2 new Pottery Barn recessed medicine cabinets, centered over the 2 sink vanity. Then they patched up the drywall, cleaned up and were on their way! I am so happy to finally have mirrors and additional bathroom storage! The cabinets look great!

My husband has not had time to get the boards (due to work, hospitalization) Therefore we do not need these service now but will call him back when we have the boards.

It was fine. I would just give him a "B" overall.

I purchased 4 hrs of wood rot restoration for $149. I was told I would get 2 people for 2 hours when I made the appointment. When Mr. Starkes arrived at 8:10am for an 8am appointment the clock was already ticking on my 4 hrs and he told me his hourly rate after the 2 hrs was $80. I showed him the areas that needed attention and both he and the 2nd person left to go to Lowes to purchase the material, so the clock was ticking on my 2 hrs. The trip took a good 30 mins costing me 1 hr of the 4 that the coupon was good for, leaving me barely over an hour (with 2 people) prepaid. I ended up having to pay for 2 additional hours to get the worst siding replaced (2 full lengths across my garage, and 2 smaller pieces). The work he did looked good though we have found a crack in the trim above the garage door (under the work he did) since then. The clean-up was ok but I did find several nails around the driveway after he left. I don't feel like I got a good value out of the coupon because so little work was actually done for the value of the coupon itself.

That turned out good. We just moved into the home and had him come out to give us an evaluation at what he thought would be the best option. This was around an exterior door. He suggested which door to purchase instead of replacing the wood. He was very helpful.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, offered several options without pressuring me, and did an excellent job with the repairs.

The service was good. They replaced some trim work around a door and windows. They covered it with vinyl and put in plank to replace the siding. They also painted the siding. My one complaint was they didn’t put a drop cloth down so there is some paint on my deck.
