It was okay. They were fine. They were here the middle of September.

They (Greg and Larry) finished another job early and called to see if they could start my job earlier than scheduled. When they arrived, we discussed the work and I showed them the problem areas I knew of. They got to work removing the exterior rot to see how deep it went. Greg gave me a couple of options and quoted me a price for extra time and materials, which I thought was reasonable. They went up the street to Lowe's to get what they needed. When they got back, they did a great job with the repair, replacing the rotten wood with PVC, putting in flashing where necessary, caulking around everything, and cleaning up afterwards. I feel pretty confident that I won't have to worry about the areas they worked on anymore.

Would definitely use again. They were on time, finished in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up all their left over debris.

They were nice guy but they didn’t do a good job. I would tell someone to not to expect good finishing work.

I can't say enough good things about Triangle Home Care. I was able to get an appointment the next day...they arrived 10 minutes early...they did everything we needed done...very friendly, professional, thorough and did a great job. I will definitely call them back in the future.

Triangle Home Care responded promptly by phone after I purchased their BIG DEAL to schedule an appointment. They were able to get out for an evaluation within a couple of days. Greg and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They were courteous and professional, always removing their shoes at the door when coming in the house. They were careful of plants and the patio when using ladders to go on the roof. Greg always told me what he was going to be doing, Afterwards, he gave me his impression of the roofing condition and what to look for until it's replaced in 5 years by our HOA.

This was an $8995 big deal purchase and it was horrible. They just did not know how to measure and the workmanship was not very good. They tried to charge me more, but I did not. I bought all the cabinets; I bought everything. They said they have allowances, but I bought everything. I would never recommend them. They did extra work for me. They repaired a door for me but after they finished the door moldings, where they match up, were, like, one-half inch off. They cut the wrong degree angle for my baseboard molding and there is a big bow in the wall where they put in the new one. The quality of the work was very low. When they installed the kitchen they had some of the kitchen cabinets off by an inch. You could even see it on the wall where there is a paint line. When they came to install the counter they could not put them in because it was all off so that delayed it three weeks because they did not measure right. There are cabinets put in right now wrong because they don't line up. I did not notice this when they were putting them in. It was just a bad job. They tried to not do a lot of work saying either the other vendors would do it or just that they did not do certain things. For being contractors they did not contract. I shamed them into repairing some stuff.

This was fine. It took them way too long to schedule. The guys that came out were nice, professional and friendly. They seemed to know what they were doing.

The window repair was unsuccessful- leaks works than before - I called the company to have them come out and fix it but they never contacted me. It was $100 labor for the repair + supplies + an extra $100 for the overtime on the Angie's list deal.

Tune up went great. Leak took 2 visits to fix. Second visit was no charge. Very professional and knowledgeable.

It was fine, they came in and connected the water lines, I was working from home and on a conference call so I couldn't interact. They connected the lines and didn't notice an issue over the weekend until hot water wasn't working. Then the hot water valve burst. Never had this problem before. The connection unit completely came undone and flooded the kitchen, we didn't call them because it was after hours and we needed someone to come immediately. Another plumber came and fixed the issue. I just want the refund for the $49. I was told by the SP that whomever she talked to that what they had done was asked and would not be refunded. My issue is yes they did their job but another issued resolved after that which never previously presented itself before.

Very well. It was a lot quicker then thought. I did have to buy the new windows, and have someone paint them.

These were the original pieces and very difficult to remove. A very long job removing the faucet the nuts were rusted to the bolts and had to be sawed? broken? off. There were other pieces completely rotted out that they replaced as well. The sink is not in great shape so the new faucet wobbles a little, but looks and works great. My only complaint is that the faucet head was not placed properly, it does not turn all the way to the left side of the sink.

The provider arrived promptly, and performed all tasks in a professional manner. It was necessary for the provider to replace one part which was not included in the customer-purchased replacement faucet set. I was very satisfied with the service, and would definitely call on them again.

The gentleman came out. He was only here for a lot of things. They gave 2 hours to get the whole job done. The job was satisfactory. It wasn't that extravagant job to be done. The guy was competent and he did a decent job. He did the job that was required. I have no reason to believe that he wouldn't be able to do much more. He was fine and it was nothing extravagant. It was a reasonable point of time. The pricing was good.

I purchased a Big Deal for $399. Thought it was a good deal. Maybe this is a good company if you?re paying full price, but I felt I received mediocre work and bad customer service. Over phone, he quoted $250 for subfloor work. OK, no problem. Then extra $50 for grout color other than white (which I bought). What? They said colored grout requires ?more man hours? but they would remove the charge. Greg showed up for work, on time, but with an invoice pre filled for $300. So, looked like they charged me anyways, but I decided not to make an issue of it. The air duct was flush with the subfloor. Greg said he?d need to extend the metal duct to the final height of the floor for $200. I asked why we couldn?t just cut tile and subfloor around the vent. He tried to make excuses for it, then finally suggested the same thing I already had. No problem, no cost. Subcontractors were nice guys, very friendly. They laid the tile fairly well, with just a few minor mistakes, but nothing that would be a real problem. Maybe A- or B+ work?except for the threshold. They set it with only grout, not thinset, half on the plywood and half on the carpet (a week later, the grout still hadn?t dried). Needless to say the next day, the grout between the threshold and tile had failed. They offered to come and fix it, but I declined due to other contractors on-site. I felt they would get in each other?s way so had them fix it instead. Throughout the next week, I went back and forth with the manager about what had happened. She was very defensive and I felt she didn?t actually listen to my concerns. I felt, because the deal was so low, they were trying to eke out as much money as they could. If you can?t afford to do the work as offered, maybe you shouldn?t offer the coupon. At this point, grade had dropped to a B- or C+. Everything seemed ok until 9 days later; the grout is cracking. I was informed that the warranty is 1 year on the tile, not including grout. Warranty or not, if you won?t stand by your work after 9 days, that?s bad business. This, finally, got the D.

Good. They came out they did an assessment, they said what time they come back to do it and they came back and did the work needed to be done. It was just one area I needed help on. The gentleman that came out said we could probably do a little bit more for the price you paid. There were damage and rot to some trim boards. They removed those and replaced them with PVC to not rot and recaulked it. I would tell a friend they seem trustworthy. They honor there time contracts. They did a good job and for a reasonable price.

It went pretty good. A little more expensive for what they did but it was good service. There were two workers. They were right on time. They left the area very clean. I liked there promptness.

It did not go well. Before the date of the visit I spoke with the individual who was going to do the work. I gave details about what it was I wanted done, described the racks to be installed, and even offered to send instructions. I did not want there to be any misunderstanding. I was informed that was not needed. On the day of installation there were two people who showed up. They were punctual and courteous--however, they were not prepared to do the work as mentioned. One person informed me that the rack (the only one installed in 3 hours) was really something another type of technician should have installed. WHAT?!?!? Additionally, the screws were not put in straight and the rack was bent when one of them got on it to test the weight limits. They were professional and courteous but my biggest fault is that they took on a job beyond their skills. I had 4 different racks to put up and only one was installed. I ended up spending $500 to have another person come and complete the job. I am sure there are other things this vendor is good at . . .hopefully, your experience will be different. Just make sure they understand the work to be done.
