Zach was extremely professional, submitted a detailed estimate of the work and responded to all of our inquiries very quickly. The team, (Dave, Larry and Paul) arrived sharply at 8:00 in the morning to do the work. They were very professional, kept me informed along the way and paid attention to the smallest detail. The guys cleaned up every night before going home and were a pleasure to work with. Before they left, they walked around the house with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was totally satisfied! The house looks brand new and we have had many compliments from the neighbors.

I would highly discourage anyone from using them. They provided substandard service. They were not professional. She brought in inexperienced painters. When we came home, it was very substandard service. She used  paint that was substandard and not agreed upon. We paid for Sherwin Williams paint and she used very inexpensive contractor paint. We even learned that she thinned the paint down with water to stretch it. They were not honest when we questioned if certain areas of certain rooms were painted. They said they were and we later learned they were not. There was dishonesty and they were not punctual. The job was supposed to be done in 3 weeks and it took 7 weeks. The contract called for $13,000 and we had already given her $10,000 and I said we were not giving her one single cent more. They broke some things while they were in the home. She had contracted an electrician to change out some light fixtures and cabinets. When we questioned where the original items were, she said that she thought she was supposed to take them so they were just gone. We were planning on using them somewhere else in the home. My opinion was that she either sold them or used them herself. It was not a good experience and I would never recommend them. It was a very big disappointment.

The "finished" job was unsatisfactory with painted over bubbles, painted over unsanded areas on the walls and ceiling.  Amanda DID admit to the problems and willingly came back to fix the issues, which, of course, delayed completion and inconvenienced me.    Upon completion of the repairs, an area of the ceiling was unsatisfactory as the wall color got mixed into the ceiling.
Through communication via text, ( and I included photos of the ceiling as proof) Amanda said that my "expectations were too high."  I consulted with my project manager and designer and both agreed that my issues were causes of concern and I was justified in my expectations. She said, however, that she would come to fix the problem.  Again, another delay in completion.  She sent her assistant and did not "seal the deal" or at least thank me for business.  Not a professional way to end the project.

In discussing her fee and payment, which I was only willing to give half untiI the job was completely done to my satisfaction, she said to me that she should have charged me more, equivilent to what she charges builders.  Not my issue.  Not my problem.  An unprofessional remark, in my opinion. Additionally,  time between return phone calls, emails, and texts were too long.  Continually felt I had to "chase" her down.
She probably would do well with builders and new construction, but not so much with established home owners.
