Description of Work: Called back within one hour of sending an message through the Angie's List site. Explained our lock problem. The gentleman explained we needed to contact the manufacturer and exactly what to do to get a repair kit because of the way that lock manufacturer serviced their product. Offered to help us with the install when we got the repair kit. Was very professional. I followed his instructions and we got the repair kit in within a week and I was able to fix the lock myself. My net cost was some time on the phone. When I need locks serviced I will definitely call Raleigh Locksmith for my needs.

Description of Work: Raleigh Locksmith was fantastic! They responded very quickly to my inquiry about putting in a deadbolt and scheduled a time to perform the service within the week. The day of service, his first appointment ended early, so the locksmith called me and asked if he could come a little early. He was very professional, added the deadbolt in only 20 minutes and ensured that he cleaned up after himself. It was a very pleasant experience!

Description of Work: I had called Raleigh Locksmith previously to ask for some information on anti-bump locks. He was very friendly, as opposed to another locksmith I called.
