Description of Work: I didn't request any garage door service and no service was performed recently by this or any other company or person. I suspect you sent this to me in error. Description of Work: the installer was punctual and installed a new door opener and new rollers. I have ha nothing but problems with the opener. I have to get out of my car in order to close the door. Doesn't work with garage door opener. It starts to close but it takes 3-4 tries to get it to close. Extremely irritating.

Description of Work: Had to replace both springs and all the rollers as well as part of the supports. The double door is 26 years old. The repairman came in,inspected the door, showed me what needed to be done and walked me through it step by step.
