I purchased steelcase touch up paint...first issue was it never shipped on time...when I did receive it, although I ordered Gray paint and the can was marked gray it came out tan..I emailed customer service and even provide them pictures..they told me I didn't shake can well..so I shook can for ten minutes...the result was the same it sprayed tan...I emailed them back asking if they thought possibly a different shade of their gray may actually be gary..they shoot back with a statement telling me that I could not return the paint..silly me, I explained to tham I had not asked to return the paint but asked for their advice..they sent me a different shade of what they label as gray and charged me additionally for the shipment..I was shocked when I sprayed it on my desk and it was clearl not gray it was a yellow/cream color...I emailed them back asking if I could return only the second shipment for a full refund...I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING HUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY..THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Since I was unsure about the exact part I needed, I sent some photos. My e-mail was answered very quickly and I ended up speaking to "Rob" on the phone. Rob told me that the part I needed was from an old model chair and was no longer available. However, he would do a search of his "bone yard" of old parts to see if he could locate what I needed. Rob contacted me within a very short time to tell me that he had found the part and proceeded to mail it to me FREE OF CHARGE. He told me, "I like to keep those old chairs out of the landfill".
Description of Work: I contacted www.businessfurnitureshop.com as a result of an internet search to replace a broken part on a Herman Miller Aeron chair.
