Rob told me that the part I needed was from an old model chair and was no longer available. However, he would do a search of his "bone yard" of old parts to see if he could locate what I needed.
Rob contacted me within a very short time to tell me that he had found the part and proceeded to mail it to me FREE OF CHARGE.
