On Time Services

UPDATE: After 2-months of myself & Home Advisor pursuing Mr. Katz for damages, I finally received an insurance check of ~$3,800 for damages & reimbursement of the $250 project fee. My experience with this service provider hasn t changed, but I do want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service by Home Advisor. I will continue to use Home Advisor when I seek future contractors as Home Advisor cares that they do business with responsible service providers.

Mike was prompt and provided the requested service.

Mike arrived on time and prepared. The Spackle job was small, but he attacked it as if it were a major job. He was neat and professional. Even though he knew the Spackled area would be covered by the to be installed wall unit, he made sure it was neat and finished anyway. Donâ t know if we will have future jobs or if everything IS finally finished, but he is now on our speed dial.

Mike Katz, the handyman I hired through your agency,, was fabulous.. Iâ ve never known anybody who could do anything with such ease and desire to achieve perfection. He did. I would hope he will be available should I need his services again. is nothing he canâ t do.

Keanla was professional, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. He did not waste time and expertly did the work. I definitely will hire him again.

On Time Services showed up on time and got right to work. We needed Mike to hang some curtain rods. He did an efficient job of measuring and hanging the rods with minimal mess. He was friendly and professional and at his minimum charge, the job was well priced. We have used him again.

Mike did good work with the electrical, but his paint job in my bathroom was sloppy and unprofessional. There was paint on my ceiling, unspackled holes, and missing patches. He did a good job nailing in wainscoting, but spackled it with silicone instead of wood filler. He seemed to have a lack of confidence about an upcoming tile job in the same bathroom. Nice guy, but I did not allow him back to complete the job.

Just to show up it cost $i85.00. Which I felt was to hjgh becaus I supplied all yhe material for the job. They just need to make three cuttings for the downspouts.

Great Handy Man but is not expert in gas dryers.

Mike did an awesome job responding to the project and taking the lead in finding and fixing the problem.
