Carlos and his team are very professional, conscientous and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the front porch and screened-in porch, too. Overall, a very good job!

I needed someone to come in to clean very last minute and Maid Perfect made it happen. I would definitely recommend their services and hope to use the again soon.

We did have to e-mail Carlos to see what time they would arrive, they responded quickly and came at that time. Took the staff about 2 hours, house is clean and smelled nice. If you don't like carpet freshener powder I would think you could tell them that; It is not too strong but next time I might have them not use it.

I emailed them and they emailed me back fairly quickly.

I went on Angie's list and saw the special that Maid Perfect was offering. I contacted Carlos the owner and he responded back very quickly. He was able to get to the job in just a couple of days. I was impressed that Carlos, his wife and his team were on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job in doing a deep cleaning for two bathrooms and the kitchen. I noticed that when cleaning they even cleaned the blinds and light fixtures and mopped the floors. They did an excellent job.

They did okay. One of the blinds is broken. I wanted to try then and may not use them again.

Carlos was incredible professional, very prompt with email correspondence, and left a clear checklist of what work had been done, as well as a quote for ongoing service. Their team did an outstanding job and I look forward to working with them in the future! Thank you, Carlos and Perla!

They did a wonderful job. Very thorough I asked for a quote to have them come back every other week. It was a little higher than I wanted to spend. They were willing to work with me to adjust the services which in turn made the price very acceptable I would highly recommend Carlos and Perla.

My house was in pretty bad shape and needed a lot of work. I have two cats and a lot of cat hair. Maid Perfect Housekeeping stayed here just about all day. They had four people with them and they really did a good job and I was very pleased. I did pay them a little bit more because they had given me whatever they said was off the discount for first time users and I really thought that they did a good job. I had called about 4 or 5 other maid services and none of them returned my call but Maid Perfect.

They show up on time, bring their own supplies & equipment & are just great at what they do.

I am so happy with Maid Perfect Housekeeping. They are true to their motto, "go above and beyond." The owners, Carlos and Perla, really came through for me and my husband when they completed a move-out housecleaning for us. I hesitate to write this because I don't want them to get overwhelmed by last minute weekend requests but I have to say something about it because the customer service was just incredible.Here's the story: I called them at the very last minute--on a Friday night--to perform a Saturday cleaning. Turns out they're not normally open on weekends (In fact, most services don't work on weekends, as others I called informed me.) But even though they were normally not working, Carlos and Perla agreed to come Saturday. But when Saturday came around, my husband and I were too far behind on our packing to have them come. I called them a couple of hours before their schedule arrival to see if they could come on Sunday instead (because we were way behind on our packing), and they agreed, Sunday! If that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is. (I hope they don't end up with too many weekend jobs because I'm writing this!!) They showed up on time and when they left our house a few hours later, it was literally spotless. We didn't have the house completely packed into the truck when they showed up, so they actually worked around us, first on the rooms that were ready to be cleaned, then on the others as we got the furniture into the truck. Carlos actually helped my husband carry a few of the heavier items and organize some of the furniture and boxes in the truck. Also, they have a great attitude--they were professional, responsive and courteous. Carlos has a great sense of humor and Perla was very kind. They kept telling us, "you are the customer and we will do anything to help you," and they really meant it. If you ask Maid Perfect Housekeeping to clean your home, I'm sure you will be as pleased as we were. We moved out of the Raleigh area but still own a rental there and will use them to clean in between tenants if necessary.

They were very punctual on their appointment, they took their time and did their cleaning in detail, and charge me a decent price for the well done work they did. i do recommend this company and i already schedule my next service in two weeks. i want my apartment to look spotless all the time!!

The crew (including owner) showed up on time and made an immediate walk thru to estimate what they needed. They were extremely professional and friendly especially with my dog and kids. There were a couple of rooms I told them not to even concern themselves with since I was in the middle of packing and could not get everything together. When I returned home they had even straighten those rooms! Also, while waiting on me to return, as I was running a little late, they even cleaned the outside of my house door. The only reason I'm rating them a 'B' is because 1) the corner of my tubs (which hadn't been cleaned in a about three weeks - eek) still had a little ring, and 2) my tile kitchen floor was not mopped well. I believe they probably used a Swifter like device on the tile and only a mop can truly clean tile. However, they did offer to come back and correct anything I was not pleased with. They were actually pretty adamant about that assuring me they prefer me happy over the money! Unfortunately, I had guests coming that night and decided to do it myself so I wasn't worried if it was done in time. I will use them again and just tell them to be more diligent in these areas.
