Maid Perfect Housekeeping

I purchased a big deal, $150 (original price $300) for up to 4000 sq ft whole house cleaning. Their service for most part is good. The crew of 3 arrived on time and get right to work while I was talking to the head lady. i would appreciate if they had asked me whether to take off their shoes or not, because two of the ladies just track their shoes upstairs (it was a rainy day too!) before I had a chance to ask them to take off their shoes. I had to leave while they clean, but they spent only an hour cleaning my house of 1600 sq ft. Since the deal is for a much larger house, I was hoping they will do a more detail job for my house, but I was wrong. They didn't vacuum under the bed, the excuse was that the vacume cleaner can not reach... Seriously, a professional cleaning company do not have a vacuum that can reach under the bed? They also missed many window sills, I had to pointed them out. They did not pay attention to window blinds and probably didn't move any furniture (I am talking about small furniture) while vacuuming. You can see dirts in crevices (they did't bother to use crevice tools to clean small area) and corners. Some furnitures, kitchen hood, light fixtures were also missed. Bathrooms, however, are nicely cleaned and the kitchen counter appears to be clean. I will probably pay for $100-150 for a cursory clean job like this but not more.

I purchased the Big Deal for whole house housecleaning. I was contacted the same day I purchased the deal to schedule the date. I purchased a home and wanted to have it cleaned before I moved in. Carlos and his team were polite and professional. Carlos was very friendly. The team did a great and thorough job.

I have never had my home cleaned before but with our first baby on the way I decided to splurge and get a cleaning crew to come and really give the house a deep cleaning. The staff at Maid Perfect did a wonderful job! The owner, Carlos came to the house with 4 other team members. They started cleaning the upstairs and then Carlos would come behind them and check their work. My only complaint would be that I felt more time could have been spent in certain areas. They were extremely quick (which can be a good thing), but I also felt that certain rooms just got wiped down instead of completely scrubbed. Overall I had a great experience with them and would definitely use them again!

The owner was great, he even recommended me to ask my painters to retouch my kitchen cabinets so that my house would look even prettier, I was so amazed at the difference from when I left to coming back and how much life they brought back to my house. I really loved the work they did in my house. Everyone was so nice and efficient!

Maid Perfect did a fabulous job! The blinds in our new house were very very dirty from the previous owners, and there is not a spot of dust on them now. The crew spent a good amount of time cleaning all of the cabinets in our kitchen and really did a good clean of our new hardwood floors downstairs. We had a lot of work done on the house before we moved in, which created a lot of dust from sanding the hardwoods and painting the walls. Maid Perfect got our house perfectly clean the day before we moved in!

I was very disappointed with the quality of work that was performed. I was told that the move-in cleaning included cabinets and shelving, along with removal of cobwebs. During my walk through with the lady on site, she also indicated this. However, upon moving into our home this was obviously not the case. Several cabinets and shelves had not been touched at all...evidenced by the fact that we found trash, comic books,and other miscellaneous items ourselves. We ended up spending our first night in the home re-cleaning the entire kitchen cabinets and closets....which is not okay. There were also a good amount of cobwebs present in the home, in closets, doorways and window sills. The owner also told me when I booked the service that he checked on all the jobs, and made sure the job was done well. He was not there from what I found, I was not happy with the quality of the service and will not be able to recommend this company.

Meh. Just moving into a new rental home . The place was empty and reasonably clean when they arrived and it was reasonably clean when they left. The chrome bits were shinier, otherwise, the bathroom walls still had toothpaste spittle and the kitchen cupboards were dusty outside and sticky inside. I wound up having someone else do the job. Move out and clean behind appliances, clean exhaust fan, degrease cupboards, etc. For $80 I got my chrome polished and learned all I need to know about this company and their interpretation of "deep clean."

t first I was very happy with maid perfect. I explained that I was planning to buy one of the $79 Deals & Buy Now coupons offered on Angie's List. The emails responses were quick and they were able to get us in that Monday. I told them this would be a fairly easy job since our tenant moved out and didn't clean the kitchen or two bathrooms. My husband met the cleaning team and then we learned that the "deep clean" we had purchased did NOT inlcude cleaning the inside of the oven or fridge. My husband was told he'd have to pay an additional $50 to have those done. He was told it was mentioned on the coupon, which I have read 5 times and did not see anywhere on the coupon and was not told during our emails back and forth. When I read "clean appliances" I believed everything would be included, otherwise it would be a surface clean. The fridge was cleaned well and the stove was pretty good. The cleaning team cleaned one of the metal drip pans on the stove top, but left the other 3 with cooked on food. The bathtubs had residue in them and the baseboards were not cleaned (as promised on the coupon.) I might have given a "B" for this less than perfect work if I didn't feel ripped off by the "bait and switch" tactic. Maid Perfect could have a) managed my expectations on the coupon or b) managed my expectations when corresponding with us by email.

The owner and his wife were scheduled to come do an estimate Monday night between 5-7. He called probably around 6:30 and apologized, said they were running late and would be there in 20 minutes if that was still ok. I still didn't think he was late, but I was beginning to wonder where they were, so I appreciated him calling me. They got to the house and started telling me everything they did. Very nice and professional so far. As we go through the house, we get to one room and he says that it looks like a hurricane went through it. I have young children and I have a sense of humor so that was funny to me. But then I felt like he kept harping on the clutter after I told him that the clutter would be taken care of before they came. I am fully aware that he can not do his job well if I have stuff laying all over the place. When we get back downstairs, he starts speaking to his wife in Spanish right of front of me. I find that very unprofessional. He told me he could tell I needed the help and offers me the Angie's List Special for a deep clean and told me it would stand for awhile. I'm not sure if I told him I found him off Angie's List, but I appreciated the offer none the less.

The business owner, his wife and two female helpers cleaned upstairs first, and I didn't notice what the helpers did because I was in the bedroom with Mr. and Mrs. and yelled "STOP" when I saw him attacking the ceiling edges with a tool that was literally scraping off particles of the popcorn ceiling. After they finished upstairs, they wen't downstairs and sort of cleaned the laundry room and a larger, all-purpose carpeted room. I did not go down, but my daughter did, and said that she had to finish cleaning the laundry room. Also, the two female helpers stopped to chat and the owner scolded them. She said they looked very frightened of him.

As indicated previously, they were responsive and punctual, however they didn't clean the switch plates on the walls nor pay much attention to the general wood work. As a member of the team stated, we run a wet cloth over it. They did very good work on the ceiling fans. However, they reached them in an unprofessional and unsafe manner in my opinion. They reached the ceiling fans by standing on a piece of our furniture even though I had a step stool for them to use (actually expected a cleaning service to have their own ladders and the like) and i had advised them that they should use it (I am working on my assertiveness, I should have insisted).

The large kitchen hood had not been cleaned since I can remember, and they did a great job on it..One bathroom had a shower floor that I have been unable to clean, due to physical limitations, for at least 4 years, and when they were through, the whole shower sparkled. All other work performed was of the same quality. I will be happy to have them again.

It went very well. Friendly staff and very accommodating to my requests and my schedule.

They were very accommodating. I had very short notice because my daughter was moving and I called and asked if they could come. It was the week before Christmas and they scheduled me 2 days later, which was the day before my daughter’s move. The house was empty, but previously used. They came when they said they would be able to get there, did the job, and it went very smoothly.

Not good, I am 100% disabled marine corp nam vet, my wife is stage 4 terminal cancer (10 yrs), it is not easy for us to do much at all, but we could do a better job than what was done, our place looks all right, if not for our disabilities, our place would be spotless. Down stairs is 1740 sq ft it is a entertainment area, with a pool table, theater area, small bar, fridge, all on hardwood fl, then a queen size pull out mattress couch, twin recliner, single recliner, large bedroom, with private bath, on carpet floors. They did downstairs first and I went down wiped my hand on top of the fridge and it was filthy, I showed the man, he went down and cleaned it, he had 3 women with him, also the tables down stairs were all sticky, they completed the job downstairs very fast, upstairs were we live, they went too fast and were not gentle, they did not look like they were experience at all. We were not happy at all, not one bit, I took the 4000 sq ft over the 3000 sq ft so to make sure the whole house would look good, was I wrong, 4 out of the 5 jobs I enlisted from Angie's list were great, this cleaning place doesn't belong on Angie's list. I have other work I need done to my house and I will be looking on Angie's list, thank you for your service Angie.

Fabulous! They were very professional and exactly met my expectations for an initial cleaning. I immediately contracted for on-going services because they were so awesome!

Arrived early and thoroughly cleaned the entire house. Very professional and the cleaning met my expectations.

After the initial consultation, the work was scheduled within the week. The work that was performed was very good and exceeded my expectations. Carlos went above and beyond, even returning to the unit after another contractor did not clean up after they worked some plumbing repair. After being offered an additional fee for the return trip, he declined and stated it was not a problem and just wanted to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Needless to say it was a pleasant surprise to see such professionalism. I hope to use Maid Perfect in the future when the need arises.

This was our first time having the house professionally cleaned. We did a fair amount of research and eventually decided to try Maid Perfect, using the deal posted on Angie's List. As others have noted, they responded incredibly promptly to my email request and were accommodating in setting up a time to come perform the work. Carlos, Perla and their crew came in, worked efficiently and professionally, literally scouring every inch on the house, including the front porch! I was so impressed with their thoroughness, attentiveness to detail and professionalism throughout my interaction with them. When they were done, our house looked amazing. I couldn't believe the difference and all the little things they did, the large areas and small nooks they attended to. I was so pleased with the work that they did and would recommend them to anyone.

I received an email to schedule the cleaning within a few hours of purchasing the special and responded with a convenient date and time. I soon got a phone confirmation from Perla that they'd arrive between 1p and 3p on Monday. Carlos and two maids arrived promptly at noon, so they were an hour early via some miscommunication. He apologized for the confusion and offered to come back, but being at home with a new baby, I was happy to have them just get to work, which they did, immediately. They started at the rear of the house and worked forward, spending just under three hours cleaning room by room. I was impressed overall. I found a few things that weren't spot-on perfect after they left -- a few shelves and knick-knacks that got missed when dusting, the floor in our small laundry area, the kitchen sink -- but again, some of it had been neglected for quite a while (the dusting in particular!), so I was content with the job done. Carlos also did a couple of little extras, cleaning the back window and sweeping off the front steps. Everyone was professional. Carlos was very personable and accommodating. I'd welcome them back in the future.

I should start this by saying that I have contemplated using a house-cleaning service for years, and a recent back injury forced me to take the plunge. I am very particular and detail-oriented when it comes to the cleanliness of my home, and I'm also hesitant to have strangers in my home. I have co-workers who have told me about unpleasant experiences with their own cleaning services over the years, so I did a LOT of research prior to making my choice. I chose Maid Perfect because of their excellent reuptation on Angie's List and in the community. I only wish I'd called them sooner! Carlos and Perla responded to my initial inquiry right away (I think they emailed me within an hour!), and asked me for my preference on the date and time for when they should come out for an estimate - and they said they could do the cleaning that same day if I wanted. I told Perla that I'd be available Monday after 2pm, and that's exactly when my doorbell rang! She was so pleasant and professional, as were the rest of her crew. We did a walk-through where she explained everything that would be cleaned (which was pretty much every surface in my home!), and asked me if I had any special requests. I REALLY appreciated this. I asked if she would mind using my own vacuum cleaner, and she was very accommodating to my other requests. I have a shower with sliding doors that is nearly impossible to clean in the grooves near the floor, and there was about a year's worth of soap scum on the glass. She warned me that the type of glass in my shower can be tricky to look "perfect," but trust me when I say that it came out absolutely spotless! I am usually pretty sensitive to the smell of chemicals, so whatever Perla and her staff used is effective but mild and very pleasant - the house just smells clean! I was working from home today, and I was shocked at how efficient Perla and her staff were. They were thorough, detail-oriented, fast, and QUIET! I had a teleconference while they were cleaning upstairs and there was absolutely no interruption. They deep-cleaned my entire townhouse (3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, about 2500 square feet with LOTS of surfaces and furniture, not to mention lots of cat fur) in 2.5 hours flat. I felt very comfortable and safe with her staff in my home, because they were so curteous and professional. My cat is usually very skiddish when it comes to stranges, but Perla was a pro and worked quietly in the room my cat was in:) She even brought me a holiday gift - a beautiful candle for my nice clean home! I have decided to schedule a bi-weekly cleaning with her crew for just $115. I am kicking myself for waiting so long to find this company, but am very thankful that I did. If you are like me and have reservations about using a housecleaning service, you can feel confident that Maid Perfect does a great job and they are great people.

Overall, this was a very good value. The cleaning was not spot-perfect, but very good. I think that the things that were missed were minor and given that this was the first professional clean of the house in a long time, I am OK with that. They were responsive to our requests and seemed intent on doing a good job. They were late - at least 30 minutes late, and I had to call to ask where they were. Fortunately, we did not have to go anywhere.

The did a great job. It was a chaotic day as we were still installing windows in 2 areas of the home. They managed to work around the mess and clean our home. They worked quickly and thoroughly. I was impressed with the work completed and woudl definitely consider having them come back again.
