+ 2 moreExcellent experience overall I had to change the original appointment time. The young woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. She was able to accommodate my changed schedule and was very professional and courteous. The house was being prepped for real estate showings, so attention to detail was crucial. It was toward end of day and I was concerned the team would be tired. Initially, I thought there would be 2 people. However when a second team finished their house, they joined the team at my house and there were 4 people working! I was impressed with the unwavering energy they put into their work. Carlos managed the flow of work and also attended to cleaning details as well. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use their services again, best cleaning service I have used!

+ 2 moreCarlos and his team turned up at 9:30am, after we agreed 9:00am. This is the only remotely bad thing I can say about him and his team, because they are amazing. He came in, introduced everyone, explained everything, even helped move a light that was not quite right hanging from the ceiling. He had a team of four women clean the entire house top to bottom, and when we had someone blocking off the bedroom (IE: installers) he said he'd come back and sort it at 2pm. He apologised profusely when he couldn't get up to the (25 foot high) lamp to dust it, and promised he would in the future. The house is spotless. The team was polite, quiet, used eco-friendly products, and Carlos was tripping over himself to make us happy. You are a crazy person not to hire these guys if you need your house cleaned.

+ -1 moreVery professional. Arrived when they said they would. Went around the house to show them what needed to be done. Then the three of them went to work. They scrubbed the bathrooms like they have never been done before. This was the first time I had used a maid service. I am pretty neat but hate having to do the really tough cleaning. They were here for about 4 hours and when they left it looked fabulous and smelled great.

+ -1 moreWow they were incredible! This house looked amazing when they left. Better than I had anticipated. We had company coming from out of town for a wedding. We scheduled them to clean the day before everyone arrived. They did a fantastic job! Very happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend! They were very polite and arrived on time. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with as well. We received an email confirmation the day prior to cleaning just to remind us of the arrival time. I loved having that last minute communication just to reassure us that they were still coming! It was very to nice to walk around after the job was complete and see the fabulous job they had done.
Description of Work: Purchased a deal for $150. It was for a full housecleaning up to 4000 square feet.

+ -1 moreWhen they came over to do the estimate, they promised me that they were going to do a great job for me. 2 issues that I had with my former cleaning service, they kept breaking my shower door and they closed my cat up in the closet. So, I clearly told them to be careful with the shower door and not to close my closet door. They assured me I didn't have to worry. First cleaning, shower door was broken, cat was closed up in the closet. Called the owner's daughter and she said Carlos would call me back the next day. He didn't. Because I am sick of looking for a cleaning service that cares at all, I decided to give them another try. I called last Wednesday to change my cleaning date from the Friday of that week to the following Friday. Carlos said they would be here. Came home that Friday mid afternoon and they had not been here. I called Carlos and his response, we don't have you on our schedule. That was it. No apology. Nothing. I asked, what he was going to do to fix it, he responded, we are booked, we don't have you on the schedule. All he had to do was pay a couple of girls overtime to make things right. Or if he had apologized, admitted his mistake, and offered to come Monday morning. But I asked him like 3 times, what are you going to do to fix this and all he could say is we are booked. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They promise the moon and deliver crap!!!!! Keep searching. This is not the company you are looking for!

+ -1 moreI arrived home to find my home in pristine condition. The house is tidy, clean and looks amazing. The wood is shinning they clearly did more than dusted, they actually polished it. The wood is gleaming. My hardwoods look like they did on the day I moved in. The electric strips were moved so they could be vacuumed under. Finger prints have been removed from stainless steal appliances and the counters gleam. Really I have to say that I was nervous about hiring a maid service but I am so well pleased with how things look that I have contacted the owner and this will be a weekly service for me. If you are a looking for a maid service look no further these are the people for you.
Description of Work: I purchased a "big deal" on Angie's list, $150 for whole house cleaning. They cleaned the entire house.

+ -1 moreMy house is has between 1800 and 1900 square feet. We have a lot of toys around, and the cleaning people worked with that. We also have some clutter, i.e. books and magazines, and they worked with the clutter fine as well. The house smells great. I don't know what they use to clean with, but it leaves a very pleasant odor. I am pleased with the results and will have them back.
Description of Work: There a cleaning team of three. One of the cleaners supervised the other two. They worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results. They were here for about 2 - 3 hours.

They were able to meet me after work which was helpful. The representative was courteous and professional and was able to do what we wanted. But the price was more than our budget could afford so we did not hire them.

+ -1 moreThe three of them were nice as could they be and got to work immediately. They arrived at 9 in the morning and finished up before lunch. I asked them if they could also wash my windows and I ended up paying a separate $50.00 at $5 per window to them personally. They took up so much time washing my windows that they didn't focus on actually cleaning my house. When they left, I saw the blinds were up in the loft crooked about a foot. My stuff that they moved they hadn't placed anything back to where it was. None of my lamps were dusted. Before they left, I casually asked them if they had other jobs to do and one of them said that they had four other jobs to get done that day. They were in such a rush to get to their other jobs, they couldn't be thorough in cleaning my house. They were empty houses and they told me it wouldn't take them long.

+ -1 moreI booked the cleaning for my Dad's house, which was, honestly a total wreck. The online booking service asked me to choose three time slots that would work. The booking process was messy. I didn't hear from anyone for days, and when I called, they told me that they did indeed have me booked, but not for any of the times I requested, nor was it at a time a could be there. There was some confusion, because of the online booking, and the cleaning crew showed up at my business address, which is the one on my Angie's List profile, rather than the address I had given them. So, we got off to a late start. When I asked them to clean the insides of the windows, they said that would be an extra charge. They needed to be done, so I paid it, but honestly, I would assume that a $400 cleaning package would include interior windows. There were three girls, and they cleaned effectively. They used the cleaners I left out, and some of their own stronger ones for the bathrooms ( which really needed it). The house wasn't perfect, but it was a very solid B+ cleaning job. I didn't have them do the entire house, since there were rooms that I hadn't got to to pre-clean. I tipped each of the girls $20, so in the end, I paid just over $300 for 3 girls working 4 hours, which was reasonable, but not at all the $150 deal I booked.

+ -1 moreThey arrived promptly and were very friendly. They reviewed with me what needed to be done so we walked the house and they were very attentive. They asked if there were any special cleaners or processes they needed to know of and then they started their cleaning. There were three individuals and they worked diligently until it was completed about 3 hours later. They walked the house with us and showed what they had done, checked with us if the cleaning met our expectations and at the end asked if there was anything else before they left. They were very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Maid Perfect performed detailed cleaning of my home in preparation of holiday company arriving. The service included dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning all furniture, floors, and decor. This was for a whole house cleaning and also included bathrooms, halls, living room, family room, dining room, offices, bedrooms, and laundry rooms.

+ -1 morePerfect from the first communication to the completion of work. Mr Alvirez replied to my email within hours and after answering a few questions we scheduled the move-out cleaning. They were supposed to be there between 8:30 and 9am, but were already waiting when I pulled up at 8:15! Mr Alvirez estimated two hours for the clean and I went to run an errand. A little over an hour later I get a call saying they were wrapping things up. The apt was honestly cleaner then when I first moved in. More than worth the money since I didn't have the time or energy to do it myself.

But for what they charged me and all of the work they managed to get done in the amount of time for 3 people, you could not ask for more! My husband and I are so happy with them and their work, we are hoping to have Maid Perfect Housekeeping cleaning our home on a biweekly basis from now on! Thanks so much Maid Perfect! Description of Work: Words cannot even begin to describe how Maid Perfect Housekeeping became my hero's today! They provided housekeeping services at my home within a moments notice, during a holiday week no less! I contacted Carlos via email and he got back to me within 24 hours. He verified a few details and told me that they would be able to fit my home in and gave me a few days to choose from. No, my ideal day was not available but beggars cannot be choosy! He quoted me a price, giving me an Angie's List discount, and it was very reasonable. He offered to clean the stove and refrigerator for an additional fee and let me decide when they arrived. I basically begged him not to stand me up!! We are having company for the holidays and we just absolutely would NOT have time to clean our home before they arrive due to our super busy work and family schedules. He assured me that he would not let me down! He kept his word! I left my oldest son there to let them in as he gave me an idea of when they would be arriving. Now, let me give you an idea of what a wreck our home was in. OMG!!! I was MORTIFIED!!!! I honestly don't think I could ever look Carlos in the eye if I had the chance to be here in person!! We have two kids living at home, one of them a small child, and four pets, all of whom shed. We work like crazy people and when we have down time, it is the last thing we do or want to do is clean. Well, Carlos and his team tackled our pig pen with grace and bravery and I was in SHOCK when I came home from work! It was like I had no idea who's house I had entered!

+ -1 moreThe team of 3 people showed up a bit delayed due to a snow storm in the area. They did a through job clean floors, counter etc in our 2.5 bathrooms and our kitchen. Per my wife they did a more thorough job then we typically get when hiring (via Angies List Coupon) a service to a whole house cleaning. Though the cost are about the same. Overall we where very satisfied with the work.
