They are fine. I continued service with them for few months. I would use them again in the future.

Overall I was happy with the cleaning that Maid Perfect did. Twice I found areas that had not been cleaned but called Carlos the owner and they came directly back to my home and took care of the areas. Carlos was always very attentive and came to the house each time his team came to clean. The team was always very pleasant and courteous.

Liked them fine, but our house is tiny, bath is 5x8 with a tub and kitchen is 10x8, with a dining area that they said was a 3rd room, but agreed to do since 1 bath was so small. According to our floor plan, it is one room. For. A $79 "deal" it seemed like it could be done. Our whole house has been cleaned for $125. They were late which caused me to have to leave work early to get home since my husband had to leave. But they did a good job for what they did.

A team of three members came right on time. They did an excellent and thorough work on cleaning the whole house. A very good deal for $150. However, the monthly maintenance quote is higher than the first time cleaning, which is kind of out of our budget.

Compared to how the house was when they started, the crew did a fairly good job. However, they were not as thorough with their attention to details as we were looking for. Several places were missed during the process, including areas that were advertised as part of the service - i.e. baseboard.

Fantastic. They are very thorough and did awesome. Any suggestions they said no problem. Sometimes I'm home sometimes I'm not and they are great. Always work with me on our schedule. We have a new puppy and they will work around the times we will be home so they don't have to deal with an 11 week old. I love how they do kitchens and baths.

Exceptional service! A 3-person team arrived on time, well-equipped and organized to clean my house in preparation for a renter's occupancy. Every little detail was addressed. Their work would easily pass a Drill Sergeant's "white glove" inspection (for you Veteran's out there)! The team was thorough, experienced, motivated and highly efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with how it looked! My only complaint is that they UNDERCHARGE given the value they provide! I would have paid double to get a cleaning of this quality! I will definitely use this service again, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

It was difficult to get scheduled, they were late or skipped appointments. The actual cleaning was performed and was done well. There was some damage, a tollet seat was broken, some small things like that. This was a catch-up cleaning as my house had been largely unlived in for 2.5 years. I asked for a monthly quote to get the place regularly cleaned so we did not need any more catch-ups...the quote was for more than the total house cleaning. That is much too high for cleaning a house that has no day to day activity.

It was pretty good. I didn't spend any more than the big deal amount. They did as was advertised and we were satisfied.

I had a great experience with Maid Perfect - this was the first time I ever had a cleaning service come to my home. I just moved in a month ago and the previous renters left behind a lot of dust and grime. This service was just what I needed!! Not only did they arrive a little early, but they came with a crew of 4 who went right to work. They were very proffesional, very fast and did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!!

They did a great job. I was amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned my house (which definitely needed it). I've got a bad back but now my housecleaning troubles are over. Even my mother would be impressed.

The deal worked out good. We are continuing to use their cleaning services.

Carlos and a crew of 3 arrived at the start of the time-window I was provided. Carlos stayed on-sight for the first 2 hrs and provided a quote should we be interested in his services in the future. Carlos and his team did a very good job and we are very pleased with their work. When asked if they could wipe down the porch furniture outside, they did so without any issues. I am seriously considering their services in the future.

Awesome. My house has never looked so clean! The four cleaners used ladders to wipe up on high cabinets. They scrubbed down all cabinets, dusted thoroughly and cleaned my hardwood floors. I only a have a few rugs. My bathrooms are sparkling. I paid extra to clean one bathroom since I had one more than the offer. They had four cleaners work for 3 1/2 hours which is the equivalent of having one cleaner for 14 hours! Three days later, my house smells, and looks, clean. They also did not mind my three rescue pug dogs who were fascinated by all the activity. Carlos showed care and concern for the process. My husband and I were so impressed, we plan to have them clean once a month, and perhaps, more.

I was impressed. 4 ladies showed up and worked the entire time.

We had them clean the house we purchased before we moved in. Did a great job and were there on time. We also had them clean the rental house that we moved out of. Everything looked great and I received my deposit back for the rental within a couple of weeks. Overall a good experience.

Maid Perfect was very prompt, very fast, courteous and professional. They brought all their cleaning supplies, including vacuum cleaner, etc. which was very convenient. Really appreciated the service and would use them again!

They came in (3 cleaning folks) and cleaned the house top to bottom in about 2 hours and the house looked great.This was the first time we had them clean or anyone besides ourselves clean, it was good and we would do it again for special occassions. They left a detailed sheet with what they did and what it would cost for biweekly & monthly cleanings of the house. At this time we didn't go with them for cleaning but that is not because of service, just overall cost and budgeting for us

I contacted Maid Perfect's owner, Carlos, through their website and received a prompt response. We setup a morning cleaning for July 2nd (the date I requested) with arrival between 10 and 11. Carlos and his crew of three arrived promptly at 10 am on July 2nd. The whole crew, Carlos, and I walked through the house so that I could show them the areas that I wanted them to give special attention to and which rooms I did not want them to clean. Within 3 hours, they cleaned the whole house. I inspected the areas that they cleaned and everything was to my satisfaction. The crew timed the clean perfectly so that they only spent limited time on the guest rooms which were not as dirty and more time on the master bathroom and kitchen which needed more cleaning. The promptness, price, and attention to detail would absolutely led me to recommend Maid Perfect and I look forward to getting on their schedule for regular cleanings.

We originally had an appointment scheduled and I had to cancel. I called back in June to reschedule. They provided another phone number for me to call. They returned the call within a couple days. They said that the original appointment was a mistake and that I was outside of their area. They did offer to set me up with another individual that would honor the coupon but I felt better going through Angie’s List.
