Maid Perfect Housekeeping

3 associates arrived on time and worked diligently. I didnt see anyone take any breaks and they cleaned, cleaned, cleaned. my wife still hugs me and says thank you for contracting with Maid Perfect. my wife works full time 50 hours a week as i do. Maid perfect has helped improve our quality of life. they have different plans which allow us to choose the service we want. also they are very responsive to phone calls and email which makes it so easy to adjust the schedule.

I was a little bit disappointed because they didn’t do the greatest job and they also broke a vase of mothers who is deceased. They didn’t tell me so I noticed after they left when I found a little piece of shattered glass. I was more upset that it was broke by accident and they cleaned it up without telling me. I called them about the vase and they never called me back or even apologized. I sent them a picture of the damage and explained that it was a sentimental item to me. I also wasn’t that pleased with the cleaning job in general either. I felt like they rushed through it and it was hard to communicate with them due to a language barrier. I had bought a wax for my flooring and asked them to not clean it, but just spread the wax and that was a mess! They didn’t seem to know how to clean and didn’t seem trained on how to clean either. Overall, I would not hire them.

I have had many cleaning people and they always seemed to miss something. This service did a above and beyond cleaning . There were three ladies and they were very professional and did a excellent job. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

He was on time and very professional but we could not agree on a price that worked for both of us as my house was small and a bit outside his service area. He did recommend another person to me who might be able to help though. I really appreciated him coming out so I went ahead and wrote this review. Thanks again!

Alma managed communications and had her team on site as agreed. Post inspection reports they did an excellent job.

My house looked fabulous yesterday. I have been traveling a lot the last month and have 2 boys, 2 cats, and 1 dog with an occasionally foster dog...my house was in desparate need of a cleaning. They did an amazing job....could not find an animal hair anyway. Actually looking to have them come on a regular basis. Thank you.

Alma set up the appointment which was attended by the team of cleaning professionals and the account management team. The cleaning team got busy while the account team took note of any special instructions. They did a superb job. We have signed on as regular customers and continue to be impressed.

Cleaned a house in need! I felt they had allowed 2 hrs. and were rushed to finish my 2 br townhouse. Good job!! I will call them again. Since my home is small I will ask about reducing the price.

Service was great. The owners of the company showed up to ensure everything was going correctly and that I didn't have any questions. We walked around together to find any specific spots that needed extra attention and they found a couple - not me :) Cleaning crew was great, did a wonderful job and were very quick for how detailed the work was. I recommend!

After I had placed my web request for a consultation at my home, an appointment was made within a few days. I met with both of the Owners and found them both to be extremely courteous and professional. For the following week, I made an appointment for them to clean my home. Although I had really high expectations, my family and I were completely blown away by the incredible job that they did today. Everything that they said would be done...was and then some! They had actually scrubbed all of the cabinets and wood doors!! I never would have thought it would make such a difference, but it absolutely does!! While my husband and I are neat people, my house has never been this clean. This is definitely something that I can get used to!!! It is obvious to me that their professional workers enjoy what they do...I would definitely recommend them! The quality of their work is exceptional and very reasonably priced.

Maid Perfect was just what I had expected. It was just what I had purchased and I knew what I was getting in to, so it was a good deal, because they were offering a good deal. Even though they recommended certain other things that needed to be done soon, we declined all those offers. They did a pretty good job. They are expensive. Their deal was definitely worth it, but their regular prices are pretty expensive. I would use them again if they had a deal.

They did not arrive on time and did not call. I called them an hour later and they. Said they were running late and would be another hour and a half. I cancelled them as my schedule was ruined. It would. Have helped if they would have at least called.

I called the service and asked them to come a little later in the afternoon, No problem, We have mold under the grout in one of the bathrooms. I expected that they would be able to clean it out. I was unhappy that they didn't, and they couldn't speak English well enough to explain things to me so they called the owner. He explained that you have to remove the grout first in order to get to the mold. I have since reported it to the apt complex, which I never would have done if the owner didn't take time to talk to me. I was very happy with their service. They wouldn't leave until I was happy with their work, which I thought was incredibly responsible and dedicated. I would highly recommend them.

They did a nice job of cleaning my friend's house. They were paid in full before they arrived. They were aware that this was a gift. After they were done cleaning, they asked for payment of $25 since they cleaned an extra bathroom. I feel it's obvious, they should of asked her if she wanted the additional bathroom cleaned for an extra fee. She felt obligated to pay them.

Maid Perfect provided outstanding service. I was happy how they took the time by scrubbing every grim and dirt in my kitchen. My kitchen looked brand new. My granite looked absolutely polished! My stainless steel appliances were gleaming bright! My hardwoods were so polished. After they cleaned my house looked like it was barely lived in! I am absolutely happy with the service and i would recommend them to anyone!

I have had several cleaning services in the past and this is by far the best. They have a team of housekeepers that come in and clean my house from top to bottom. They do baseboards, doors, blinds, light fixtures and other things that are normally only done during a one time cleaning. Carlos came to the house for the first cleaning and was very professional. Alma has been very good at responding to my questions and my requests for time changes.

This is Maid Perfect's second visit to my house and i am very pleased with their work. They have a cleaning checklist which makes expectations clear. They have left every surface clean and fresh.

Three ladies came. They worked for 3 hours, and paid attention to details. This is 2nd time I used their service. I would use them again.

It was okay. They are great people and very nice. They just didn't clean my home as I would like them to. I felt they had a lot of corners when I told them to come back, they came back and fixed it, but just certain things I felt shouldn't have been told twice about like the tub was not cleaned to satisfaction some dusting was not done. There was no additional cost. I would not use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was pretty good. I am quite satisfied and have used them twice. I would recommend them.

Excellent and professional, it took about 3 hours for 3 people and they actually mopped our foyer tiles on their way out the door. Carlos, the owner, came over to introduce himself as his crew were doing the cleaning. We were so impressed we've now signed up for monthly housekeeping with them. Before our appointment, Carlos sent me the following list of what was included, and they did a superb job on everything on the list: -Up to 4 bedrooms (additional bedroom $50 each) -Removal of cobwebs throughout covered cleaning areas -Dusting of furniture -Making any unmade beds -Changing linens (if left on top of bed) -Vacuuming carpeted areas -Sweeping and mopping all hard floor surfaces -Cleaning/dusting of window sills -Dusting of baseboards -Wiping down of front and back of all doors in covered cleaning areas -Dusting of top and bottom of ceiling fan blades (and attached light fixture) -Dusting of blinds -Cleaning and sanitizing up to 2.5 bathrooms (baths, shower, counter, sink, mirror, window sills, blinds, exterior of cabinets, floors, light fixtures) any additional bathroom could be added for an addition $30 per bathroom -Kitchen (counter, sink, window sills, blinds, light fixtures, outside of cabinets, stove stop, inside and outside of microwave, wipe down exterior only of dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, floors)

Carlos and his team are amazing. Though we don't always get Carlos on our jobs, his actual team are great - efficient, quick, yet they don't miss anything. They are incredibly patient; we have two very loud and jumpy dogs that will bark and whine, and they work around them like professionals. Carlos himself is an absolute joy -an honest, hardworking and wonderful man who will do whatever it takes to make your cleaning better. We have had a few times where we've had long nights and had to push back cleanings - he's been happy to oblige. We've had spots missed - he's sent someone back to fix them. He plays with the dogs and talks to us fondly about his family. He's warm and caring and the very epitome of American business. The team itself comes in full uniform and with a marked car. They don't cut corners and they will help with anything - Carlos helped us move a light, for example - within reason. For $165 they clean my 3000-square-feet house top to bottom with a smile. Any problems we have -and there's always going to be problems with cleanings sometimes - are fixed stupidly fast. Overall, if you are using any other cleaning service in Raleigh/Durham, fire them and hire these guys.

Carlos contacted me promptly and I provided possible dates, They did an excellent cleaning job. The only issues is they provided a range of times for arrival and were suppose to call about a half an hour before arrival. They failed to call and arrived an hour before the provided range, fortunately someone was home so there was no issue.

I called Perfect Maid cleaning service on Sunday afternoon and left a voice message expecting that I would receive a call back on Monday. I was surprised when Carlos called me a few hours later to schedule my cleaning. Carlos was very accommodating and scheduled my cleaning for Tuesday. On Tuesday, Carlos sent me a text message with an ETA for the crew about an hour before the crew was to arrive. Thirty minutes later I received a text message from one of the crew members, Alma, confirming that they would be arriving in about 30 minutes. The crew was very cordial and I gave them a tour of the house. They began working immediately and each person of the crew seemed to have a designated area/task. They were very thorough and efficient. The crew was working for about an hour when the owners of the company, Carlos and Perla, arrived at my house to make sure everything was going smoothly and to provide me with a quote bi-weekly and monthly cleaning service. Although I did not schedule the regular service at this time I did think the quoted prices were very reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with the service and I would recommend Perfect Maid Housekeeping for your personal cleaning needs.

Wonderful! We've owned our house for about a year now and never had it professionally cleaned. Maid Perfect did an extraordinary job. We couldn't be happier. The owner, Carlos, listened very carefully to everything I asked him about (such as not use fragrance on our carpets, he used pure baking soda instead, which was great!), and I think Edith, Ebalinda, and Veronica cleaned EVERY nook and cranny of the place, they were so detailed. Our house really needed it, my asthma had gotten worse and now I am breathing SO MUCH BETTER without dust anywhere I can see. I feel so lucky to have found Maid Perfect.
