I have booked this company to do my regular monthly service. I met the owner and was most pleased with the attention to quality of work but also customer satisfaction.

Maid Perfect did such a thorough job of cleaning my home I will continue to use them now for a once a month cleaning. The team was very nice and professional and really exceeded my expectations. I was more than pleased.

Making the appointment went without a hitch. Every attempt was made to accommodate my availability. Customer satisfaction appears to be their top priority. The cleaning team arrived on time. They were in good spirits and got right to work. They worked diligently and professionally in the performance of their task the entire time they were there. To top it all off their supervisor/manager came and did a final inspection....checking to make sure that every detail passed his critical eye of investigation as well as our expectation. My husband and I are extremely pleased with their work and would not hesitate to enlist their services again. We highly recommend their services to others.....you will not be disappointed!

My cabinets, doorframes, appliances, etc. were all washed. I actually found my stovetop again - it was hiding under all the boiled over and crusted junk. The faucets in all three rooms are sparkling. I cannot get over my glass shower door and the shower stall - I think an angel came and worked a miracle - no more soap scum and everything is so smooth! The house looks and smells terrific. I had no problem coordinating the scheduling with Alma - she was most accommodating and worked with my schedule. Maid Perfect showed up on time and got right to work. I felt guilty even being there discussing items with Carlos while the ladies worked. I am so, so happy!! I am going to go for the whole-house deep clean package next time - this was so worth the money, and Carlos and Alma are great. Thank you so much!!

I have been using Maid Perfect for over a year. You will never get a more thorough cleaning for any price. They clean picture frames, dust baseboards, fans ( many cleaning companies never touch picture frames and certainly not fan blades) Everyhing is always "maid perfect". You will not be disappointed. They receive my highest recommendation. So nice to find a company who continues to do a great job time after time. Thank you, Carlos Perla and crew.

Crew came on time, cleaned very efficiently and detailed. Dusted all ceiling fans and vents, baseboards and molding. vacuumed carpeting, and used pet freshener, vacuumed furniture and rugs, moved furniture to dry dust and mopped flooring. cleaned all full baths. Owners came out to introduce themselves, gave a quote for continuing service. Very pleased overall with the service, would definitely use them again. Very nice to have a whole house clean, professional group , would recommend to others.

They cleaned everything from the oven to blinds and ceiling fans. Scheduling is good and they were on-time and were courteous and friendly. They cleaned the kitchen, dining room, living room office area and bedrooms and bathrooms. Their prices are competitive.

We haven't had the work done yet, but their communication has been great. When we had initially purchased it, they got in touch with us right away. We told them we'd need it in the future, and they have continued reached out to us later.

They did well except for a couple of issues: 1. When they confirmed via text, I asked them to call me prior to arrival so I could run home to let them in. I received another text saying they would call 30 minutes ahead. Not only did they not call me, they showed up an hour and a half early. Luckily I was home but I wasn't prepared for them. 2. All of the rooms looked clean and they did have me look around before they left; however, I have a large island in my kitchen so I missed the fact that the floor wasn't clean. It looked like the counters had been wiped off directly onto the floor. I didn't walk around the island so I didn't see the mess until after they left and my daughter pointed it out. There was a bread twist-tie on the floor in addition to lots of crumbs. I can't see how they missed that. You couldn't walk around the island without stepping all over the mess. Other than these two issues, I was satisfied with the cleaning.

I couldn't be more satisfied! They cleaned everything! The house smelled and looked fabulous. Carlos and Perla did a great job describing what to expect during their visit when they gave me the estimate and they did not disappoint. I have a dog and two kids and it is a constant challenge to keep up with the surface cleaning, much less getting below the surface. Maid Perfect made me feel like my house was truly CLEAN. I'm very happy I switched from my old service to Maid Perfect.

we bought a house in Cary and needed in depth move-in cleaning before our furniture and stuff arrived. The house had been vacant for a while and we had noticed dust and cobwebs in many places in the kitchen, in the closets, the bathrooms, etc. Also, the kitchen and bathrooms and laundry room needed a good scrub. Other than the bathrooms and laundry room, the floors were brand new so no issue there. We hired Carlos and Perla's company. We explained the situation and we e-mailed what we needed done. We were promised a very detailed cleaning that should have taken place before January 8, 2014. When we arrived at the house on January 8, my wife was almost in tears, our stuff had arrived and movers were putting our stuff everywhere, but it was painfully obvious that the house had not been cleaned at all. We were moved by my company so the movers had packed us, and they were now unpacking us, putting our clothes in dusty closets that had dust bunnies basically coating each rack and each shelf. As the movers were unpacking my wife was busily cleaning the kitchen and wiping shelves and drawers and cabinets so that she could start putting away our stuff. whenever she could, she stopped and took some pictures to document that the cleaners had never even been to the house. When I called Carlos to complain that neither he nor his crew had ever been to our house and no work was done, he offered to send a crew out, but I refused. The house was full of movers and there was stuff everywhere. Days later, Alma, a lady who works for Carlos called me and asked for payment, so I replied by sending Alma a few of those pictures and telling her that neither Carlos nor his wife nor any of their crew had never been to our house and that we had even more pictures to show that they had obviously never done what was promised. Now Carlos is asking once again for payment!

Efficient and professional. Owner did a follow up to see if I was satisfied. They call one half hour to arriving.and call the day ahead to confirm appt. I had to change my scheduled date and they were very accomadating.

It was okay. They showed up on time. They were able to schedule me right away. They were at my house cleaning for about 2-3 hours.

It was very easy to schedule the company. I was not at the house when it was cleaned but my son was home. He stated that the staff was very polite and professional. He was very please when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone and will use them again myself.

Maid Perfect Housekeeping did an excellent job and we will use them again. The workers were diligent, and the owner came to the house twice to check on the work. We were impressed with the company's high standards and intend to use them again.

They do a fabulous job and I am very happy with the results.

Thorough house cleaning, I had some construction done and had dust and dirt everywhere. They did a good cleaning job and I think the money was well spent. A couple of caveats, They were an hour and forty five minutes late and if I had not called them late in the original block time they were suppose to arrive, I'm not sure when or if they would have updated me. Also, I spent a lot of time prepping the house for them so they could do an efficient job, which they did. Very nice people and I would recommend them.

Communication was good, prompt on service call. Bathrooms were done very well. Kitchen floor cleaning did not get the floor clean of marks, which I had specifically asked that special attention be paid to, but the rest of the cleaning was good. Except for not getting the kitchen floor as clean as I think it could have been done it was a good experience. The ladies cleaning the areas were very nice and friendly.

Great, wonderful team. The ladies all worked well together and finished the job in 2 hours. WOW! I will be happy to use them again.

Best cleaning service I've ever used.

All went very well! My wife is a clean freak and even she was impressed! Plan to sign up for the monthly service.

They (3 women) were here on time Worked on all areas of my home. Shook rugs outside(as I asked) spent 21/2 hours set up future workbaseboards, blinds, fans, widows too!

She said they did a good job and were thorough.

They were courteous and professional. The owner and his wife came by later and I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication with their staff. I will definitely use them again! :)

The pros are that the owner maintains good contact and communication from start to finish. For the most part the clean went well, no one is perfect. I paid an extra 80.00 for fridge clean, and it looks great. I paid an extra 20 for vacuum out of window sill, and they left 2 undone. In the process of doing window sills they popped two out and didn't say anything, we discovered it later. Husband had to get up on ladder to fix. Would have been nice if they pointed it out vs. that room open to the elements all afternoon.
