I just read the comments written on 6/17/14 where the reviewer gave MP a C and I completely agreed with you. Pitched a great service plan top to bottom cleaning. And slowly service is getting worse every time they come. I should not have to remind the house cleaner to mop ALL the floors and scrub the tub! A few weeks ago I was putting our rugs back on the floor in the bathroom after PM crew left(I pick them up because I think they clean around them if I leave them on the floor) and I knocked the toilet bowl brush over. It was bone dry! So I checked the other bathrooms and ALL the brushes were dry! Is there a new way to clean toilets without a brush? I see cobwebs on lights after they leave, spots on counters, unmopped floors etc. When you talk to the owners you get a great cleaning the next time and then it's back to a partially cleaned house. They breaking point was the day they cleaned my 2700 sq ft home in 45 min! Remember when Rosie on the Jetsons did that she exploded!

Originally we were pitched a total housecleaning experience, guided by Carlos. They would clean the floors with Murphy Oil, clean the filter screens, clean the blinds, etc. Seemed good, although my wife was a bit turned off by the price. The first couple of cleanings were good, we were pleased with the results. Later as we had more cleanings the overall cleanings became progressively worse and we had to deal with some administrative issues with Maid Perfect. - Setting up cleanings was a bit confusing if we had a party or something and had to deviate from the same week of the month we usually got them. After the cleaning we'd get a text a couple of days later asking us to confirm the monthly cleaning on the next day, which of course we didn't need. - There were times when the cleaning crew obviously saved us for last in the day and my wife had just returned home with the kids at 5:15 and the cleaning crew had only just gotten there. - They cleaned fewer things every time. Bathtubs weren't fully cleaned, and we suspected that the floors weren't fully cleaned. - The last cleaning was unacceptable. Floors were not cleaned, tables were not dusted, and it was obvious things were not moved for dusting. I'm frankly not sure how much they actually cleaned. They started out strong but seemed to take our business for granted. We will be finding another service.

They did very good. They came in on time with two people and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchens.

Carlos came to give me an estimate and explained everything in great detail. I hired his company to do a deep spring cleaning and then decided to have them continue a bi-weekly basis. They do a wonderful job!

They did a fantastic job of cleaning. They cleaned the baseboards, the fans, even put the little points on the toilet paper in each bathroom. They were friendly and polite and quick. The house looked great after they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They did a very good job and were very professional except for a few exceptions. My main bathroom, the one I stated was a priority, was not fully cleaned. I was getting ready to head out of town and had someone staying at our house to watch our animals. They didn't clean the tile floor, the toilet still had dust on it. The outside of the tub was not wiped down and the inside of the tub/shower still had soap scum and mold in certain places - where my shampoo bottles sit and a few areas of the tile. The living room wasn't totally dusted. I noticed a few areas they missed like the coffee table and various other spots. Otherwise, the they did a wonderful job in the kitchen and vacuuming. They did at first say they could come back to clean those specific areas, but I had been out of town and couldn't have them come by until a week or so later. Since it wasn't within 48 hours of the cleaning, they told me they wouldn't be able to come back and clean what they missed. So, overall they did a great job, but if you decide to use them, make sure you're very specific about what you want done and be there when they leave so you can spot check everything. Maid Perfect did a terrific job with my home. The three ladies who did the work did a terrific job at cleaning every surface in my home (some of which I've probably never cleaned before!). It took three hours for the three of them to complete the job and they really did a thorough and complete job. The lady that scheduled my cleaning checked in with me the day before and even texted me to let me know when they were about an hour out. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Three workers so it took, about an hour...not much to clean because Im new to the area not much furniture yet. They organized all my items, good job...blinds on windows were wiped down not in details.

TERRIBLE service. Can't even get the basics of customer service right. Extremely frustrating.

MaidPerfect contacted me immediately and were able to provide a date for the following week to do the clean. The team arrived on time and set to work - they were amazing. During the clean, the owners arrived to meet me and check on how things were going. All in all a very professional company - and they did a thorough job and I am thrilled.

They did a terrible job. They just didn’t do what they said they were going to do. I guess the price was good but considering that they didn’t do the work they didn’t do the work they were saying they were going to do, I wish I had paid nothing for it. They scheduled and they showed up on time. They gave me a list of tasks they would complete and they just completed 2. It was just a very poor experience. The whole house was empty and it was supposed to be clean and it wasn’t and then they yelled at me when I said it wasn’t clean.

The service turned out well. 3-4 people came out for the service. They did exactly what the deal stated and they did a very thorough job. They were good about arranging the service and scheduling the appointment with me. They were flexible with my schedule and arrived to the appointment on time. I had to leave while they were doing the service, but the house looked great when I got back.

Wow...They did a great job. I was trying to surprise my wife for mother's day and have the entire house clean for her when she came home from work this week. The staff was very friendly and at the last minute fit me into their schedule. They arrived early to the house and called me to let me know. They were very efficient in every area of the house. The owner's Carlos and Perla came to introduce themselves. My wife is already talking about using them again. We will be setting up monthly service. The office called me the following day to make sure I was happy with service. There supervisor checked all the work before they moved to the nextroom.

Very professional! I called on Monday 5/5/14 and they were able to work us in on Tuesday 5/6/2014 for a house party we were having that evening. Maid Perfect Housekeeping did an outstanding job cleaning areas that have been missed in past. Carlos and Perla (owners) both came by to meet with us and go over all details. We were very pleased with everything.

They do a good job. Sometimes forget little things. They are usually late But overall do a great job

We originally scheduled the service for Friday the 18th. The provider was okay with that date. Then I made many other appointments after that based on that time. They called a week later to say that they were closed on Friday and could they reschedule. I rescheduled them on Thursday, with a 2pm - 4pm arrival. I had a 3-4 appointment with TWC and needed to be 30 minutes away. I asked that they try their best to be there as close to 2 as possible. They didn't arrive until 4:20. They communicated with me that they were going to be late (A member of the crew was sick.) They sent two crews to complete the work quickly. The house was cleaned very well. They made up for the rescheduling and lack of puncuality with the good work that was done. I would hire them again, hoping that this was a one time fluke.

They are very good. I used them before and this time they did very well. My house is very clean and they are hard workers.

They had a few cleaners who were focused on getting the good cleaning done without wasting any time. They asked us questions and allowed the same. We will consider them again for future cleanings. My only thought is whether this is a "deal" in terms of pricing. I will check out some other deals to make sure.

Went well. There was a misunderstanding about what spaces to get and the crew did not get all of the areas I hoped to get cleaned. I asked them to come back and get those, but they chose not to. In their defense, they said my wife told them not to get those areas.

The actual works, once it was scheduled, was fine, done well. However, it was difficult to arrange a first service and they have not followed up at all to continue the arrangement. Strange way to win new accounts.

I liked their responsiveness and their price. There was a communication problem and they didn't really clean everything that they said they would.
