Maid Perfect Housekeeping

This was a fantastic experience and they did phenomenal work. They were very thorough and the actual owner of the company did a walk through before they left. Then they even sent me a Christmas card with a coupon for another cleaning service. Also about 3-4 days after the service an office person called to follow up and make sure that everything was done completely and to my satisfaction.

Great job. Would definately use them again.

It went very well. First, I was thrilled that Alma could accommodate me the week of Thanksgiving. One less thing for me to do! There were four girls doing the cleaning. I was not there during the cleaning but my husband texted me twice to say they were doing a "great job". What really impressed us was that the owners showed up at the end to inspect what the girls had done! When I arrived home, my husband showed me everything that they did. He said that they cleaned just as I would have cleaned! That's exactly what I was looking for! Thanks to all.

The cleaning was well done, but during the cleaning a light fixture fan blade was broken. It was reported to the owner of the company. After sending him photos of the damage, he said he'd fix it at no cost and set up an appointment to come repair the damage. On the day of the appointment he didn't show up and we haven't heard anything from them since. You can expect a decent cleaning and a friendly crew, but if anything is broken or damaged, be aware that they will assume no responsibility for repairs.

We had issues with them from start and should have fired them months ago. Came home to find the crew chief sitting in our living room with her feet up issuing orders to the crew. We had to call them on more than one occasion about doing a poor job on the bathroom tile. Consistently missed emptying trash cans. Pictures were always knocked on a slant and had to be straightened throughout the house after each visit. They somehow pulled the toilet paper from the wall leaving a 1" hole and tried to hide it by stuffing toilet paper in the hole. Since there was another screw hole very close the integrity of the wall was compromised and needed to be patched properly. The owner came out and put putty in the holes, halfway sanded it and painted over with a brush. The repair should have matched the wall in smoothness and been touched up with a roller for consistent texture. Paint was also splattered in my garage and on my motorcycle. When the owner was asked about this he was both rude and insulting. Supposedly bonded and insured I asked to have an adjuster come out and look at the damage as a neutral party. The owner would not comply.

The crew showed up on time with everything they needed, and worked very hard for the 2+ hours they were there. Carlos, the owner, came to check on things about 1/2 way through. It went very smoothly. This was a one-time job, but if I were ever to need a cleaner again, or consider a regular service, I would definitely call them again.

The owner responded almost immediately to my phone call. We agreed on a date - just one work day away. Wow! The cleaners arrived on time, worked hard and left the house immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased the Angie's List Big Deal, the provider followed up to schedule and as the date got closer, pinpointed the timeframe. A team of 3 cleaners came and cleaned the entire home (4 br/2.5 ba - 2400 sq ft) in 2 hours. I was pleased with the results, the floors were shiny and the appliances sparkled. I would be interested in having them as my cleaning service. It was more than worth the price of the Big Deal.

This is an unsolicited (updated) review. Maid perfect has come to our home multiple times for regular cleaning. They are AWESOME! The attention to detail, speed, and desire to please the us (the customers) is above and beyond what we had before. We started out with a coupon for house cleaning...which was excellent. Then we asked for an estimate, the owner and scheduling manager (Alma) came out to evaluate our home. They wrote down an estimate (which was on the higher end of things compared with other companies, but you get what you pay for). After thinking about it, we took the dive and have been pleased ever since. Typically a team of 3-4 ladies show up. Most of them are spanish speaking, with one team leader very good at bridging communication in english. (there are multiple teams). I can understand spanish, so I can understand their conversations which are very professional. They are extremely polite, and very loving towards our family. We have a couple of pets and a new baby. These ladies are extremely sweet...to the point that they arrange our baby's crib and play pen. They even go so far as "feathering out" our kleenex box in the family room and neatly arranging bedrooms/kitchen/study area items. It takes them under two hours (our house is on the larger end of the spectrum). They bring all their own supplies which are name brand (we choose to have them use our Bona solution, mop and dyson...but if you don't choose to do that, they have all good stuff). As they are leaving, they wipe and clean in a reverse way on the way out so you are left with a super clean home. I am optimistic that this level of service will continue for years to come...and I'm keeping Maid Perfect for as long as possible. I'm sure that at some point, despite being careful, something may not be perfect...but thats life...easy to forgive. However, thus far, everything has been stellar. Lastly, in terms of scheduling, Alma (the heart of the cleaning operation) regularly notifies us of upcoming cleaning. That way if there is a scheduling conflict, we know well in advance. Overall, highly recommend them!! Keep up the good work!

It went pretty well. The only thing i would state would be to make sure they clean-up a tad better in the bathrooms. Overall, a good service!

Arrived right on time and did a great job in record time. These are pros and would use again.

It went extremely well. I purchased two groupons from them. They did each perfectly. They were on time. I had forgotten, but they were there when they said they would be. That is amazing right there! They cleaned my kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and the areas where I needed to have cleaned. I felt like a new person. It was so nice not having that responsibility and allowed me to do what I needed to do at that time. They did their job and left. I am overwhelmed right now so this was a true blessing. I have them now at two houses for regular scheduled cleaning.

Communicated with me prior to date via Angie's list. They did not contact me directly prior to the date about the cleaning details. But once they arrived, I understood that there really had not been any reason to speak prior to their arrival. The only hiccup for me was that up until the day of the cleaning they had confirmed an arrival by time of 10:30 a.m. They understood that I had wanted them to come earlier but the appt had already been claimed. At 8 a.m. on the day of the appt they called at 8 a.m. to let me know there had been a cancellation and asked if they could come earlier. I was happy to have them come earlier but was not prepared. But I did what I needed to do and they arrived at 9 a.m. A team of 4 people came. The team leader introduced himself and their service. He walked through house with me and paid attention to my instructions. (I did not have many instructions). The 3 women started immediately including spraying the oven to give it time to dissolve. They worked quickly, quietly and asked questions as they needed. They were finished exactly by 10:30 a.m. They did a great job! They cleaned all surfaces. Ledges were squeaky clean, furniture shone. Master bathroom had been in particularly bad shape, but they left the shower/toilet very clean. I'm seriously considering signing on for monthly service. I liked the detailed work that was done.

Maid Perfect was excellent. They cleaned everything in my house that they promised and were very thorough. I have scheduled future appointments, and look forward to their next visit.

We used them to do cleaning before we had a party. They came out and they were great. They did what they said they would do. Everything looked good and it smelled great. A proficient crew came out to complete the work fast.

The team from Maid Perfect has done a great job and we have continued to use them weekly. They are conscientious and thorough in their work and willing to listen to special requests. They have also been flexible when I have needed to change my usual appointment times or days. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

did a great job. the owners showed up to make sure the girls were doing their job correctly and were super nice. the actual cleaning ladies did a great job however they did break an applique on my staircase and when they were cleaning the blinds they cleaned them so hard I thought they were going to break. overall they cleaned for 3 hours and my home looked spectacular.

8/22/14 THIS CLEANING DID NOT GO WELL. THE PROVIDER WAS RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. BUT IT STOPPED THERE. A DEEP CLEAN SHOULD INCLUDE CABINET DOORS, LIGHT SWITCHES, FINGER PRINTS ON DOORS, VACUUMING FURNITURE, WINDOW SILLS, BLINDS. THOSE THINGS WERE NOT DONE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF VACUMMING THE FURNITURE AFTER I ASKED TWICE. ONE CLEANER WAS APPARENTLY NOT FAMILIAR WITH HOW THE HOSE ATTACHMENT WORKED ON THE VACUUM AS SHE LIFTED THE ENTIRE VACUUM TO VACUUM MY SOFA. THE OFFICE MANAGER ALMA CAME TO THE HOUSE DURING THE CLEANING AND ASSURED ME ALL THESE THINGS WOULD BE DONE. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY POLITE. ALMA FOLLOWED UP LATER WITH A PHONE CALL TO INQUIRE HOW THE CLEANING WENT. I TOLD HER I WASN'T HAPPY AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE OWNER TOLD HER TO ASK "IF" THEY NEEDED TO COME BACK. FIRST OF ALL IF YOU HAVE TO "ASK" THAT'S A PROBLEM RIGHT THERE AND THAT'S LIKE BEING PUNISHED BECAUSE IT'S ANOTHER DAY AT HOME FOR ME. I SAID NOT TO BOTHER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. I ONLY WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE A RATING ON THIS WEBSITE. IN MY OPINION THEY FAILED MISERABLY.

The cleaning team (3 Ladies) did a great job and I was greatly pleased with the results after they were finished. Arrived on time, cleaned everything they advertised they would and exceeded my expectations.

The cleaning crew was running late but I received calls informing me and keeping me updated. When they did arrive it was actually two crews (6 people) so they were able to complete the cleaning more quickly.

The provider sent 3 people to clean our house (~3500 square ft.) They arrived at our house on time and took about 3 hrs to do the entire house. I asked them to help with cleaning a refrigerator and freezer that we had in the garage. It ended up being an additional cost ($40) to what we paid upfront ($150). They were very thorough, efficient and accommodating to what we wanted to have done.

They did an excellent job! I will have them coming every month to do a detail cleaning for me :)

They were prompt and went right to work. I am a single man, and my house was cluttered. They did clean areas I don't usually get to, but did not vacuum the blinds like I expected. But over all cleaned what they could.

It was great. They were quick and very professional. They did an excellent job. They came right on time. Three cleaners came out and brought their own products. The price was good.
