Did not return my call to set up time for a quote. Used Vaughan Building and Remodeling and couldn't be happier.

We bought our house a year ago, and there was a large, unfinished attic roughly framed for a small room with 8' ceilings. After we had a baby we realized that we would need some more space once we had a few more, and the sooner the better. We asking for several estimates, and Lynn and her crew were the only folks who had a real vision for what could be done with the space. She immediately suggested raising the roof to create space for an additional room, and showed how that would also allow for a full bath instead of a half bath. All of this, and her estimate was roughly the same as other contractors gave for one room and a half bath! The work went quickly, with the various permits and inspections responsible for most of the missed time estimates. Lynn checked with us every step of the way, and was free with suggestions and open to any change we wanted in the middle of the work. We are very satisfied, and everyone we've show the new floor to has been blown away. Now we're ready for the next few kids!

This is the fourth major project that Lynn's Renovation Gang has done for us. The other other projects included (1) finishing attic space to created a guest room, entertainment room, and bathroom, (2) second floor remodeling of bedrooms and bathrooms, and (3) rebuilding an outdoor porch that had been ruined by wood-rot. The team is professional, high-quality, and affordable. Excellent work.

Results are excellent. Lynn was especially helpful with design ideas.The work was top notch, all completed to my satisfaction. Extra jobs along the way such as new doors were added on with little delay. The crew was always friendly, polite and accommodating to the household.

The repairs were performed in an expedited manner in order to be ready for inspection and walk-through before a final (successful) closing. However, Lynn's Renovation Gang has been my go-to contracting company for 4+ years - I orinially contracted her team for home repairs/remodeling based on a recommendation from a friend. Lynn provides complete estimates up front and can offer advice on potential cost-cutting options, if quality and integrity are not affected. I know that Lynn will give me a fair price and only fix what is necessary; i can also count on her to point out potential items in need of repair that she may find during the project. I can trust Lynn and her team at my home when I am at work or over weekends. She even has chaperoned my dogs and cats to various rooms to keep them from escaping or getting in the way of nail guns! : ) Lynn's Renovation Gang performs high-quality, timely, fair-priced work and I highly recommend her to everyone - trust is priceless.

Originally we hired Lynn's Renovation Gang to finish our third floor. Lynn helped us come up with a plan to raise the ceilings and divide the space into a bonus and full bath. Since there was no bathroom on that floor she needed to tie the drainage to the pipes on the first floor and did so with minimal disruption to the whole house. The third floor turned out great she did the following: Installed hickory hardwood floorsInstalled a skylight to let light into the bathroomFramed, Drywalled and painted the whole floorInstalled Cabinets and tile in the bathroom The thing I like about Lynn's work is that she does most all of it with her team. The labor she has is polite and trustworthy as they walked through our house for a month and never had a single negative incident. Her workmanship is good and because they do all their own work it's tough to get the highest craftmanship in everything from tile to finish carpentry but they are close. I also had them renovate our 2nd floor bonus room into an office removing the carpet and tiling, installing custom cabinetry and rewiring lighting. This room is over the garage and gets pretty hot in the summer, some of the grout started coming out from between the tile years after the work was done due to excessive heat. Lynn came back and fixed the problem without a question or charging me.Her gang also remodeled our kitchen laying a tile backsplash and flooring as well as adding recessed lighting and additional cabinetry. I can't say enough about the service we get from Lynn's Renovation Gang and would recommend them without question to anyone looking to do a remodel job.

They are very personable, and we get to know the owner. They are very reasonably priced, and they don’t bug us.

Lynn was well recommended for her work, price and timeliness. I called her in spring 2011. She met with me, said she was interested in the work and would work up an estimate. When I called to follow up afterhearing nothing, she said she would get back to me. She never did. Since she had been so well recommended, I called her again in spring 2012 for a small project. She said she would consider it. But I never heard back from her.

We had an excellent experience working with Lynn?s Renovation Gang on the finishing of our attic into a 3rd floor with a storage area, bathroom and a bedroom. They exceeded our expectations for the project. Of all three contractors we obtained quotes from Lynn was the best in terms of organization and presentation. Some of her photos had pictures of shelves and cabinets in the knee-wall area of various attics which really appealed to us and this met one of our objectives to fully utilize the space in our attic. She managed the entire construction process very well. She is very down to earth and was reachable on her phone all days of the week for questions as we had a lot that would come up when were out purchasing accessories. She was upfront regarding what her quote covers and what we were responsible to buy. This made things very easy as we were free to buy what we desired and at what price we desired. The work was top-notch. Lynn worked really hard with various contractors to solve any technical hurdles. One of the reasons we chose her was that she figured out how to plumb the bathroom without changing any of the rooms in the house as other contractors wanted to do. As well, she is very dedicated to doing a great job for her customers. One week prior to commencement of construction, our heating and air-conditioning unit went down during a 100°F heat wave. The plan was to change the upstairs heating and air units partway through construction however this had to be performed before construction was set to begin. Lynn came by at the commencement of installation and worked with Allan Kelly to make sure the installation matched the construction plan. The installation flowed seamlessly into the construction work. Lynn did this prior to any scheduled payments were started and considered this part of the job. Renovation for Lynn is not a job, it is a passion. She would periodically ask for feedback to make sure we were satisfied. We had some suggestions to frame a space in the hallway and in the bedroom and Lynn gladly incorporated these features into the room. Her crew was excellent , courteous and always worked hard to make sure they were never in our way. We were very impressed with the work performed and would gladly recommend Lynn?s Renovation Gang to anyone.
