Description of Work: The company name states it all. It shines, it sparkles, it's clean. |Renee came later than we scheduled, but was very apologetic about her tardiness. Renee started with our grandchild's room(which we requested) so that our grand daughter could take her afternoon nap without being disturbed. Renee was very attentive to our instructions (which bathroom cleaner we prefer on our garden tub). We enjoyed Renee's touch on the interior of our home.

Description of Work: During the cleaning process an unfortunate accident happened. Before I even noticed, Renee approached me, showed it to me & assured me she would take care of it. Over the next few feels she returned to take pictures, brought someone to fix it and followed up repeatedly to make certain it was taken care of properly and that I was happy. It was handled very professionally and with integrity, something seldom seen anymore. What a pleasure to do business with them!

Description of Work: I needed a quick cleaning for an event that was happening in my home. I didn't have the time to clean. I emailed on a Thursday night and Renee got back to me by Friday morning and scheduled her team to come Friday afternoon. All the while she heard my situation and worked with the tight schedule that I had. She was very gracious and accommodating. The team came in and in a couple of hours vacuumed and dusted the whole house (4800 sq. ft.). That is all I wanted. They were thorough and the place looked great. What I liked most was that Renee read my email late Thursday night and got back to me. That helped so much. I had such a tight window of time and just knowing that there are businesses that are so responsive was really comforting. I will use them again.

Description of Work: The details are what separate SSC from other cleaning companies. To name just a few, the folding of couch blankets, emptying coffee pots, and the bathrooms left as if one were coming into a hotel. The quality of service and employee longevity, have been hallmarks and differentiators for why I often recommend SSC to many of my friends and clients.
