 + -1 moreI expected to both leave the computer and then get a good size bill. Imtrex rep JZF recognized the problem, and the probable cause, and relayed that he could fix the issue within about 20 minutes. This was much to my surprise, as a similar problem in the past resulted in a complete reload of Windows, and the subsequent necessary restore process (something I was really wanting to avoid this time). He did complete the fix of the problem within the timeframe indicated, and at the minimum shop labor charge. In addition to being technically proficient, he displayed an understanding and professional attitude in dealing with my problem. I was well pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: Repaired/reset corrupted logon process within software on my desktop computer.
