Heritage (Mary Ann) provided a quote for purchasing and installing Yorktowne Cabinets. Was very very slow to respond to any questions even after I personally visited her. Then one day sent a note to my wife that they were no longer going to carry this line and we need to contact someone else...no suggestions, no phone numbers, just sorry...can't help. Asked to have the owners (Matt or Dan) call me and they never had the courage to call and/or offer an alternative...DO NOT USE!!!!
Description of Work: In the end....nothing...they decided to not carry the line of cabinets after having quoted us and provided no alternatives or other sources...nothing!!

[removed member name], we are very sorry that your project and plans were affected by our decision and that this upset you so greatly. At the time your add-ons were quoted, Heritage was in a time of transition. We quoted that product in good faith at the time. As we made plans & began business forecasting for the future of Heritage Kitchen and Bath, management made a decision to terminate our relationship with that particular vendor and our account was closed. Therefore we no longer had access to the product you needed. Unfortunately you and a few others were sent notices informing you of this decision. We did provide the website information for that brand so you and the other customers could get in touch with them to locate the next closest dealer. It is apparent that this decision has caused you great grief and for that we apologize but we did what we felt was best for Heritage at the time. Thank you - Mary Ann Massey
