Initial estimate was $300. Total paid was $1100. Provided no receipts for materials. Provided no invoice for labor hours. Was unprofessional: (approximation for services was 4-6hrs of labor; wound up taking 9 days), was confrontational, was irresponsible (did not close doors or gates, used bathroom facilities without permission, did not clean up after project, did not arrive with supplies needed to do job, asked for additional supplies that professional should have come prepared with (rags, measuring cups, etc.). Asked for payment multiple times throughout project from people other than those who hired him. Final project was very disappointing. Damage done to wood surfaces. Final results look less than amateur with streak marks and bubbling. Will need to hire another painter to fix the job that was done. Will not rehire or allow back on premises due to threatening nature of individual. DO NOT HIRE
