I've have not received any funds from you. I explained why we were late and that we could not contact you because you didn't leave us a phone number. Mr. Stitt, Our records show that we did NOT bat proof your home, nor did we charge you an inspection fee for giving you a quote. You contacted us 8/16/2012 concerning your bat issue. I personally came out and gave you a FREE inspection. I remember your home having a cedar shake roof and multiple possible entry points. You were verbally given a quote and you never responded via email to confirm. This review is not true.
