Mark was very clear in explaining what they would be treating today, and explained how it differed from a normal service due to the rain. He made sure to ask if we had any concerns and was very friendly.

The technician Joshua Tamarit is always professional . He lets me know when he is coming. He lets me know what he sees and always checks with me and asks if I have any concerns. If I do have concerns he handles it right away. I love Josh and this company.

Jesse is our service person. Unfortunately we forgot he was coming. Thankfully he cleaned spider webs outside although we were not home and sent a note to let us know that he serviced our home and what he did. . The great thing is, if we experienced or see pests he will return.

Weve had Bulwark for awhile and it has really made a difference with the insect and rodent population. Jesse does our service and he is really friendly and communication is great. Jesse (and other technicians) who have treated our home for bugs, insects, termites, and rodents have provided excellent, comprehensive service. Before getting Bulwark periodic preventative treatments, we had problems with termites, spiders, ants, rodents (including squirrels). We've had no problems since contracting with Bulwark.

Matt was my technician today- he was very thorough and explained everything he did and sent pictures. I actually had a window cracked open downstairs that I had no idea about and he alerted me about it. I appreciate that so much and think he did a wonderful job!
