My tech, Mark Williamson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He handled our wasp issue immediately and said he will monitor and remove as needed all season.

I have Bulwark come quarterly as a preventative measure. If I do see a pest problem between services Bulwark comes to address without any additional cost. Their agents always let me know when they will be arriving.

Juan was thorough in explaining the plan for the day and why a certain product was being used because of impending rain. Nice guy!

Joshua did a great job! He was pleasant and discussed possible reasons for seeing camel crickets (bleh) in the basement, plus he took care of a wasp nest starting up in my doorway and made sure they didnâ t have any vacation homes around the house.

Eric Burgin has been our pest control rep for a couple of years now and we are lucky to have him! He is always polite and professional and always asks if I have any areas of concern that he needs to address for me. My garage is a mess but it doesn't faze him a bit and he just works around all the stuff I have in my garage.

The person who came out to do the work was very thorough and courteous. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and did not seem to be rushed. I didn't give all fives because this is their first time out and I don't know if the treatment will work to control the carpenter ants

Sprayed for bugs, along with spider and moth control. Showed up on time, very professional and addressed all of my concerns.

Juan Alices was our technician today. We needed extra attention to the carpenter bees that are ruining our arbor. He explained what he was using and what we can do after they die to keep new bees from invading the space. I appreciate him taking the extra time.

Jesse was very polite, listened to my concerns and said that we should call in a couple weeks if the hackberry bugs were still a problem. He suggested that we have Bulwark spray the interior of the basement if the current treatment wasnâ t sufficient but he didnâ t try to push me into a more expensive treatment plan and I was happy about that.

Mark was really helpful and courteous when he showed up bright and early which I like! He took the time to explain everything that I asked and made sure to cover the spots that needed covering. I've been using Bulwark for a year now and so far, their contractors, like Mark, have always been very helpful, polite and professional, always offering to come back to retreat should there be any problems, no fuss. That goes a long way in my books.
