John Acton has been super! He has managed our infestation to almost nothing and has been super Polite and helpful!

Josh T was our technician- he was professional, punctual and polite. Very happy with the service.

Technician: Daryle Gee has been our regular technician for several years. He is great with the application of the pesticides with care to get all areas and then extra areas upon request. He has always be courteous, attentive and easily approachable with questions where he responds very knowledgeable. He is the primary reason that we are still with Bulwark and their prices are comparable. I would recommend to others.

Josh Ungar was our service technician and he was wonderful. Polite, friendly, efficient, on time (came within 15 minutes of the start of our 3 hour appointment window-unheard of!) and did a great job! I would recommend Bulwark to anyone!

Tellas Richardson is always so prompt, communicates well to give a heads up for time of arrival and sends notes/pictures post-service. He seriously brightens my day when he comes by because he is just so nice and friendly. I’m an introvert, but he is really easy to talk to and makes me laugh. We have been successfully utilizing the services of Bulwark for years in NC. We moved to a new home here just after 3 years and luckily stayed in the Bulwark area. Our first treatment, in our new home, was on 10/06/2021 and conducted by Tellas. He was professional, assessed all my concerns and very informative. Fast forward to yesterday (11/09/2021). I came across an uninvited guest in the kitchen! To say I had a “meltdown” after setting up our new home says the least. I called (888) 590-3502 to request a follow up treatment. I was greeted by Dylan. Dylan had the worst of my inaudible hysteria. (I am so sorry if you ever read this!) Once he was able to understand my request, I was transferred to Erika for scheduling. Erika was quick to calm me down, empathize with my concern and also make me laugh. She put me in a brief hold and Tellas was able to come out within hours! I can not thank the Bulwark team enough.

Easy in. Easy out. Josh kept us informed and made sure to ask what we thought we needed. Also provided some general tips for us. Professional.

Joshua Tamarit was on time and communicated when he was on the way so we knew to expect him. He completed the service efficiently and made sure to pay attention to detail and remove spiderwebs and other bugs on the house exterior.

Tellas arrived for a snake treatment, but the rain postponed that. Instead he combed my packed garage for dead spiders, cleaned out all he found so I don't have to see them. Gross. Then set out numerous sticky traps all around the inside of the garage. Hopefully they'll all check in to the death motels and not surprise me when I go get something. Definitely feel more comfortable going into my garage now. Thanks Tellas!

We've been using Bulwark for over a year now and they are fantastic to work with. Tellas Richardson was our rep today and he was great. He listened to my "problem" areas in the yard and paid extra attention there. Additionally, he sprayed out the garage and left a few glue boards around for any unwanted visitors. Great service all around!
