He took the time to answer any questions, investigate several items, and worked very hard to take care of everything. It was a very hot day and he was thorough and detail oriented. Tabatha Overby arrived in the specified time range, listened to my concerns, identified the areas most likely to be the source of the invasion, educated me on the product being used for the safety of my pets. Treated all the areas. She also gave tips on what to do outside the perimeter of home to make it less inviting to the pests. She was kind, considerate, and very professional.

Excellent. Timothy was amazing. He took a care of some issues we were having, including a huge wasp nest in on of our bushes, Timothy did not hesitate, he took it out of the bush and took care of it. Bullwark is an amazing company, we have been with them for 15 years and not once have they ever been anything but fantastic. They take very good care of us.

Thomas Pullium arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He informed me of every thing that he was going to do and the reasons for it. It treated the outside of the home, garage, and inside as part of the initial service. He was quick to answer any questions that I might have and encouraged me to call if I did not see the results that we discussed.

Michael Fisher with Bulwark did a great job. He came in and asked where we had been seeing the critters. He took care of all the problem areas. He was very friendly and pleasant. He was also thorough with confirming he treated all the places we had seen the bugs. Thanks Michael!
