We have the termite service from Bulwark and when I saw some saw dust under our porch I called them to be sure termites weren’t present. Lindsey came during the scheduled time and was very professional and friendly. She let my curious 9 year old shadow her as she checked things out. Thankfully our area of most concern seemed to be from carpenter bees instead of termites. She did a thorough job, answering all of our questions about various areas that we had concerns about with termites. Since we already have a contract with them, this extra check was free.

Jesse always does an excellent job. He's professional, personable and very detailed in doing his job.

The technician texted when he was on his way and arrived about 20 minutes early, which was convenient for me. He explained everything he was going to do how much time it was going to take and walked the perimeter of my property to explain the treatment type he would be using. He texted when he was done and confirm pricing and also let me know about neighborhood discounts for other types of services, but did not do a hard sell to force me to add it to my service costs.

We use Bulwark regularly for pest control. They do a great job.

This has been extremely helpful in keeping my home pest free.
