Description of Work: Two young men. Presented themselves very neat and clean. They had a job prior to my time but were excellent in keeping me informed of approximate arrival time. Was extremely pleased with their work, efficient and timely. Will use them in the future if I have a need.

Description of Work: They helped me move my antique belongings long distance. It went very smoothly. The first move the vice president helped us move and the 2nd move the President of the company helped us!

Description of Work: They moved us from Illinois to Tennessee. They were responsive to our needs, sending two large trucks rather than a semi (which would have had difficulty on our long country lane). Even at that, with two trucks and 4 movers (most movers only provide 2), they were less expensive than what others had quoted. This was the easiest, least problematic move I have ever made, and I have done 7 inter-state moves. Their customer service is the best, and their movers were professional and careful. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They were very pleasant but very slow packing house then rushed to unpack to get to another job. Did not put slats into sideboards correctly on King bed and a slat snapped & bed collapsed... did come to fix it but it took 2 days... and they had put slats & sideboards incorrectly on guest bed... said made incorrectly but they had put everything upside down. It to would have collapsed if we'd had a guest... also after move, original team I spoke to gone...

Description of Work: They just loaded my Pods and one gentleman was efficient and the other lazy. In four (4) hours total of nine (9) smoke breaks. Overall C rating.

Description of Work: The team of Marcus, AJ and Eric moved me from an apartment to a home. I had already moved boxes, only empty furniture left. Fragile and heavy furniture was handled and wrapped well and moved into some tight spaces. These men were courteous, focused, detailed and quick...no chit chat, phone talk, etc. Another team under Melvin moved my friend into Illinois. Unfortunately the office scheduled them for a 'quick' move before her which made them 2 1/2 hours late. When we told them it was unacceptable, they put extra men on duty and got her moved out on schedule! I was there since she had to leave and her team was also excellent. They messed up on the scheduling end but they came through in making up for it. The two teams I saw this past week were GREAT! The office staff called to make sure things were done well and both of us were happy. I will be glad to recommend them to another friend who will be making a local move.

Description of Work: It was a relatively small move, but they worked extremely hard to get the move in within the time frame of the promotion deal so I would not have to pay any extra. They were also very friendly and courteous.

Description of Work: They moved the contents of our home. The company was quick to respond. Got us on the books right away. The estimator came out and was awesome. Right on the money as to the time needed to do the job. | |When it came down the the work, the guys were rushed and left a couple of hours early. The price was under the estimate- but the work was not done. It took me a lot of time and moving large boxes from upstairs to the first floor and then moving it myself to the new home. If they had stayed the time the estimator had quoted- and I was willing to pay- they would have finished the job rather than leaving it undone.

Description of Work: They put my stuff in storage and piled everything on top of each other, all the way to the ceiling. Some of my belonging were broken. They used my dolly and broke that. They broke a small organ and a shelf in the china cabinet. They lost a bracket for my desk and my recliner chair doesn't work right either.

Description of Work: They moved a piano up a step to another room. It is a Baby Grand Piano, and we had no idea that the legs should be removed to do so. They knew exactly what to do and the confidence the movers exhibited allowed us to also feel confident it would go well, which it did.

Description of Work: Movers were slow. Did not put anything down in my new townhouse to protect the carpets. Could have finished sooner if they had been a little faster and did not chat with the cable installer quite so much.

Description of Work: They showed up late. And damaged our furniture, damaged the walls in our new home,and kept our dolly.
