They were very easy to contact by phone. The estimate was done in a very professional manner. They had a crew of four. They moved all our furniture and heavy household items. Our furniture was better wrapped and padded than national company who did our last move. There was no damage.

I contacted them via email and was contacted within two days by Don Reid, the owner. He was very professional and set-up a time for one of their representatives to come to my apartment for an estimate. Very accommodating, as the appointment was set for a Monday evening after 6:30 PM. The representative, Glenn Coe, was very professional and gave me an estimate. I gave them an option of two dates and we decided on one. A few days later I was contacted by Glenn asking if we could do the alternative date. As the move date I was the one to contact mover and confirm. On the day of the move the movers were 15 minutes late. Three men were sent and I got the feeling that there was less to move than expected and felt that the movers were going to stretch to a four hour minimum. One of the movers was not very motivated. They were careful and wrapped all of the furniture. The move was done in just under four hours.

They resolved all issues in a timely manner.

Movers were two hours late. They did keep me informed, but it was a huge inconvenience with them running so late. Movers got lost with the directions from their company to my house. Workers were polite, but it had been a long day for them and the previous move had been hard and took longer than expected. They were tired and tried to rush to get my furniture moved, because it was getting late. They should have finished by 5pm and it was well past 7pm. I had to remind them, I expected the same professional move and did not want anything damaged, if they were in a hurry.

The experience overall seemed adequate. The gentleman who came for the estimate, gave an estimate that was close to the final cost of the job. The two gentlemen who did the moving were meticulous with the furniture, to the point of being agonizingly slow. There were some paperwork mistakes made, which they corrected promptly, but which also added to the length of the day. To their credit, not a single dent or scratch was seen on furniture. They were polite, and had a very positive attitude.

The gentlemen who moved my belongings were very pleasant and personable. It was one of the hottest days in the summer and they maintained their cool the best they could. I was pleased with the work that was completed and with the entire process. I would definately recommend this agency to friends.

The movers were on time. Each of them were professional and friendly. All items were handled with care. Job was completed swiftly.

We were very pleased the 1st time and even more so the 2nd time. We would not even bother calling anyone else.

Excellent experience. I spoke with the company on the phone to get a ballpark estimate of what the move would cost. Estimate was reasonable, and they were able to accommodate the date/time I requested. The day prior to the move an estimator came to my apartment to take a look at the job. He estimated 6 hours, but it ended up taking only 4.5. On the day of the move the movers showed up well within the 2 hour timeframe that was set. All 3 men were very polite and introduced themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently - even in the late afternoon heat. Once we arrived at the house, they quickly unloaded all the boxes, placing them in the rooms I requested. They also hooked up my washer and dryer and made sure it was functioning properly. It was a great team, and great experience. I would definitely use them again!

I had some trouble getting a quote via the website, but when I telephoned, the service was extremely friendly and professional. The crew that moved us was friendly and hard-working. Two of the men carried items while the third man packed the truck. We helped out, so that may have helped things go faster than otherwise. The entire move was completed in less than 4 hours. A cooler spilled in the truck and wet the edge of our mattress, but it dried out with no problem. A caster broke off of a wooden desk, but was easily repairable. We made no damage claims. I would use Easymovers again.

Don Reid, the owner, called me to confirm the date and time of our move a few days prior. At that time, I learned that I was misquoted the hourly rate (by about 30% due to the fact that we had requested two trucks and four men). After much conversation, Don stuck by the original quote and his crew took pretty good care of our furniture and appliances. I did have to remind them to blanket my stainless steel refrigerator before they strapped it to the dolly! Otherwise, they were ok. Not sure if I would have been willing to pay their actual price - it seemed a bit high to me after shopping around first.

The movers were very polite and took good care of my furniture. They conducted themselves in a professional manor. I called you using my maiden name. Since that time I was married and now I use my married name. If you prefer a 3-4 week notice and an onsite estimate then you should have mentioned this when I called. Also, I was never told that you were at capacity. Had I known this I would have used another mover. Angie?s list has a tons to choose from. Its not a good business practice to accept a sale with out having adequate staff to cover the move efficiently.

Was not impressed by the estimator. He took no notes of the furniture or special handling requirements.

Everything was done exactly as stated: estimator showed up on time, movers showed up on time, and job was completed ahead of schedule. There were several confirmatory phone calls to make certain of times and places, as well (made us confident at the beginning that they were on top of things). The job was performed very professionally with no down time and with courtesy and understanding.

At first, we had some confusion over the moving date. Extra men and trucks were found and the move went forward as scheduled. They reduced the price, due to all the confusion, which was nice. The movers were much more careful with our furniture than Southern Movers. They actually wrapped quilting around the furniture so that it wouldn't get scratched. Our floors were also protected with covering which the previous movers never did. These guys didn't take a 2 hour lunch either (which they said was 1). We picked up some fast food for them and then they kept right on working. There were no extra charges for a piano mover, they didn't balk about our basketball goal, they hooked up our appliances, they take credit cards. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have been involved in moving myself and all four of my children for more times than I care to recall. This was by far the best because of the personnel at Easy Movers. Their estimate was accurate. They made several phone calls to verify arrival and to follow up after the move. The three men who came with the truck were careful with handling all items, worked rapidly in loading and unloading. In addition, they were pleasant and accommodating.

Don was willing to give a competitive rate when asked and everything was coordinated well and went smoothly.

Don, the owner, was very polite and considerate. He sent Ed and another gentleman whom arrived 30 minutes early and loaded my belongings very quickly. It was raining when we arrived in Atlanta. They laid down runners as to prevent my carpet from getting soiled. They were very polite and hard working.

Company called 3 business days before to confirm move date and time. Movers showed up on time and worked non-stop. The final cost was about $150 less than the original estimate. The only issue was a ding on one of our pieces of wood furniture that the guys didn't point out to us. We didn't bother to report it since everything else went so well.

CHRIS LEVILLE, AND THE OTHER TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SO POLITE, HELPFUL & HARDWORKING. THE PRICE WAS SO LOW, WE WERE SHOCKED. YET THEIR PROFESSIONAL MANNER WAS SO HIGH QUALITY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

EASY MOVERS DID A GREAT JOB MOVING US. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME BUT, DUE TO A MIXUP WITH OUR LEASING OFFICE, THEY WERE DELAYED FROM STARTING BY ABOUT 30 MINUTES, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE EXTRA TIME. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND PACKED ALL ITEMS EXTREMELY WELL. THE ONLY DAMAGE WAS TO ONE SHELF ON OUR TV STAND, BUT THAT WAS ALL. THEY EVEN ACCEPTED OUR ANGIE'S LIST COUPON THAT HAD EXPIRED! THE GUYS WERE VERY NICE AND PERSONABLE AND WORKED WELL TOGETHER. ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS WITH COMMUNICATION, THEIR OFFICE COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER ABOUT FOLLOWING UP TO CONFIRM TIMES, ETC. OTHER THAN THAT, WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD USE EASY MOVERS AGAIN.

DID NOT LIKE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB; OVERAGES EVERY 15 MINUTES. USED CITYWIDE MOVING; VERY PLEASED. PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AFFORDABLE.

2 VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL MEN CAME AT THE APPOINTED HOUR AND MOVED THE FURNITURE VERY CAREFULLY OUT OF THE ROOMS WE WORKED IN. THEN 2 WEEKS LATER, THEY RETURNED THINGS EXACTLY RIGHT, AND WHILE THIS REQUIRED 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE (WORKING), THE SAME KINDNESS AND CARE WAS GIVEN TO US.

OVER ALL I LIKED THE COMPANY, VERY PERSONABLE UP FRONT. THE MOVERS TOLD ME I WOULD BE CONTACT, BUT THAT HASN'T HAPPENED AND I WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION ON THE LAMPS THAT I HAD TO REPLACE, AT$145 A PIECE. THANKS.

WE FOUND THE TEAM FROM EASY MOVERS TO BE QUITE EFFICIENT AND ''EASY TO WORK WITH.'' THE EASY MOVERS TEAM TOOK GREAT CARE IN PACKING OUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND MOVING THINGS AROUND. I HAD TO REMIND THEM TO TAKE BREAKS -THEY WORKED CONSTANTLY. WE BOUGHT LUNCH FOR THE TEAM - WHICH THEY APPRECIATED. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN TO MOVE.
