They showed up on time, did the work well and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. They did an excellent job.

I was very satisfied with the workers. We have moved several times, and this was a very good experience.

The company came and provided me with an on-site estimate. In addition the sales rep told me how I could reduce the cost by breaking down the beds in advance and moving many of the breakable items myself. The estimate was between 7.5 and 8 hours but despite moving about 20% of the items in advance and all of the mirrors and pictures the move took 9 hours and 2 trips. On the positive note the movers did a good job and were very polite. I did provide a tip due to the fact the treadmill had to be taken up the stairs to the second floor. I would use Easy Movers again but would expect at least 10-15% above their estimate.

They were ok. They did try hard. They really should have sent someone out to do an estimate. They underestimated the cost and the difficulty of the move. It took much more time and trouble than they thought. We did find some middle ground to settle on. They sent somebody out to repair a piece of furniture that they had damaged. I might recommend them.

They're great! They pay great attention to detail. They put floor coverings everywhere to protect the floors. They wrapped all of the furniture to protect everything as well. Nothing was broken during either move and they were very polite as well. I can't say enough good things about them and I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job at following my instructions on what to take and what to leave. The service was fine, the people were fine, the price was fine. I have been trying to get a refund for returned boxes for several weeks, they also told me they had to wait until they had enough cash in their banks before they can get me that check. They are just not responsive. But the move itself was very good, they just have lost a good grade in responsiveness due to not getting me my check. *FOLLOW UP- After several delays and questionable information from several employees of Easy Movers I received my refund check.

Despite the rain, everything went very well. The guys showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture, including a spinnet piano, and moved us in about 6 hours. It took a little longer than expected because of the rain, but nothing was broken and none of our furniture got wet. We'll be using them again in the next month for the move out of our temporary home into the home we've been renovating for the last several months.

Overall, the service was good. The guys showed up late but the dispatcher called several times to give us updates. Most of our things were boxed and ready to go and it took the guys just over 3 hours from start to finish. We had a relatively small load (4000 lbs.).

The moving team was professional, friendly and considerate of our belongings. I could tell they took customer service seriously. My problem came about when they did not bring a big enough truck which I knew was the case the moment they pulled up. I explained beforehand that I had a lot of lawn equipment that could not be stacked on top each other. He also saw days before that some furniture is over-sized. I knew there was a possibility that 5 hours wouldn't be enough time but we ran out of truck space before the 5 hours were up. A lot of extra time had to be spent making sure everything would fit. So I ended up having to rent a truck and spend the weekend moving all the lawn equipment and bulky items myself that did not fit in their rented moving truck. The guys doing the move were great. The communication with scheduling the move was great. Although when I called the office that day to express my concerns the lady spend most of the time arguing with me rather than solving the problem

The move was fine...a few mishaps but overall, the experience was the best moving experience so far in our lives. The team of four guys worked well together and were very polite. I would definitely use them and/or recommend them.

We have moved 15 times (includes 3 local moves), so have had plenty of experience with movers and this one was excellent.

The two men that arrived at our house were the slowest and laziest people we have seen in the business. They used an appliance dolly to move every piece of furniture. Even the bedside tables, which I was able to carry each of them myself. It took both men to move a piece of furniture, even with the dolly. The dolly damaged two pieces of furniture. They dropped a brand new bar that had wheels and could have been rolled. I was amazed that the service from these two men was so poor. I had complete confidence in the reviews. I guess we did not luck out that day. We filed a claim that day about the three damaged items. The customer service from Sylvia was horrible. I had to call her repeatedly and send several emails in reference to the damage. She was rude during our phone conversations. And not one "I'm sorry." After three weeks, they sent a furniture repair service out to fix the damage. We had full faith in this company based on the reviews, however do not get the two movers we had!

We got a phone call 1/2 hour before scheduled arrival telling us that they had run out of gas and they were having trouble finding a station with diesel. Then they called back and asked for directions. We were somewhat surprised that they didn't know where we were. Move went smoothly and they were very careful with the furniture and pointed out some damage on the bottom of dresser, which we did not know about. They made a real effort to hurry and get loaded as quickly as possible, but were very careful about our floors and doors. A small concern was that they closed up the truck and I had to tell them about two pieces that were forgotten. One in the driveway and one on the porch. They asked to follow us because they did not have directions to the new apartment. We mistakenly assumed that the office would have used Mapquest or Google to print out a map for them. Overall it was a good move. I would definitely use them again, but maps ahead of time would be a very good idea.

It went as smooth as glass. The men were fantastic, and very pleasant to work with. My husband and nephew did provide some help, but what impressed us the most was we were told it may take the one Easy Mover truck two trips, as their truck was much smaller than Santini Bros Movers 18 wheel behemoth (they were A1 top rating also). This is the mark of true professional, experienced movers. We were so amazed, we laughed about it for some time. It was like a magic trick. More like, an answered prayer. The Easy Mover men (3 total) put our stuff neatly into our garage and anything labeled kitchen they put inside for me to start unpacking. All in all we were very happy campers and I fully recommend anyone considering a move to contact Easy Movers for an estimate. Don't make any commitments to anyone until you do. They came in WAY under the estimate of time and money. These guys moved 16,000 pounds in 5 hours!

Within 28 hrs of my scheduled move, my move coordinator called to confirm the schedule. Timing was very important especially for my move in as I had to schedule the loading dock and elevator. Move out: The three man crew called first and arrived with in the time frame they had specified. It took a little longer than I had though to load, but they were very careful with my things. Move in: (2 day s later) The move coordinator called me about an hour prior to the move in time with the suggestion of adding a person to insure everything could be moved in quickly. I agreed. The crew arrived within 15 min of our scheduled time and did a great job dealing with the tight spaces of a high-rise. They were finished in about an hour, no specific problems or issues. Overall costs ended up $120 over the original estimate, but had agreed to a higher rate for an additional person on the move in.

Response to my request for a quote was very fast and everyone talked to was very nice and helpful. Moves showed up within given time frame and performed the move without issue. They were very nice and did a great job. Would use again.

Setup of the move was very easy and flexible (my original closing day had changed due to holiday constraints). The movers (2) arrived on time and worked very quickly to carefully load my items onto the truck and unload at the new home. They were kind, patient, and considerate. I will most certainly use them again when needed.

The move went very well--the movers were on time, worked quickly and smoothly and were very professional and pleasant. The company was very responsive to our questions and phone calls.

Excellent. Due to an illness in the family, we needed to make an urgent move to be near Duke Hospital. I called Don Reid and he had his team ready within a couple of days. They packed, moved, and unpacked us over just a few days. They were even ready to do it faster but I couldn't get into the new place. Don let the items sit on the truck for a day. It was really incredible. And since I have moved with them before, I had peace knowing that my things were in great hands.

Contacted Easy Movers 3 weeks in advance of proposed moved date. Responded quickly with an on line estimate that beat their competitors so I decided to use their services. I received an email from a sales rep. wanting to know if they could come out and do an in-home estimate. I agreed. All went well and the estimate came in lower than the on line estimate originally given. Date of the move and they were to be there between 8:30 and 9:30, confirmed by the sales rep. a week before; 10:00am and no movers. When I call the office there is no record of my move and the sales rep. that I dealt with is not in. I was told they could not assist me because they were booked and could I reschedule for another day. NO! After finding a different move company within such short notice I was told by the operations manager that they would find out the cause of the "mix up" and I would be contacted. It's 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing. Definitely not a reliable company.

Overall it was a very good experience. The estimator was early for our appointment. He took an inventory and sent a reasonable quote. (I had 3 other moving companies give me estimates.) Everyone I talked to at the company offices were very helpful answering questions, etc. and always friendly. The crew that did the actual move was very competent and fun to work with. When the crew got caught up in Charlotte traffic they called to let us know they were on the way, but would be a little late. They arrived only a few minutes late. Next day delivery went very smoothly and took much less time than I had anticipated. None of the large furniture appears to have been dinged, or scratched. Still unloading boxes, but don't expect to find damage.

The three men who did the moving were very professional, and did a very good job. My only complaint is that the office staff couldn't get the time right. Even after three telephone conversations, and one specifically discussing time, they arrived forty-five minutes early.

We were very concerned about moving (not having moved in 31 years and having heard many "horror stories" from friends about their moves) but Don Reid and his employees did an absolutely great job for us. All calls and estimates were done on a timely basis and we were encouraged to call back anytime during the process if we had questions. The men arrived on time and immediately began to work. They were very courteous and professional. I felt like I had family helping me to move. Believe me when I say that customer service like this is very hard to find in this day and age. The men did not complain about any of the hard work or heavy pieces. When we had questions among ourselves about furniture placement, they offered helpful suggestions, but never pushed us as to what we should do. I am simply amazed at how absolutely great these people are. All of this happened on the first rainy day we have had in over 100 days! Easy Movers has my highest recommendation.

They we easily the best to deal with from quoting to completion. We had a minor issue that they handled just perfectly. Team with Ozzie was great and worked well with each other.
