They were great. They showed up on time, worked solidly without a lot of breaks (I didn't even notice any smoke breaks, which can sometimes be a problem with moving companies). I provided lunch and they stopped to eat for about 20 minutes, then got right back to work. They were respectful, pleasant, and worked hard.

Everything went well. There were a couple of problems, but they addressed them.

The move was done by professionals. Although it took a lot longer than estimated, due to the layout of the building with the freight elevator being far away from my condo, they did it with a smile. The move was done within budget. There were some minor damages but all repair was covered by insurance.

Mac and Marcus did an outstanding job. They worked very hard in TN and filled their truck to almost overflowing. Then on the unload here in SC, it was a gulley washer all day long. They did not complain - they just moved quicker to get my parents stuff out of the rain. They were patient with us as we tried to arrange stuff in the storage building to our liking. We would hire them again.

Bottom line: they were WONDERFUL!!! Scheduling was flexible and attentive - we needed the movers to arrive a few hours earlier than we originally agreed upon and they happily did. Originally estimated for 10.5 hours at a cost of a little under $1,500 they were not the least expensive that we contacted, however the estimator assured me that their customer service and level of professionalism was worth it. After having them move us, I HAPPILY AGREE! My husband and I moved what we could by ourselves to help cut down on the time and cost. The move actually took only 6 hours and cost around $900 (not including the tip that we gave them). The entire team worked efficiently, they were all incredibly professional, and they made moving a PEACEFUL experience... yes, PEACEFUL!!! My husband had back surgery last year and I've always had a bad back from sports injuries. The two of us loaded our Durango with special items (trophies, china, etc...) and they even unloaded all of it for us when they saw that we were hurting! My moving experience with a different company 2 years ago was a complete and total nightmare. EasyMovers and this crew made this move an absolute delight! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any move!!

Best moving experience we've had so far - and we've moved 3 times in the past year alone! Ozzie, Mike, and Ed were our movers, and they were incredibly polite and courteous. They took care of our furniture and really went that extra step to ensure that nothing was damaged. Plus, they worked very fast (no idle time, like we had with past movers), and we wound up paying less than the estimate - that has NEVER happened with our past movers before! I would recommend Easy Movers, Inc. to anyone.

Overall they did a great job. The arrived on time and completed the move in less time than was estimated.

My brother and I were to be at Mom's apt that morning to finish packing her things and crew was scheduled to arrive at 1:00 PM. Very sadly and unexpectedly, Mom passed away the evening before (3/17). Needless to say, my siblings and I were very upset! I called Suzanne that morning, told her what had happened and gave her my address as delivery location. Even though extremely difficult to do, my brother went over to Mom's apt to begin to finish packing up. The crew arrived at exactly 1:00, had already been informed about Mom's death and just could not have been more understanding and helpful. They helped my brother with last bit of packing, made a stop at Goodwill to drop off a couple things we wanted to donate, went to my sister's house to take a sofa and table and then came to my house. Once here, they were great with putting boxes and furniture, very carefully, in an area of garage and brought a couple pieces in the house. I can not begin to express the gratitude we felt for the caring and compassionate manner in which Suzanne and certainly the crew (I, unfortunately, do not know their names) took care of what we needed done during an extremely difficult and sad time! A week later, I received a hand written note from Suzanne expressing her and the company's condolences AND Mom's obituary cut out of the Observer in case we needed more copies!! I just can not thank Easy Movers enough for the extraordinary "beyond the call" service they provided!

My recent move was handled in a very professional manner. I was very comfortable working with the three gentlemen that arrived right on schedule. After a brief look around to survey the job at hand, they began to expertly pad every piece of furrniture for a safe journey to its new home. They worked diligently to perform the task as quickly as possible. When we arrived at the townhouse, they worked with me to insure that each piece of furniture was placed in just the right spot. From the quote to the last piece of furniture was in place, I could not have been more satisfied with the performance and professionalism of this company and it's personnel. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again. As a matter of fact, this was my second move with them and if I have the need, it will not be my last.

I called on Monday and receicved an appt. for Wednesday of the same week. We had just bought some new furniture, so we had to have the other furniture out rather quickly. I might also mention that this furniture was located in a third floor bonus room. We had a couch, chair and ottoman, 2 end tables, a bookcase, and an area rug. The appointment scheduler was very polite, and accommodating considering the short notice on my behalf. The price quoted was accurate. Mike and Ed arrived on time on moving day and were most efficient and polite. The furniture pieces were heavy. They navigated the furniture down 2 sets of stairs and a steep driveway with zero damage. They subsequently delivered the furniture and moved it into an office approx. 2 miles away again with no untoward incidents or damage. This was the second time that I had used this company for small moves such as this, and I was totally satisfied, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Donovan was alittle slow to get back to me. I was irritated until he called me to explain that he had been out of the country due to his mother's death and funeral. He was extremely nice and friendly and I am confident that he would have done a commendable job moving my furniture. His quote was very thorough and his price was very competitive. I encourage anyone to call him for a quote.

Great experience, my second move with Easy Movers. Like working with the estimator, scheduler, owner etc. They do a good job keeping communication open, we had a variable move date and they were as flexible as anycompany could be and when it was go time, they made it happen. The guys who were on the job were great as well, hard working, accommodating, appropriately friendly w/ my family (small children etc.) Move took longer than expected we had more stuff than we thought! And these guys just kept on trucking, no complaints etc. Also moved a valuable and large piano with grace and ease, no sweat. Highly recommend and will Easy Movers next time I move.

I called on a Wednesday and they were able to move me that Saturday. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. They were on time, fast paced, yet very careful with my furniture. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it and took care when going down the stairs and when loading and unloading. They were awesome. To have been paid by the hour, they were fast movers, not slow as one would expect from an hourly person. First time I ever used a moving company and I would highly recommend them again.

The movers that came to pack and perform the actual move were excellent. We saw some of the same faces throughout. They were conscientious and everything arrived undamaged and in good condition. They were easy to work with and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them highly.

The 4 man crew arrived little late, but they called and said they are running late. They are truly professional. They helped to pack my 46" lcd TV and put in my van. Also i was unable to take out the glasses from china cabinet, they took it out and reinstalled in my new house. They worked hard and did not waste time. Originally they thought, they might have to make an extra trip, but they were able to fit in one trip. They even moved some gardening eqipment( Lawn Mover, tiller , etc ) I would highly recommend Easy Movers.

It went very well- they sent someone for an estimate within 2 days, at my convenience, and everyone was professional and polite. The move was scheduled for less than 3 weeks, and the final fee was less than the estimate.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. They did not damage or scratch anything. One of the crew members fell sick and they in got a replacement quickly. I had no problems with them.

I contacted Easy Movers just one week before I needed the furniture moved and talked to Suzanne. She took all of the information and assured me that the company could do the job on the date I needed it done. We discussed the furniture to be moved and she estimated that it would take three men about three hours to complete the job. She explained in detail exactly how much everything would cost. The day before the move, Gina called to confirm and she went over all of the informatio and the pricing again, just to be sure. On October 8th, three men, Nico, Van and Chris showed up exactly on time. They did a quick survey of how much furniture had to be moved into the POD and they went to work immediately. I am not exaggerating when I say they took better care of my furniture than I do myself! Everything was padded and shrink wrapped -- it was great. The guys were friendly but very business-like. They asked questions when they needed to but they mostly just stuck to the job at hand. They finished in less time than was estimated and got way more furniture in the POD than any of us thought they could. When the floors are finished, we hope the same crew can come back to move the furniture back into our house. I was very happy to use the $35.00 coupon Easy Movers had in the Angie's List magazine!!!!

They did a real good job. When you move, people are going to do little things here and there and you are going to get things bumped. They were trying to take the glass shelves out of one of the things that they were trying to move, and I kept telling them that they had to take the door off. When I was setting things up after we moved, I saw that they did scratch my glass a little bit because of not listening to what I was saying. Overall, I was extremely happy with them. I used them because they were recommended by all. We had moved previously, and since we knew how much that had cost us, I don?t think we got any other estimates this time around. Their price seemed reasonable.

They were very responsive, professional and punctual. They go out of their way and are very accommodating as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Workers showed up ON TIME and introduced themselves. Were very professional and showed concern about not damaging the property or the furniture. They had promised to send 3 men, since they would be moving a piano to the second floor of the new house. All 3 worked very hard and were very careful about wrapping, loading and packing the furniture. At the new house, they first took the piano upstairs. I was amazed at their expertise in doing that and relieved that it made it upstairs with no damage. I was a bit frustrated when they tried to get me to sign a waiver before taking the piano upstairs, since I had clearly told them about it in our first conversations. But there was no damage, so that was a moot point. Unfortunately, the end of a leg of a small antique desk broke off in the move. There was also some other damage. But Easy Movers sent an expert furniture repairman to our house. He repaired the leg on the spot and took the other damaged pieces back to his shop. We were amazed with the quality of the repairs he did.

I scheduled at 2-4 hour move 2 days in advance. they completed in 1 1/2 hours. very friendly and flexible company.

The people who I spoke with on the phone to get everything set up were very nice and courteous. The delivery people came out on time. It was one older gentleman and one younger gentleman. The older gentleman did not seem to know what he was doing. They were not the most careful moving company. They got the mattress dirty, they knocked a lamp into the kitchen sink and broke it, and now the door on the wine cabinet doesn't shut correctly. They got everything I hired them to move to the new location in one piece, but I would probably not use them again in the future. I did not bother to get upset about the lamp, but we were never called for a follow up. I also thought that they were very expensive for just going nine miles.

Actually called them on a Thursday and was able to have estimator come out Friday and we moved the next Monday. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. The day of the move the team of 4 (Ross,Stephn Jesse and Charles) were a pleasure to work with. They were focused on timely, yet careful, movement of our household items. Absolute great team to move with. The move came in under budget and literally dent free !!! Thanks for the move guys !!
