Easy Movers moved me twice since I sold my home b/f my new one was built and I had to move into an apt for a few months. For using them twice, they gave me the winter rate for both my March and end of May moves. The guys on both moves were punctual, efficient, and careful with my things. The cost of the moves matched the estimates they provided. The only glitch was with the 2nd move when I found out a week before that they had me scheduled for the wrong day and initially said they were fully booked for the day I needed. Luckily, they were able to work me in on the day and time I had originally requested. So overall, I was very happy with Easy Movers and would use them again.

Everything went well. The estimate given was accurate and the furniture was handled with care.

Everyone I dealt with at this company (Glenn - estimator, Carrie - scheduler, Tim, Michael, & Rory - crew, and Gena - operations) were highly professional, experienced and had outstanding customer service skills. There were 2 issues. The final bill on move day was missing some minor charges. Gena contacted me later and I had no problem with adding the missing charges. The other issue had to do with how some items were packed. Nothing was damaged. Gena was extremely responsive to my concerns and I am giving them an A rating because of the company's genuine concern for my satisfaction.

I spent about $700 on that service. They were very prompt in coming out and giving me a good estimate and were very good at explaining what they were going to be charging for. They charged by the hour and they worked real hard to get the job done in a reasonable period of time and safe. They wrapped and carefully took care of furniture and made sure nothing was damaged and got wet. They were very courteous, prompt and on time. The workers were very nice and I would use them again.

One worker was a professional, and the other appeared to have not worked with furniture before. Hence, they moved things in a non professional way and almost dropped an expensive piece of furniture on more then one occasion. I think one worker was just hired for this move, and he appeared to have no experience with this sort of thing.

Gave immediate estimate, called to reconfirm the day before, showed up on time and were very pleasant. It was a small job but they were great.

The movers were on time, met our daughter and carefully loaded all items into their truck. They took great care in ensuring that all items would not be damaged as they packed the truck including shrink wrapping furniture pieces that might otherwise be damaged. The truck was packed quickly and professionally with a trained eye to packing all the items securely so that they would not move around in the truck. Upon arrival at the apartment, the movers put down a protective mat that ran the length of the entrance of the apartment and protected the tile entry area and the living room carpet. The movers worked quickly and efficiently and the estimate was right to the minute and the exact amount estimated. This was a very positive moving experience and we would and have recommended Easy Movers to others.

See above. I was able to have two of the same three Easy Movers employees for both of my moves. Easy Movers works hard to keep that type of continuity..which makes a big difference when you are involved with several moves. The staff on the phone that set everything up were also wonderful with scheduling, pricing, asking the right questions,etc. Every time I have connected with all of them I walk away thinking and saying how wonderful they are to work with and what exceptional service they provide. Ask f Ross, Chris and Tim..they are the best!!

They were punctual and even called to tell us when they were 20 min out. Very friendly and professional. The two movers we had were John and Dave. They were thoughtful, careful, hardworking and extremely affable.

I have used Easy Movers twice. On both occasions I was very pleased with everything and everyone. From the estimate, to quote, to arrival of crew, to the last piece in place. all went extremely well. They were professional, friendly, and accomodating. I had a small amout of damage to the finish on one corner of my entertainment center. Easy Movers sent a professional furniture refinisher to repair it and no one has been able to find it since. I also had a broken plate that was replaced with no question. I highly recommend them for your next move. I will certainly use them again.

From the first contact with this company i was impressed by their professional. Calls and email were returned promptly. The estimator was on time,efficient and very knowlegable. The moving crew showed up right on time and after introducing themselves got right to work. The move went quickly and safely. Not one scratch nor mashed box. They were vwery kind and patient with us during an emotional time for our family. I would use them again and plan on recommending them them to anyone looking for movers. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful. Marcus and Mack were great. Professional, polite, fast, careful. There was even another moving company blocking the entrance to my new address to the point that my movers parked in a lower lot, unloaded everything and still finished my move in the estimated time frame. The phone contact maintained by the office folks was greatand the estimate that resulted from my inquiry was fast and accurate. Great. Thanks

I contacted 7 movers from Angies list, 3 of these companies performed an in-home estimate, 4 over the phone. I spoke with Dan with Easy Movers who did not perform an in-home estimate, but gave a quote based on a verbal inventory. All 7 companies had similar estimates for crew size and time estimate (7-8 hours, so this was not a concern in comparing. Easy Movers was not the cheapest, but not the most expenseive either. I decided to go with them based on the reviews from Angies List. On the day of the move a 3 man crew arrived on time. I could tell right away that there was no synergy with the 3rd man and the crew in general was not as quick and efficient as previous movers we have used. I offered to be a "4th man" to speed things along and had all bedroom sets broken down. Despite my help, the crew leader was concerned about pace and called the office about adding another crew member. They handed the phone to me to ask my permission (which would increase my hourly rate) and I told them to use their professional judgement for what was needed to get the job done most efficiently. I continued to assist staging boxes, etc as the pace was slow. As we approached afternoon they called the office who said they weren't sending the extra guy. There was miscomunication as the crew thought I told them not to send them. I called the office back to say I was fine with it and don't know what happened. Needless to say by the time the 4th guy came, things were wrapping up at the old house. Things did not go any quicker at the new place, as the 2 more veteran movers had to keep coaching the new guy. It became apparent this was going way past the time estimate even with another crew member, and possibly not even finish for the night. I called the office and was able to talk to the owner (Don). He was very reasonable, so I tried to be flexible despite my frustration. We came to terms where I would still pay more than the estimate, but not as much as the actual hours would be. He also would send them back the next morning to complete the job. Overall the movers were dilligent in wrapping the furniture, however there were some damages incurred: Wood Hutch scraped with hand truck, office desk piece broken, and entertainment center that was put together wrong (they used differnt holes and hardware and didn't advise). Also, upon leaving the 4th mover that came out hit my mailbox. Due to the overall move experience my grade would be much lower, but as noted I feel they worked with me through the process and they performed the repairs as noted above. This took some time (final completion yesterday), but to my satisfaction. I do appreciate the efforts the company made to resolve by bad experience.

Did we get lucky! Our move turned into a pleasant situation, instead of a nightmare. We did all the arrangements over the phone and dealt with two very professional ladies- Jennifer and Susanne. We flew into Charlotte on Friday evening. Did our packing on Sat. The movers showed up promptly on Sun. morning. They began to methodically itemize our belongings. They were very careful with the move and didn't even dirty the walls. We followed to the storage place where we were greeted by the owner- Don Reider. Don is a really nice person. He gave us a very good price and showed us how our things would be put in wooden boxes called vaults. All these vaults were in a very large alarmed building. Ron explained about the insurance and answered all our questions. We will be leaving our belongings there for long term. Well, we left feeling that we made the right decision when choosing Easy Movers .

The crew was very punctual, did a quick walk through, then began to move the items quickly and efficiently. They were careful in handling said items. All three members of the crew were also very personable and courteous. The time frame and costs came in exactly as estimated. I would gladly use this company again.

The representatives we spoke to over the phone and in person were very polite and professional. The original and secondary estimates were fair and competitive. The issue around the load share was simply a deal breaker for my wife and I. Otherwise, I feel confident that this company would have accomplished our move with little or no drama.

I did not like that they bill you in full, based on your estimated cost, advance. They had far over estimated my move. That finally got resolved the day before my move. The dropped me from 4 men to 3, but only reduced the price by $10 an hour. I would have been better off with 4 men as it would have reduced the move time by at least an hour. They showed up more than 30 minutes after the end of their start time window, but immediately did the walk through. It took about 1/2 and hour to size up the house. The move out went well. The move in was a bit more challenging. They put a hole in the wall of my new home while moving a large item upstairs. I appreciated that they brought the hole to my attention and even came back later that night to patch it. Though I did have to sand it and still need to match the paint and repaint the wall. I really appreciated that they told me and I didn't have to find it myself later that night. The men who handled my move were very professional, and the office staff was responsive.

Excellent, I have moved with them several times in the past few years. They are trust wothy and thorough, I just like working with them. They are reliable and I will hire them everytime I can! The crew gave me their cell phones, they were toally accessible, they itemized in detail all my possession, they were endlessly patient with the hodge podge of boxes and unboxed items like lamps and large cumber some toddler toys, fans bags filled with clothes etc. Super nice guys, just worked steady. Thanks Easy Mover for another seamless, flexible, friendly, afforadable EASY move!! PS. Having read some other remarks by other members about being concerned about having their belongings packed in with other peoples items I feel compelled to comment because I too very apprehensive about having my belonging combined with another customers and had never done a long distance move before that required combining my articles with another families. BUT given my prior experience with EASY movers I trusted them and accepted that they were going to include another small shipment with mine even though I was reluctant and apprehensive. Once the truck arrived and I could see how meticulously and orderly the truck was sectioned off between my belongings and the other persons belongings I felt TOTALLY FINE about having our shipments combined. In fact it changed my whole perspective on this process in a move (combined shipments.) In the future I will not worry about this, particularly if working with Easy Movers. And I include this remark for others who are apprehensive about combined shipments - I cannot pathom that they could "lose or mix up" items given how obvious the partitioning of stuff is.

They were responsive and gave me a quote within 2 days and followed up to make sure I got it. This is probably who we will be using for our move in the future.

Did not work with Easy Movers as described above but the move went great with Ballantyne and Beyond movers.
