What a wonderful experience we had with Easy Movers. The crew of 3 came right on time and finished the job quicker than we thought. Melvin, the crew leader, was extremely organized and efficient. What we loved the most about these guys is that the crew was very kind and courteous to not just us, but one another! The level of cooperation between the three of them was fantastic. AND - they came in under budget. I highly recommend Easy Movers.

They arrived on time. Very efficient. And they treated our furniture and new home with TLC. There were 2 guys, the lead person was named Jeff and I hate that I can't remember the other young mans name. They were so pleasant and careful at their work. My husband and I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving. They made a stressful time in our lives moving from another state a lot easier to handle. Thank You Easy Movers!!

The move was excellent. The crew recently moved me from Annapolis, Maryland to Huntersville, North Carolina. Let me say that the men did an absolutely great job; the crew consisted of Robert B., Melvin B., Mantas B., and Gediminas K.. The men were all very professional, took special care of my furnishings, and could not have done a better job. Additionally, they were always polite, courteous, and respectful towards myself and my wife. I offer anyone the highest recommendation in utilizing your professional services; they made a very stressful event much less so. Simply Outstanding Service!

Overall, everything went great. It took a little longer than we expected because the movers were very careful and thorough.

Easy Movers were the best priced, most qualified movers we could have asked for. Rory, Ross, and Orlando handled our move perfectly and actually got done early, which means we spent less money than we were quoted. Rory was a terrific lead and really knew his stuff. All three movers were good natured, professional, and hard working. As stressful as a move is, these guys removed a tremendous amount of it.

The service was good. It was a hour of service. The guys were really great! They were considerate, kind, careful of our furniture, and most efficient.

The communication from them very good and they showed up on time the morning of the move. After a brief walk through of the house, they immediately started work. They used blankets and shrink wrap on all the furniture and moved everything with nothing getting broken or damaged. They moved giant pieces of furniture that barely fit through the halls with no damage to the walls. They fully loaded two trucks, took them to the new house, and unloaded it all within 9 hours. Their estimate was 10 hours, so that worked out just as I expected. Throughout the move, they were all very curteous and professional, and helped us arrange the furniture in the new house. We had a hot day, approximately 85-90 degrees with plenty of North Carolina humidity, but they kept working hard, with really no extensive breaks all day. I was thoroughly pleased with the entire move and would definitely recommend.

This was my letter to Easy Movers in order to receive compensation.... Just to recap?? 1. The packers, were slow and not very professional It took them 6 - 7 hours to pack a small kitchen and two closets.I packed everything else and put very specific stickers on the boxes stating it was package by owner as well as what was in them - as I mentioned I move a lot. 2. I did buy the packers lunch in which case they proceeded to sit on my sofa and eat off my coffee table - without asking. 3. I did tip them to be nice, thought they were not deserving of it. 4. Before they left, I walked around with one of them and asked about the pictures and all the "odds and ends" that were not packed - like wrapping paper, bread maker, very small bins (8" x 2" x 11"), small baskets, etc?.They told me the movers will take care of that the following day. 5. The packers also packed items such as matched, fireworks, chocolate and other odd items that should never have been packed. Moving Day?.. 1. When the 3 of them showed up, the first thing the man from Jamaica did was throw himself in our leather desk chair and complained that the guy tagging the furniture was too slow?. and he was! 2. The man first handed me the tip sheet for their performance and tipping?that was a bit nervy since they had not picked up a single item. After I watched him fumble through the paperwork, I offered to write the items down as he tagged them. So, I did their job for them. 3. They started moving items out before they placed anything to protect the floors. 4. They started banging into doors and walls and I then expressed they were "freaking me out" since it was a rental and I would be held liable for any damages and I also didn't want my furniture dinged up either. 5. They also complained about the packers and them not packing everything as well as they didn't have anything to pack with either?. 6. So I had to call the company and a gentleman came up and proceeded to blame a miscommunication on my part to Glen that I would not be taking the pictures or lamps???? So not cool to blame the customer and it truly was not expressed that way either. I told Glen that everything was going and then he suggested we use some of the boxes from my previous move. They were in good condition and it would save me money. 7. I also tipped the loaders - $40.00 each, though they were not worth it, but I feel bad for people who have to do heavy lifting and perhaps it was not their fault they were not trained properly. 8. We also bought them lunch. Unloading Day?.1. One of the 3 guys did not speak english. He spoke french, which I do speak a little,but still. 2. Chris and Mike were good, but I was not happy that they were unwrapping the furniture in the truck. I didn't realize at the time, but items might not have been damaged if they were moved into the home with the padding still on. 3. The french gentleman was the worst. Chris kept having to tell him to be careful. He was banging the furniture into walls. 4. It was a very hot day and I made sure they had plenty of water and I also tipped them $40.00 each. Chris and Mike deserved it, but the french gentleman, probably not so much, but again it was so hot and I know it is not a great job. Also, why would you have a truck without heat in the cab and a big hole in the floor. They got to my place a sweaty mess. There was actually sweat on the furniture that I had to wipe off as well as on the cushions, etc? Kind of gross. PS. Jennifer who I was put in touch with to deal with the move, was very kind in listening to my concerns and seemed sympathetic to my experience, but that will not fix my new sofa, end table, antique dresser, and leather chair that all got damaged in the move - major chips, removed leather surface, etc....

The guys that did the move were fine. They worked hard and did their best, but I still had to help the guys unload the truck myself at 11pm or risk everything being rained on and the move lasting well past midnight. That could have been avoided if they had sent additional folks just a few miles from their office to help. The lingering problem is that home office is blatantly dragging their feet on processing a damage claim. A very straight forward claim turned into a lengthy negotiation despite buying the top insurance and having professionally appraised the items in question the week before the move. After we reached a settlement, the company went silent for over a week. When I finally got a response they said it would take an additional 2 weeks to issue a check and then only for half of the claim amount with the other amount to come sometime in the future. When I complained they said they would issue a check the very next day and notify me that it was sent. That was yesterday. No notice today.

We hired Easy Movers to do a local move of all our furniture from a 3500 square foot house to a 2400 square foot house. We had moved all the boxed items ourselves, so Easy Movers was only hired to move furniture and appliances. The office personnel were great to work with. They sent someone out to give us a not to exceed estimate prior to the move date. The day before the move they called and went over everything again to make sure we did not have any questions. The truck showed up a little late because they got a little turned around with the directions. There were three men and a moving truck. The guys got right to work upon arrival and did not take a break until stopping for lunch in route to the new house. Each piece of furniture was wrapped extremely well so that it seemed impossible to damage. They were very cafeful not to damage the walls and floor of the houses during the move. All three men were extremely pleasant to deal with and followed direction well. Overall experience was about as good as you could hope for in a stressful situation like moving. I would definitely recommend this company.

Easy Movers is the best moving company I have EVER worked with, hands down. This was the hardest-working crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They worked non-stop for 12 hours and they worked their butts off! Everything was moved to my satisfaction and we had a A TON of heavy furniture. I cannot stress enough how fantastic this company was. I was so impressed by how hard and how long they worked. They were polite, courteous, but most of all, professional. It was obvious they cared about what they were doing. Their energy never flagged (and it was 91 degrees outside!) I will never use another company except this one. Absolute BEST!

I would highly recommend Easy Movers Inc. for anyone that is looking to move within State and I'm sure they are just as wonderful with an out of state move as well.

They had quite a bit to do. They did an excellent job of taking care of everything. They did an excellent job of wrapping everything. They did a much better job than another company had done for me before. There were 4 guys and they were very pleasant and very respectful. I didn't have any problems with any of them. I called another company and Easy Movers was more expensive. They were an hour late. They either answered the phone or got back to me the same day when I called. I would use them again.

The service was not good at all. Nothing was as expected. Everything went well in terms of the professionalism and working with the agreement but when it came time to execute the contract, they did not fulfill anything in the contract as stated in the contract.

The men arrived on time, worked non-stop, and ended an hr early. They really should have gatorade, power bars, etc., and treat themselves like athletes,... it's very hard work. They were honest and dependable.

had four different phone calls from Dawn Reed, verifying when the crew was coming and whether they had arrived. I was satisfied with them taking the piano out. I would use them in the future.

Thank you Easy Movers for a great moving experience. I will say that at first I was not sure how the whole move was going turn out. When the team first arrived there was immediate concern that all my items were not going to fit in the one truck that they brought. This of course was concerning because during the orginal walk through I was assured that If i moved some of the items to the new home prior to the Easy Movers move we would be ok. We confirmed what needed to be moved and the rep felt confident we were ok. On the day of the move, it was clear that there was concern and another truck and driver was sent over, meaning additioanl money. However we never ended up needed the extra truck or driver and I was not charged. The move was completed effectively and efficiently. There was a clear plan as to who on the team was responsible for what and everyone worked together very well. I am still amazed how they packed that truck. It was like puzzle pieces being fit together. The team was very professional, freindly, accomodating and at times were seen running back and forth form the truck to the house to stay true to the estimated time. There were minor scratches to some items and the there was a lamp broken. Because I had purchased full insurance I was reimbursed for the lamp the next business day no questions asked. The guys were great - best moving experience we've ever had.

They responded very quickly to our call. We were able to set up an appointment within a few days. The 2 men arrived on time and accomplished the move quickly and professionally without mishap or damage to the piano.

Easy Movers is a great moving company. Tim, Rory and Kevin did a fantastic job during our move. They were always letting us know of any issues that could arise during the move. They were on top of everything and very careful at our new home. They kept a smile on our faces and worked very hard.

I was very pleased with their service. They were prompt and efficient and had the resources in terms in the number of people to get the job done. I don't know if you've run into a problem in a move, where they show up, but they don't have enough people to do what you need done. So it takes longer..., so that's what I'm trying to say. They had enough people to do what I needed. They sent out 4 people. In terms of the physical move, it took three days.
