It was a pretty straight forward move with minimal challenges like stairs and tight turns. That said, they moved efficiently and took good care to move the piano without damaging anything. The two gentlemen that did the move were very friendly and did a super job.

We picked Easy Movers based on their excellent Angie's List feedback. We had obtained a quote from another local moving company and made a reservation but they overbooked us and left us without movers at the last minute. This company was quick to respond and get us on the calendar. We were given a moving estimate over the phone of $918. This involved my husband walking from room to room describing each furniture piece to the booking agent. This competitive price was also one of the deciding factors when booking this company. We were given an arrival time of between 8:30 and 9:00 and the crew of three men arrived promptly at 8:30 and got started right away. They were all professional and friendly. As the move got underway, it became apparent that they estimate had been grossly underestimated. I really feel like this might be the company's only real problem. When giving over the phone estimates, it's very difficult to really gauge just how difficult certain pieces would be to move. Not all furniture is created equal! The guys took it all in stride and kept a positive attitude even when the day got long and the furniture got difficult. One mover in particular, Miguel, never stopped smiling and went above and beyond his call of duty! Overall, we are pleased with our service. It was a relatively uneventful move. Our only criticism is simply the underestimate. Our $918 move ended up costing us $1300.

It might be helpful if Angies list differentiated between local and long distance movers or if each company specified the areas where they work. It would save me calling places that don't do local moves in my area but still come up on my Angies search results.

They packed up everything from old house, and had sleeping in our house the same day.

Another mover got involved and there was a question about commitment. Easy Movers were excellent in their handling of the confusion

The appointment got messed up, and they didn't have me scheduled, however when I called the office, they sent out a crew immediately, and my move still got done that day. Overall a good response to a mess up.

They were excellent. They sent somebody out to give us a quote the day after we called and inquired about them. They employ all their own movers, so they don't use contractors. They were well trained, courteous, and clean. They also worked hard. They were willing to come and ask us about anything they weren't sure about. They didn't presume they knew something that we might want. They were just friendly.

Easy Movers was very responsive from my first contact. They called back quickly and arranged to have someone visit our home to estimate the move cost. The estimator was friendly and professional. On the day of the move, the four man crew arrived on time and, after a quick walkthrough of the home, began working. They took excellent care of our belongings, generously padding all items and handling them as if they were their own. The move completed well ahead of schedule and about $500 below the estimated amount. I was very happy with the service provided by Easy Movers and would recommend them without reservation.

They were very professional, did not damage or scratch anything and were very timely. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would hire them again.

Their name , Easy Movers says it all. They are fantastic in every way. All of your furniture is wrapped and padded prior to putting it in their truck.Before anything is moved their lead man discusses all facets of your move with you to make sure everything is covered and there are no surprises. I think their name also implies that they handle your furniture with care and they definitely do just that.This is my second move with Easy Movers.The first move was from one apartment to another within the same complex.This move was a bit larger going from an apartment to a home about 10 miles away.Even though the first move was easier, my furniture was handled with the same level of care every time. And speaking of time, the crew was on time both times. I have more than a passing knowledge of what it takes to be a good moving company.During the summer breaks of college I worked part-time for North American Van Lines.It is a very demanding job. The people at Easy Movers from the person answering the phones ,to estimating the job and finally the movers themselves are are great to work with.They do their jobs focusing on the customer's needs and they do it in a very professional way. I cannot say enough about the guys handling the furniture and loading the trucks.They are superb and very easy to deal with and they do it with a smile. And you will ,as well, if you hire Easy Movers for your next move.You know I will for sure.

This was my 4th move with Easy Movers. They are very flexible and adaptable. The last move was very small. The first move was much larger. They are very businesslike and professional.

Great Moving experiance with EasyMovers. The quoting process and customer service, followed by the move itself was painless. The driver and helper were polite and very professional. The final price ended up being less than the original quote. NO damage to anything (some antiques), and they delivered to three locations (storage unit, home, assisted living). I will call them for my next move!

Easy Movers was excellent! From the quote to the move, we had a wonderful experience. The movers wrapped all of our furniture very carefully. When unloading the furniture into our home, the movers carefully lifted heavy pieces of furniture upstairs with neither a nick or scratch on the walls or floors. The movers placed boxes where we requested. Not one item was broken and the movers were very careful with our new home. We would definitely use Easy Movers in the future.

We were very pleased with the movers, from the estimator through to the moving crew. They were all genuinely interested in doing a good job and were friendly and courteous. We were moving into a brand-new home and were concerned about damage to the new home's floors, walls, etc. that can happen with a move, but the crew from Easy Movers treated our stuff and our house like it was their own. Further, they were receptive to whatever it was that we asked them to do (i.e., move a heavy elliptical machine upstairs) and made it clear that they were there to make sure that we were happy. As well, they were friendly and courteous to a man. If there was any downside, it came from their office staff who seemed not to be able to pull everything together as sharply as we would have liked. They sent email to the wrong address and called the wrong phone numbers; then didn't seem to follow-up with us when they couldn't make contact. We know to follow-up so all ended well, but that aspect of the service gave me a little cause for concern as to whether everything was scheduled correctly and the crew would show up on the right day and at the right time (they did). To their credit, the office crew was friendly and pleasant. Depsite the little glitch with the office, all in all a good move and I would use them again.

We sold our condo with the stipulation of a 2 week closing date. We immediately called Easy Movers and were able to get a date that was convenient for us. The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They took great care of the furniture, wrapping everything when it started to rain as they were unloading the truck. They were very careful with everything and the work was done within their stated time frame. We would not hesitate to use them for our next move.

The overall experience was good. The arrived punctual, had a break-luch at noon (we bought pizza) and get back to finish the delivering. They were very nice and gentle with furniture and had disposition to help.

Contacted Easy Movers to obtain a inter-state moving estimate. They were very friendly, professional and provided a written quote with 24 hours. We adjusted the quote several times based on changes to our packing list - no issues. We have decided to hire Easy Movers based on their professionalism and positive service reviews. Our move date is Dec 27.

The account representative was very easy to work with and was courteous and professional. We worked out a day for three men to move me a short distance. Rory Timothy and a third whose name I cannot remember came right on time and were very friendly. They rolled out a rubber carpet to keep the hardwoods safe. They worked carefully but quickly. When they arrived there was a car parked in front of the house and I could not locate the owner to ask them to move. The movers handled having to carry heavy items a little farther with no problems. I have a number of fragile antique pieces and they moved and set them very gently. I tipped them each because they carried some really heavy items up the stairs, and treated all of our things like they were their own. They tidied up after themselves, kept their hands clean as they were handling boxes and blankets so prints didn't show on our furniture. The estimate came in right on target in time and expense. Overall I would recommend with no hesitation.

It went very well. They were very professional and very nice. Everything seems like it's been moved very carefully so far.

Met movers at noon in Va. Packed me till 7 PM. Delivered the next day. They took there time and did a professional job. I have moved eight times in my professional life and these guys were as good as it gets. I am still unpacking boxes but I have not found anything broken yet. Not a mark in our new home. These guys were excellent!

The movers were efficient and very careful with our furniture, floors, etc.
