They were fantastic, just very exceptional. They were quick, extremely professional and didn't wast any time getting the job done. They had the house packed in a day, including everything in boxes and crates from the house. After they did that they drove everything to Cincinnati. They were ahead of schedule when they arrived. They unloaded all the boxes into the house and assisted in getting the furniture placed too. I would definitely use them again in the future. The owner was very exceptional as well. From the moment I submitted the quote online he stayed in constant contact to make sure we were satisfied. When they moved my washer dryer something happened and it got damaged when they installed it, water was coming from the back. I had a repairman come out to fix it. I called the owner to let him know what happened and he told me to send the bill no problem. He even wanted me to send the photos so he can use it as a training point with his employees.

We had two movers from Easy Movers for the job, Michael Jordan and Rodney. Mike and Rodney are experienced pros and have worked together as a team at Easy Movers for many years, and they did a great job. They had a great, get-it-done attitude, worked VERY hard, and got everything to the new location safely and in good shape. Mike and Rodney added value in a number of ways and are clearly very customer focused and interested in doing a good job. Cynthia in the office was also a pleasure to work with in setting up and working out all of the details of the move in advance. The cost of the move was very competitive for the weight (the $4,200 cost includes the full cost replacement coverage in addition to the actual moving costs, taxes, etc.). We would recommend this company and this team to others and would definitely use Easy Movers again.

Price was high but you get what you pay for. Awesome attention to our items. Felt very protected.

They were very helpful and did everything as promised. After weighing all of my items they actually ended up charging me less than the original estimate.

Easy Movers made the move easy! Very helpful on the phone and via emails setting everything up. They were on time both for pickup and delivery, and cost was comparable (or less) to larger moving companies. Best part was that my pickup and delivery dates were exact days - not a span of several days or weeks. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed up, and movers were professional and very friendly. All of my pieces arrived in great condition. Would definitely use Easy Movers again!

We were very happy with Easy Movers. We got an estimate ahead of time and the movers arrived right on time. There were 3 men and they all worked very hard, and efficiently, both during the loading of furniture and putting it in the new house. There were several heavy pieces like an elliptical machine and they were very careful about not hitting walls. We ran into one glitch. The king size bed frame was frozen to the headboard and couldn't be removed from it. The movers had to move it attached and I didn't see how they were going to get it around a hallway and corner into the master bedroom. They figured out what angles and position they needed and got it into the bedroom. I would have bet money it couldn't be done without breaking the frame but they were successful and for that alone, I would give them A+++. I'm not sure another mover would have been able to do that! Very impressive and showed their experience and moving knowledge. I would recommend Easy Movers and have already told a family member that they should use them when they move later this Spring.

We were moving from 2 houses to 1 about an hour south. Two different sets of movers for each house. We had requested same movers so they would know where all parts were for pieces of furniture and how to put back together. There was great deal of confusion when different people showed up for moving into new house. All of the movers worked very hard and it was exceptionally hot both days.

Our business needed to rent warehouse space for a tractor trailer load of retail store items. The items were a last minute purchase and being delivered to Charlotte by Friday 2/14/14 morning. We had to scramble since the need came during the recent snow storm of 2/12/14-2/13/14. I had called and left messages at a few warehouse storage facilities. All were closed so I was only able to leave messages. I contacted Easy Movers through their website message center. Our family has used Easy Movers in the past for residential moves and have been totally satisfied with price and level of service by their people. I had forgot they also had warehouse storage. The message was sent Wednesday at 4;30 p.m., Don contacted me by e-mail by 6:30 p.m. that day and we had phone conversation soon after. I explained my needs for space. Don followed up with his operations manager to see if they could accommodate our needs. Easy Mover warehouse didn't have the space we needed yet Don recontacted me with other solutions, even contacting his friend who also has warehouse space in Charlotte. We eneded up using one of his suggestions. In my opinion Don went beyond normal customer service in trying top help us and our situation. I will use Easy Movers in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Jason was extremely helpful in rescheduling to accommodate weather problems. The 3 gentleman who showed up for the move were right on time and the move took exactly as long as estimated. Everything was handled with the utmost of care and there were no problems at all. I will be using them again for the rest of my move here soon.

Polite, friendly, and hard workers,....OMG!...they worked so hard & I never heard one word of complaint. They went above and beyond and if I ever move again, they will be my 1st call. Believe me when I say that these guys will put Two Men & a Truck to shame! Not one item damaged & they even pointed out loose legs on a coffee table and offered to tighten it for me. They handled my cargo with the utmost of care. If you don't use Easy Movers for your next move, you are totally missing out on a worry-free, hassle-free, cost-savings experience!

Overall it went smoothly and well however there was a slight damage to a dining room curia.

The service provided by these two gentleman was beyond excellent. They went out of their way to ensure that I was pleased with every aspect of the move, including how each item was packed and how each item was unloaded and assembled, as appropriate. To top it off, the move came in below the estimate. I would definitely use them again for any future move and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional,efficient, and friendly movers!

The move went very well. A crew of four arrived on Monday and loaded up two trucks. They were extremely careful in wrapping anything that was fragile. They crew was very courteous and professional. The same crew drove that night and met me in Marietta to unload. They were very easy to work with and very concerned that everything made it safely and was put where it belonged. I've done several moves and this was easily the best crew that I worked with.

Based upon their comments, we expected 3 young, experienced packers that could accomplish the job within the quoted estimate. Instead, we received 2 older men (one very out of shape) and one younger not so experienced man. The truck wasn't big enough to fit all of our belongings, so I had to make several more trips to complete the job. Also, the quote included one hour of paid travel time from apartment to our house. It took them almost 2.5 hours and several phone calls to get to our house - and they tried to invoice for the 1.5 hours of being lost. Not sure why they didn't have a map or GPS, but it took several phone calls to get the charge refunded. They were all very nice individuals and tried to do everything we asked, but they weren't really up to the task. I don't expect to be moving anytime soon, but I would probably call them for a bid if the need arises.

The guys were awesome. Very hard workers. Arrived on time. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The movers showed up roughly 15 minutes. They had all of our stuff packed up and in the truck in about an hour and a half. They were very careful with our fragile glass cases and other easily breakable items. They drove directly to our new home and moved everything in within an hour or so. They were able to take my gun safe up to the second floor along with a VERY heavy file cabinet. The movers were very careful with our new hardwood floors and painted walls. There was no damage done and all three of them were very nice and overly accomidating.

They moved my daughter from her old apartment to a new one.

I called to have a Grand Piano moved from an estate sale where I had purchased it. They told me they did not move Grand Pianos anymore due to the special handling required.They referred me quickly to a piano mover here in Charlotte,excellent referral. I will call Easy Movers when I need a mover due to their professional handling of my needs |

This had to be the hardest working group of people I have ever encountered. We had almost 21,000 lbs of belongings being shipped from south Georgia to Charleston, SC. I was told it would take 2-1/2 days to pack and 1-1/2 days to load and travel and 2 days to unload. I found that to be unreal. They finished a day early!! On day one, 2 packers showed up. I asked where the rest of the crew was and was told they were it. These two ladies, Cynthia and Lynda, got it done in 2 days. They worked nonstop 10 hrs the first day and then 9 hrs the next. They were so polite and respectful of our belongings. Melvin led the loading/transport/unload segment. Very punctual - always called ahead to inform where they were and when they expected to arrive. His whole crew, again, very professional and polite and respectful of our belongings. This company was amazing. I've been thru a lot of moves (former military) and new this one would be tough. Easy Movers made it, sorry for the pun, but "Easy." The entire staff was very professional. And again, I cannot emphasize just HOW hard they worked. We took estimates from three other companies. Honestly, Easy Movers was not the cheapest but not the highest. Either way, they were worth every penny. God Bless them....

I initially called on a Monday to arrange for the move that following Thursday. Granted, this was in the low season, but I was happy they were able to accommodate me. Considering the short lead time, we did the initial estimate over the phone, with Easy Movers taking a detailed inventory of what needed to be moved. When all was said and done, the initial estimate was fairly accurate. The movers were set to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 am, I got a call from Rory saying they were 30 minutes away at 9am. They showed up at 9:45, just 15 minutes late. Not bad considering some service providers. Each of the 3 workers introduced themselves to me before starting work which I was pleased with. They were very friendly and professional and great care was taken with my items. Upon arriving at my new home they checked with me on nearly every item for where to place it. This was wonderful as it has reduced the amount of hunting around for boxes when unpacking. All in all, I was very satisfied with Easy Movers and would recommend them to anyone.

After hearing so many moving horror stories, I was terrified to book our long distance move from NYC to Charleston, WV. I should NOT have worried!!! This company was amazing--they were polite, professional, came prepared, and I ended up being charged LESS than my quote (when does that ever happen??) Also, with most of our bozes unpacked, not one thing has come up lost or broken. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great group to work with . The men sent for the job were pros and knew what they were doing and not a bunch of Jocks tossing furniture into a truck . They were on time , did the job in less time than estimated. You cant go wrong with this group !!
