It went relatively well. Some walls and carpet were scuffed and stained at our old house. Some of our bedroom furniture was badly scratched in transit as well. But, for the most part, it was relatively painless. The movers said that we would be getting a call from their claims department regarding our bedroom pieces, but this never happened. With all the stress of moving, we never followed up on our own.

They were great! They were on time, professional, hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others. They also did good job in moving my piano and pinball machine!

A wonderful company to do business with. They were prompt, courteous, attentive to our requests and concerns, and arrived right on time. Everything was put into one truck, so there was no problem of consolidation and associated delays. Nothing broke. No surprises. Wonderful folks.

It was okay. If we had to do it again, we would find somebody else. It was all right. The way they said they were going to pack and the way they packed were two different things. We really had a mess when we got over here. Their timing was off and they didn't get us moved in until early, early in the morning. It was not as smooth a service as we would have liked. If we were going it again, we would probably choose somebody else. The pricing was probably a little bit high for the way they acted and the way they accomplished things. They were not that far off base. It was more their schedule. The quality could have been a lot better. They did not put things together the way they should have. Nothing was extremely broken; it was just not the best circumstance. Their responsiveness was fine. They showed up when they should have. I think they were overwhelmed by our household and they tried to do too much in a short period of time. They were not great, not bad and nothing to write home about.

It went great. The staff was punctual, professional, thorough, responsible, and they worked really hard. A great company to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

The easiest move we have ever done. Support and preparation were terrific on the front end. Very organized and helpful. We moved the day after Christmas and the movers showed up on time, were very pleasant to work with and very careful with our belongings.

They were awesome! Very careful with everything. On time. When problems with the availability of the elevator threatened my 10% price guarantee, the alerted me so I could handle the issue with the building. The final cost was exactly what they estimated, to the penny. I will use them again when I move my stuff from storage to an apartment. I highly recommend them.

My expereince was good. They were on time and professional. The move took about two days to complete. The crew was fine to work with.

I packed up most boxes except art and china/crystal. They were prompt, courteous, did everything required and price was lower than estimate. It was the first time in almost 40 years I had moved myself (w/o company paying). It was much easier than I anticipated because of Easy Mover's professionalism and guidance. They did exactly what they said when they said with no problems or drams.

The movers did a terrific job. When I called for an estimate, they picked up the phone right away. I worked with Dan who gave me a quote and worked with me to find a time on short notice. He was terrific about staying in touch. There was one small snafu because my cell number was recorded incorrectly but they contacted me through email to let me know that the calls were not going through. The crew showed up in the time frame that promised and the crew was very careful with our stuff. We would definitely use them again.

They came late because they were given the wrong address by their dispatcher. There were three men, all very polite. They took their time wrapping my furniture with padding blankets and plastic, treating each piece as if it was a family heirloom. This was fine but it took a lot of time. What should have been a six hour move, took almost 13 hours! When I got the bill I was shocked. It was more than twice as much as I was quoted. I paid the bill without complaining as I was completely exhausted. Two days later I received a phone call from the company asking about my experience. I explained what happened and the representative was courteous, sympathetic and offered to have the owner of the company call me. He called me back immediately and was genuinely apologetic and offered to bring the bill to a more reasonable amount. Because the owner was honest and willing to work with me, I would use this company again and refer my friends to them.

The move went fine. I didn't realize that I would be charged for boxes and supplies. These were a little expensive and if I had know I would likely have provided my own boxes. $50 for packing paper seemed a little steep when it's sold by U-Haul for $10 for 10 lb. In all, I was charged about $300 for the supplies, which was not something I expected. I could have gotten all of the packing supplies from the Home Depot, Lowes or U-Haul for about $160. I highly advise doing this to avoid a 90% markup. The packing was done efficiently and nothing was broken in the move. The day of the move, there seemed to be a little misunderstanding about my large Ikea wardrobes. They movers wanted me to take these apart. I was told by the packers that I wouldn't have to do this. In the end, I did get the movers to take the wardrobes apart and bring them to the new place. One of the adjustable feet from the wardrobe is missing. Not a big deal... I can easily get a replacement from Ikea. The movers worked very hard to get me out of my old place and into the new one. They were fairly efficient and did not waste time. All in all, out the door with tip I spent about $1500 for an in town pack and move for a 1600 sq. foot house.

Be sure to give square footage of home to representative when you call to set up the move in addition to inventory of home and approximate weight...they did not ask square footage of NJ home so truck was barely big enough! I realize this was partially my error but it all worked out though and the move went fine with no damage to anything! The movers worked so hard and gave them big tip!

It was a very positive experience, a professional job very well done. They will be moving our household goods out of storage and into our new house on 8/28/14. All workers, packers as well as movers, were very pleasant and took special care of fragile items.

These guys were great. One guy was a bit sloppy and had an attitude but overall this was a great moving experience.

Initial contact went very well. Estimate provided and job scheduled in short time frame. Employees arrived to load up and did a good job. Unfortunately, there were other employees that actually drove the truck to MD and unloaded. They were not familiar with our belongings or how the truck was loaded. Not sure which team was responsible but there was some damage done to our furniture. It took almost 4 months to get the claim resolved ..they tried to claim furniture was damaged prior to move, stating that it was noted on the inventory list but the list was nothing but numbers and they couldn't tell me what damage they saw or for what piece. A chunk was knocked out of a chair and was found on the truck. I assured them nothing claimed was done prior to our move. In any case, multiple phone calls to Kristin, which were not returned, resulted in having to contact her Manager who finally determined that they would just send us a check based on the repair estimate we had gotten and we could take care of our own repairs.

Everything went well. The men were courtious and worked straight thourgh until the job was done. They were careful with our belongings and walls.

They were the best in providing an option of using 2 trucks and 4 guys for the move, which made everything go faster. Though it sounded more expensive, I liked the method and booked the service. It ended up saving me money as they were able to work very efficiently from 2 locations into one. Everything was put in place, where I wanted it. They even moved things for me when I changed my mind. The staff was very careful not to mark up the walls or ding any of the furniture.

My furniture and houses were protected and placed in just the right area as requested. The movers were professionals and very polite at all times.

Everything went well for a short move. Broken glass shelves in my china cabinet and mirror back but the company has been great to work with in getting repaired. The movers were very professional and handled everything very expediently. The office staff is superb and overall happy with the service!

This was the second batch of furniture Easy Movers moved for us, and we have one more batch to go soon. Each time we had different guys on the crew. Both experiences were top notch. Dealing with both the office personnel and the "guys on the ground" was a pleasure.
