They have helped me out a couple of times. I will probably use them again. They were very good and reasonable. My interactions with them were very good. I always tip movers a lot so they were happy too. The work was excellent.

Second time we used Easy Movers. They were great. Arrived on time. Took great care of the Piano. Spend the remaining time moving an ancient TV from our living room. Top notch group. We used them to move our house a couple years back. They did a great job then and did a great job for us now.

My wife and I are very pleased with the way the people at EasyMovers handled our move from Charlotte to Philadelphia. Everyone at EasyMovers was courteous, professional and had big smiles. The original estimate was off a little, our fault really we wound up packing more ourselves than we expected; we really didn’t mind paying 65% of the original estimate. EasyMovers packed our more expensive artwork and everything arrived undamaged. They have certainly earned all those Angie’s List awards. I can recommend them without reservations.

The move went extremely well. Marcus, the driver and his crew were careful, courteous, fast, expert and friendly. This crew was far better than the national company we'd used to move cross country. The end price was higher than estimated by several hundred dollars but was still much less than the other quotes we had received. Our furniture and life's possessions were completely moved and placed into the new home without a scratch. We hadn't purchased the full value protection yet we had no problems. Our experience was terrific and we highly recommend Easy Movers!

The move went very well as we had lots of very heavy items plus attic. Three movers and two trips. No mishaps.

Don Reid has great talent at developing an awesome moving experience! It is obvious that all of his employees are great at what they do and practice professionalism, warmth, and teamwork. Darius, Zach and Varius moved everything as if they were moving their own things. I would recommend this company to anyone, no matter how small or large the move!

2 great experiences with this company. Don is great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. Rory the team leader was outstanding, very nice, easy to work with, and hustles all day long. He does a great job leading the crew and maximizing the truck space. All crew members are respectful and work hard, I was very pleased with both experiences with this company and highly recommend.

Over $5000 worth of jewelry is missing from a jewelry chest in master bedroom. All items were in chest Wed morning before movers arrived to begin packing. Pieces were discovered To be missing on Thurs morning before movers returned. Original gift boxes were left empty in two drawers of jewelry chest. Phoned owner, and called police. An investigation is now underway.

Initially move from WV to Taylors apartment was superb. Billing was reasonable. Took 2 trucks --one to move majority of furniture to their storage facility in Pineville NC and one to move some furniture to small apartment in Taylors SC. They said they would weigh the items prior to placing in vaulted storage in Pineville NC. This did not happen, so my monthly storage fees were a questimate. Approximately one year later, company was contacted to move items from Pineville NC storage to new house in Taylors SC. In addition, notified company that the Taylors SC apartment was to be vacated and that furniture would need to be moved as well. These contacts were made on 2 occasions prior to the scheduled move date. On Monday of the week the move was to take place, we received a call that their license did not cover local moves from the apartment in Taylors to new house in Taylors. So I had to contact another moving company to move my apartment items to the new house. They had 2 weeks to respond to my prior calls about the move and the scheduled move date. Nothing was said until the Monday of the week of our move which was to happen on Thursday of that week. Plus the move from Pineville NC storage to Taylors SC was a much shorter distance ( 1 3/4 hours vs. 7 hours) than the original move from WV to SC, but the bill for the services was about one and a half times more expensive. Requested a complete billing history but did not receive anything. We felt this behavior was very unprofessional and forced us to pay 2 moving companies which was expensive. Since we had notified our apartment that we were vacating by the end of the week, their call on Monday of that week was very stressful as we had to look for another moving company that could come that very week.

Loaded belongings stored for two months and delivered to new home. There were a few minor scratches and a damaged lamp shade. The delivery crew put the bed together improperly and I figured it out and corrected it. Some item were left at warehouse and delivered later. I was satisfied and filed no claim. These are good people and I would use them again.

It went FABULOUS!!!! We could not have asked for a more delightful team to move us!!! From Gary Mercer's on-site evaluation, to Heather helping with the financial end of things, to Marcus, Ernest, & Chris moving us!! Those guys were so prompt and polite AND not only packed us up, but delivered our furniture and belongings, the very NEXT day- just as it was @ our previous apartment; undamaged and moved to the exact rooms we asked for! The gentleman who was sent out to give us a quote was lovely. The movers that were sent were nice enough. The boss seemed to be doing most of the work. The two younger men with him were nice enough as well, but not working quite as fast as the boss. They would stop on occasion to chat, or to comment on our personal items. Nothing offensive. They seemed to treat out stuff just fine. However - we were told the company did not move washers/dryers. We had been prepared to do that ourselves. But they did it for us, without us asking, and said it was fine, they actually would move them. Now I can see why the company policy was that they don't. They broke a leg on our washing machine, and then didn't tell us about it. They also had not connected everything properly at my home. Had I tried to use the washer without checking first, it would have been a horrible mess. Now, the claims department did hop right on fixing it when I called and reported, but the person they contracted out to fix it was so stinking rude. They also left a giant tube of plastic wrap at the apartment I moved out of, and about 50 of those giant rubber bands. I took them with me back to my home and made several calls to the company asking if they wanted to come get them (I'm sure they're not terribly expensive, but what a waste!) and they kept telling me someone would be out, but alas, no one ever came. Overall, while they were nice, it was by far not the best moving experience I've had, and not sure I'd use them again.

I only have praises and gratitude for Easy Movers, the company recommended by my realtor when I relocated from Florida to North Carolina. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient, their politeness and hard-working dedication were impressive. I requested the same team, Marcus, Steven, and Lovelle, be assigned to unload my furniture, as well. This was a success story worth recognition and I can sincerely recommend Easy Movers to anyone who wants quality, skilled, courteous service for any move they are planning.

Fraser and Carlos handled my move in the most professional and courteous way. They were able to get all of my belongings up four flights of stairs (no elevator available) without any damage. I would highly recommend Easy Movers for their storage facilities as well as their moving services.

It couldn't have gone more smoothly. The crew arrived when they said they would, loaded my furniture and boxes in approximately 1 hour and unloaded same at the new apartment. They were friendly, respectful, hard-working and professional at all times. I will hire them again should I have to move again. Plus -- their prices are reasonable and affordable.

It was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. The three men sent to move me were so professional and incredibly great at moving. Everyone from the salesman who came to my home to the gentleman in the office to the movers made this move a wonderful experience. I will be using this company for my next move. I highly recommend this company.

Not well! When we were interviewing movers we picked Easy Movers because they were rated A+ on Angie's. One of the guys came to our house and met with my husband to give us a quote on what it would cost. He explained that they were get to the house early in the morning with 4 guys and would have us moved in by the end of the day. Their price was comparable to others and I liked the reviews so we chose them. The weekend before the moved we removed everything from attic areas, rented a truck ourselves and moved over everything from the garage, storage shed and some breakables. Mainly what was left for the movers was all the furniture and most of the boxes. The morning of the move they arrive over 2 hours late. The pace of the move was SLOW. One guy claimed he was sick and at some point left. My husband thinks he was drunk or hungover. They finally got everything on the truck and over to the new house by 6:30 that evening. By this point they came to the realization that they would need to make 2 trips (we were not told this to begin with). By the time they unloaded the truck it was too late to make another trip (of which included our bedrooms). We ended up having to spend $189.00 on a hotel that night that we were not expecting to do. I understand we have a lot of stuff, but they could move faster too. One guy complained about everything even making fun of our stuff and saying things that were not appropriate. The next morning I called the office at 7:30 am and asked when they would be back that day. We were told it would be checked out. I waited another hour and called again and found out they were on their way. They finally got everything packed up in the second load and unloaded by that afternoon. I have yet to find everything as they really didn't seem to care where they put boxes (even though they were all marked). They tried to charge us an extra travel charge because they came out the second day. A move is emotional enough as is, but to have movers that didn't seem to care made it even harder. I have used movers in the past and have never been treated this way. I don't know if the entire company is bad or we just got a bad crew. I do want to give a HUGE thank you to Steve (one of the guys that helped). If it had not been for him I don't think we would have ever gotten finished. He was polite, hard working and always had a smile on his face. We begged that he come back the second day but he was sent to a different job. If all four guys working had been half as good as him this move would not have been so bad. I would never recommend this company to my friends. They are slow and I think the reason is because they charge hourly. They just didn't seem to care about anything including our belongings and our time. They do wrap well... but other than that I don't have much good to say about them. They made a stressful situation even more stressful.

What a great job they did! All of my furniture was wrapped in blankets & then shrink wrapped. There was a little sprinkle of rain towards the end of the day, but the wrapping they did protected everything even if it would rain harder. The men that came to move the furniture were extremely efficient and very professional.

The crew arrived a little earlier than we had planned and met us in SC. They were courteous, professional and got right to work. What had been estimated to be a 3 hour job actually took 6 hours because of the amount of walking, stairs and small items we had. There were loads of boxes, and some deceivingly large pieces of furniture. The guys worked without taking a break, and did not damage a single item. They never stopped until the job was complete and it could not have gone any better. I would recommend them to anyone needing a moving company, and will absolutely call on them again.

The movers arrived right on time, even a little early. They got right to work wrapping furniture and loading. When they got to our new home they unloaded everything, and made sure they were putting furniture exactly where I wanted it. They were very efficient. We don't have a lot of stuff, and we moved the small stuff ourselves, but I was still surprised at how quickly everything was accomplished. We moved 3 miles and they took approximately 2 -2.5 hours. Nothing was damaged, the guys were professional and polite. I would use them again if, heaven help us, we would need to make another move.

I will not recommend this moving company. let me explain the situation. We found Easy Movers from the Angie's List and they had good reviews. We have been very generous by providing them lunch and supper. But after the moving, we are disappointed! The moving guys are very friendly but not very professional. They broke couple our furniture (bookshelf, TV Consolers and a Floor Mirror)! The leader of the team tried to hide the fact, until I found out! I have called the office couple of times and talked to the administration people and the owner. I got the same replies that the Claim Department will contact us about the damages. But it has been almost two weeks since we moved, I have not heard a word from the "Claim Department" which they had mentioned in their responses! I will have to call the credit card department to dispute the payment if I still have not heard anything back from the Claim Department for how they are going to settle the damage. I mean, even the damage is not a huge amount, we would like to have it settled in a professional way. When we moved from NJ to NC, we had only three moving guys who are extremely professional compares to the Easy Movers and they can lift our upright piano with only three persons from 1st floor to 2nd floor. The four guys from the Easy Movers, all together can hardly lift up the piano and move it to our 1st floor living room. They acted like had no past experience of moving a piano. But when we requested the service, the owner claimed that they had moved pianos before!! Overall, I do not recommend this company for moving if you have more than two bedrooms furniture!
