There was a delay by one day when they arrived to do the work but proactively communicated to keep us updated on their delay and new time. We were impressed with the number of men and equipment that showed up to do the work. They were friendly, informative, organized, and left the sight clean as a whistle. He came to the appointment on time and gave an immediate quote. I was told he could possible to this on Sunday, never heard from him. I had to call, consequently, was told out of town for the weekend. Ok, so I was put on the schedule for Friday the following week and sold him a job with my next door neighbor. Never heard again from him nor the office. I had to call and found out late friday afternoon it was raining by them not here by me. No show. Very disappointed especially because I told them I needed the job completed as soon as they could. Call J&S tree service Home Advisor recommended. Waiting now to see what happens.

The staff was professional and when the guys were onsite they worked tirelessly. They were respectful and appropriately dressed to handle the type of work they were performing. We hired Dustin and Hall s Tree Service to remove over 50 trees from our secondary residence and grind down the tree stumps. Our concern was primarily the use of tree removal equipment in a rather large area with areas of established grass and knowing that we needed to protect what grass we had and leave other areas for grass to grow once the trees and stumps were removed. Hall s Tree Service did everything we asked them to do and left our yard in absolutely the best shape possible. They are definitely a 5 star company. I will certainly hire Dustin and Hall s Tree Service in the future even if I have only one tree to remove.
