These guys delivered the services as promised, including debris removal. Price was the best. No pressure to sign up for a service agreement, but services were performed in the off-season (mid winter). Will likely contact them for other services soon.

Showed up on time for estimate, Performed work that was agreed to on estimate and schedule was met within hours. Only estimate that had any warranty.

They showed up when they were scheduled, returned calls, and performed all the prep work properly. They killed the grass/weeds, tilled up the soil, leveled the tilling, raked it out, laid down the top soil, rolled it flat, laid the sod (which was cut that day from a local supplier) and rolled the sod down. They cleaned up everything before they left. Baldemar came by after the first day to ask if I had questions and was on the job the day of the sod install. Great Work for a Fair Price. Crew was friendly.

They did a great job of laying new sod. They created some new mulch beds that I asked for. Communication was not always perfect. Overall a very good experience.

This company was on time, very competent and let us know what they were going to do and when. They then kept their schedule.

We have been working with Baldimore and he has been great.

They said they would be here at 8:30, they were here at 8:28. A nice change from the usual contractor's promises. I thought a fair price for our requested services. We had a couple of last minute changes that were accommodated without hesitation or additional cost (actually a few dollars cheaper).

They came out the same day I called and gave me a quote. They were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to correct my problem. My yard was not sloped right when first put in and had areas that were low where water layed and did not drain off. Loredo's son (don't remember his name) told me exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a very good price to complete the work. I was in a hurry to get the work finished and they put me on their schedule the next week. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

It took a few days for them to respond to my initial inquiry, but once in touch they were prompt and courteous. Outstanding work, excellent value for the money. Called for sod installation and ended up getting that plus bark mulch for all beds. Highly recommend.

The work performed was good but prior to starting back no proper response to phone calls and most of the work began without proper or no updates. There were couple of things I needed before sod install so Sod install goes smooth and looks good.

I really like the work that Loredo's people did. My yard looks very nice. Baldemar really backs up his work with warranty which is really nice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The yard looks very good and Baldemar charged the price he had quoted. He gave helpful tips for fertilizing, cutting and watering the new sod. His crew was professional and worked hard. The project took a little longer than I expected and I would have liked a call when the workers did not come as scheduled. Other than that we are very happy with the result. We chose Loredo's for the superior prep work. They killed the existing lawn, raked it properly and put a solid layer of topsoil, lime and fertilizer in place before they laid down the sod. Other contractors gave quotes for laying down the sod without putting topsoil.

The zoysia sod was substandard and because of its low quality the lawn became weed infested. Additionally, my landscaping lights were torn up in the process and had to be brought to their attention. They did have someone come out and repair it after I complained. There are still sod pieces that have need to be replaced and have not been replaced. Unless you constantly complain you will not get any attention. There is only one number to contact for customer service and it is a cell number so it is difficult to get any attention. If you want to see the result come look at one of the worst lawns in Preston Grande.

They did a great job with our sod and our lawn looks like carpet. I was very pleased with how they worked and they typically went above and beyond. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because of communication, they could have communicated a little better as to what they were going to do and when, but other than that they were fantastic and I couldn't be happier with our lawn. Their prices were very reasonable as well. Great job guys!

We have a small yard and were having a hard time finding a quality sod install contractor that also provided good value. Most installers' prices were simply too high based on the size of our job, since there was little economy of scale. Baldemar with Loredo's came recommended on this site, so I requested an estimate for sod intstallation. He gave a very reasonable estimate for the work and on the day of the job his staff showed up on schedule, completed our sod job ahead of their projected timeline, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Baldemar to anyone.
