This is the second year we have used the Mosquito Authority. Last summer was the first time in years that we have been able to sit on our patio or even walk to the mailbox without being swarmed by mosquitoes. It is a great service provided by a very porfessional staff.

I was very concerned about spending money on a contract for the entire year, so I contacted this company and they explained their product and process to me in terms I could understand. They agreed to come to my home and provide a 1 time spray for only $29. How could I refuse. The owner showed up, brought a team, and performed the service as explained. A week later, I received a call from the owner, checking on my mosquito problem. I had encountered only 2 stings that whole week, but that wasn't acceptable to the owner and he returned, free of charge, to spray the area again! The mosquito issue goes dormant during the winter months, but not Mosquito Authority. I was offered a discount on an annual contract and I was eager to sign-up! My kids are ready to enjoy the spring & summer months outside knowing that MA will be here to protect us from those little flying bugs. Thanks.

I emailed them today to find out about organic alternatives and we had a conversation by phone a short time later. Very responsive, and very knowledgeable. Jenny was able to describe all the ingredients in their standard application, a green alternative, and the relative pros and cons. She also told me about her own interests in a healthy environment for her family and pets, and what they use at their house. What I was especially impressed with is the fact that they already had notes in the system about keeping the gates closed for my dog, and about my garden and where it's located in the yard so they can avoid spraying near it. I was pleased to learn that their applicators have this information in Tablets so the information is literally at their fingertips. Excellent customer service.

They came and did what they said they were going to do. They came on time. They didn't try to force us to sign up for a continuing service and they left it to me whether I want to do it again or not. I do think it helped and I probably will use them again when we will have mosquitoes again.

I believe they came a total of 6 times. We were late getting started with The Mosquito Authority, it was the latter part of June. Of course nobody wants to pay to take care of things like mosquitoes but it surely was nice. We could go out any time of the day or night and work, sit or play with the dogs without fear of being bitten. Each time I was sent an email that they would be out the next day. After the spraying I would have an invoice sent to me the next day in an email. How much simpler could that be? Would I do this again, yes I would.

I was skeptical about how effective this could be. It was a gift from my parents and it is one of the best I have ever gotten! Normally, I have to put on bug spray before I can walk out the door to air my dogs. Mosquitos flock to me. "Off" used to be my summer perfume and I spent a lot of money on it because I love to work in my yard and train my dogs. I have not had to use it at all this summer in my yard. It is quite miraculous. There is no smell after they spray, either. Due to all the rain, we had to ask for a couple of re-sprays at various times and they were quick to respond by email and get someone out to spray. This company is very good about communicating when they are coming and when they have finished.

The service really works! I was a bit skeptical at first but was amazed at the difference it makes. My kids were able to play outside, my husband could work in the yard and I could finally enjoy my new front porch without being swarmed by mosquitos! In between the initial service on 9-4-13 and the service proformed today I have only seen 3 mosquitos. Before we had the service there were hundreds in my yard to get in the house was a nightmare!

It was a great experience. They were very professional. Their product worked and they were less expensive than anyone else I have contacted. I was very pleased with them. It was very easy to use them. It was totally out of my hands. I never saw them. They just left me a little thing on my door knob when they came. I just called, set it up and we never had mosquitoes until the end of summer which was fabulous. I would absolutely use them again next year.

It went very well. They're prompt. I know when to expect them. They tell me who's coming out. I feel pretty comfortable with the whole thing. They were doing services for my neighbors and I asked my neighbors what they thought of the service. Their price is very good and very competitive. They come in fast.

Good job... with so much rain the bugs are really out and this treatment is a lifesaver.

It went great. It works. They send an email telling me they've been out and taken care of it, so they make it easy.

Appointment-wise everything went well. Punctual, professional, did a thorough job of spraying all around my home and yard. They put a BIG sign in my front yard about their service, almost like an advertisement, which I didn't mind. I had got a good deal for this from Groupon or LivingSocial. I think the mosquitoes were kept out for the most part, but I expected it to be better. This is supposed to keep them out for 21 days, but within a day or two of spraying, I could see a few mosquitoes in my patio, which totally surprised me. It definitely helped to keep the bugs out, but definitely could be better.

They are fantastic. I’ve recommended them to my mother-in-law to my sister-in-law and to my mom. My parents are out of range with them. They always commit that if you have a mosquito problem between their 3 week time that they will come back. If not, they will come back the next day or same day. I’ve had them come the same day within hours of my call. They do a great job of e-mailing you that they’re coming. They immediately e-mail you when they’ve been. They leave a place card on your door. We started doing it because our son was born and I’ve always coated myself in bug repellent when I went out on my deck. I saw a neighborhood that had about 6 different signs. I’ve kind of checked into them and when we go to the park across the street, we were often shocked we’re getting bit by mosquitoes because we don’t have mosquitoes. It’s just unbelievable. It’s fantastic. You just don’t have the annoyance of mosquitoes and we had really bad mosquitoes. I can’t say enough about them. They are great. I would give them A++. They are great to work with. I called them one day and I was dealing with the owner. Basically they’ve gotten so big. Now they kind of have somebody doing their scheduling and the service hasn’t changed but when 2 years ago, I called the owner and told her that we’ve had some mosquitoes and she said no problem and they’ll be here. The guy showed up 2 hours later. They do a great and awesome job.

It's very good and reasonably price. It works. We don't have any mosquitoes in our yard.

As far as I know, I don’t have mosquitoes in my yard so I’m happy. Usually they e-mail me when they would come and when they are done. They always seem to be here when they’re supposed to unless it’s raining.

I liked them. The service from The Mosquito Authority works and I couldn't improve on anything.

The mosquito treatments from The Mosquito Authority don't last four weeks, as they say they do. I'm lucky to get three weeks out of them, but if I call, they will come re-treat. They seem to send somebody different each time and they don't understand where my property lines are. So my whole yard doesn't get treated, unless I'm there to show them. That's kind of annoying.

The service is great and we really like them. The service is highly effective. It had been a big wet summer and the mosquitoes were everywhere. They have been all in our yard.

I have no complaints at all. They've always been on time, straight forward billing and easy to deal with. I've used them a couple of years. They definitely give you what they advertised they're going to give you.

Immediate results! I had a terrible mosquito problem, but not now. 1st service was $29 and 2nd service was $65. Worth every penny

This was the second time they came to spray. After the first round, we did not see one mosquito. Not one! We finally can sit outside and not get eaten half alive. Love, love, love this company.

We contacted the Mosquito Authority back in June about spraying around our house. The mosquitos were driving my husband crazy! We've had three treatments so far and everything has been good. The initial contact with the company was great...the woman explained exactly what they do, how often they come over and how much it would cost each time. The technicians who come and spray are very friendly.....they always knock on the door to let me know they're here and ask if we have any questions or concerns. So far, so good! We've had a noticable decrease in the little buggers since Mosquito Authority started spraying. In fact, I don't think we've seen a single one in the last month. I would highly recommend this company.
