The initial visit was very positive. The technician, sprayed thoroughly inside and the outside of the house. We were told that if there was a problem in between the two month period of treatments just call and they would arrange for someone to come and do another spray. We had a problem, and tried to arrange for another treatment. First, they didn't have any appointments after 5pm or on the weekend like they did originally. My wife took off half of the day to wait for the technician. He never showed up nor did we receive a phone call. When she called, they told her they had messed up everyone's schedule for the day and asked if they could reschedule. Again there wasn't anything available after 5pm or on the weekend, since they were "fitting us into their schedule". So they expect us to take off work again!

They never could get rid of the ants. I had a different young technician until Jay said only he or James would service the house. Because of the cronic ant problem all services were to be preformed inside and out. Sometimes they were and a lot of times they weren't. James came most times, but other times he did not. There seems to be a gap between what Jay the manager promised me and his communication to his dispatchers. I was always given excuses such as the EPA won't let us use the right chemicals and other reasons. My wife called them 2 weeks ago after seeing roaches and did not receive a call back. Jay called me today and wanted to schedule my next service. I told him it was a callback which should not have been been billed for. He said because my last payment had been behind this call needed to be billed. I was behind for a while because I wasn't getting the service promised. I was up to date on my account before I canceled it after hearing more excuses. I will bring my business else where.

The visit went just fine. They did what they usually do and went on their way. I usually have them out every two months and that is how I pay them as well. They do work out great. If we ever have nay problem inside, they will come right out for us. They are pretty reasonable and professional. They always show up on time and they do exactly what is expected of them.

I like them because they take care of problems perfectly and they are very responsive. There's no need for me to be at home when they come, and if that happens they leave a notice and then they send the bill by mail. We pay when they come every two months.

Very knowledgeable and friendly representative. We are pleased with their service and that we no longer have ants!
