Description of Work: Quarterly inspections of termite bait traps. |Purchased a "Big Deal" and have gotten billed and then a letter for delinquent payment after each visit. I am certainly not pleased with that.

Description of Work: Sprayed against mosquitoes. Haven't seen any since (got attacked by hundreds in previous years, especially wet ones). The guy was highly knowledgeable plus personable. We had a good conversation and I learned quite a bit about those stinging little dive bombers.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal and were so pleased with the service that we opted to continue with the every other month plan. When the technician arrived for the first treatment, he asked questions about any problems we were having, pets in the home, etc. before he selected the products to use. The first treatment included interior service and he even removed outlet covers on exterior walls to prevent pests from coming in from there. They always call in advance to let us know when the next service will be as well as an approximate time so we can make sure the dogs are inside. Very focused on customer service and we have received emails and surveys soliciting feedback.

Description of Work: Technician spray outside edge of house all around, spray thoroghly where ants came in to house. and inside the place where had ants. |Spray the bathroom edge of floor. |So far I did not see any ants around the kichen.

Description of Work: First of 3 Mosquito yard treatments. I called Bulwark to schedule service right after I bought the deal. They were pleasant and professional on the phone, and scheduled my first mosquito treatment to fit my schedule in just a couple of days. Their technician arrived on time as scheduled, took plenty of time with me to walk my property, and describe exactly what treatments he would be doing. He was also very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his service.
