Shannon was great! He called early to confirm his ETA...He showed up on time...he started word immediately and was done in record time. I'd definitely recommend Shannon and OnTrac Garage Door to my friends. We'd just moved to town and needed a competent pro and that is what we got--Thanks to Home Advisor. We'll definitely use the service again as needs arise.

He was great and fix our issue within 20 mins and also pointed out and repair a bend on the rail free of charge.

I cannot imagine a better professional to work with than Art Midgett. He is a consummate techie when it comes to doors. He is polite, honest, and highly skilled.

Broken spring had to be replaced. He was very nice and did a good job. My son (43) was with him out in the garage and said this guy was a really great guy. They bonded! It was 11:00pm when he got here. So I let my son handle most of it. AND... his price (plus the price of another garage door repairman who called....was $225 less than the first estimate, which I refused! Thank goodness.

Art and Shawn were great during the installation and let me know what they were doing whenever I asked for an update.

Brian was great. Up front with his pricing and gave great advice and options on repair and replacement.

The tech was very friendly. The fix was done quickly. Only charged me $60 for a $75 service call because of being referred by Home Advisor and being a senior citizen.

Repair was quick and solved the problem. My only complaint was that he was suppose to come at 11:00AM and did not show up to 1:15PM.
